To improve the operation speed and accuracy of two-dimensional barcodes image-correction, this paper proposed a QR code edge detection method based on wavelet transform. Firstly, we take advantage of the characteristics of multi-resolution analysis of wavelet transformation to denoise the QR code image. And then multi-level wavelet decomposition is done to the denoised image, from which we can obtain the wavelet coefficient at all levels. And finally, we refine the edge processing to get the target image. Tests result shows that the algorithm can not only obtain good edge detection effect, but also greatly simplify the calculation. What's more, it can reduce the noise effectively.

With the rise of low carbon industry, the prop function of tourism industry becomes more and more obvious. But the tourism environment capacity affected the development of tourism economy. Based on the analysis of the content of the environmental capacity of tourism, this article pointed five aspects that impact the environmental capacity of tourism: the ecological capacity of tourist, the space capacity of tourism, the economic capacity of tourism, the mental capacity of tourism, and tourism management. And after the analysis, it shows that the tourism management has a restraining effect of the ecological, spatial, economic, and psychological capacity of tourist. Finally, according to the analysis above, results are summarized.

This paper introduces the zero risks of the distribution of the credit card in the bank system. We pay attention to the importance of the Genetic Algorithm's application in the financial institution's supervisory department, which is to build an institution of the supervisory for the credit card and evaluate risk of the application of the credit card. This process will have great influence in the success of the application. Therefore, it is an important tool for the expertise to make the final decision. Besides, we also make contrast with other classification system, and the result shows that this method has better performance.

This paper proposes a algorithm method of RBF neural network based on RSSI localization algorithm. It solves the question which through traditional filter algorithm, redundancy algorithm can not solve base on effect of multi-route propagation, and the complexity of signal attenuation environment. Simulation results demonstrate the validity of the algorithm, it can mitigate the effect of multi-route propagation, and localization precision can reach one meter or higher. On the side, this algorithm have higher convergence speed, it fits in embedded application. It can be designed as self-study and closed loop neural network in future.

Using fuzzy c-means clustering procedure to find a condensed set for Parzen windows estimation (ParzenFCMC) is proposed in this paper. The full Parzen windows estimator usually requires more computation and storage. However, the experimental simulations show that the significant increase of reference data may not improve the estimation performance of Parzen windows method obviously. In addition, the theoretical analysis validates the traditional Parzen windows estimator is sensitive to noise data. Thus, in order to improve the generalization capability (i.e., the adaptability to nosie data) of Parzen windows estimation, we try to find a condensed dataset to conduct the probability density estimation by adopting the following measures: 1) clustering the original dataset by using fuzzy c-means; 2) estimating the underlying density function based on the condensed reference set. Finally, the experimental results on the synthetic datasets obeying Uniform, Normal, Exponential, and Rayleigh distributions show the usefulness and effectiveness of proposed ParzenFCMC. The significant savings on computation and storage can be achieved with only minimal mean integrated squared error (MISE) degradation.

As software are becoming more and more complex and platforms are increasing of diversity, software industry has faced some unprecedented challenges, such as interoperability. It is difficult to use objected-oriented methodology and traditional software paradigms to meet the challenges. Model Driven Architecture (MDA) has been proposed to solve the problems. In this paper, the principles, the advantages, the disadvantages, key techniques and some important issues of objected-oriented methodology and MDA are highlighted; the mechanism of combining objected-oriented methodology and MDA software paradigm is studied, especially the corresponding relations among models, domains, stages and languages are explored, and a modeling process for MDA is proposed. The research is helpful to apply MDA.

This paper presents a new stock price trends prediction algorithm using hypergraph model. Hypergraph modeling offers a significant advantage over traditional graph modeling in terms of triadic or higher relationship description within different stock portfolios over a certain period of time. Under the hypergraph model, each stock will be abstracted as a vertex of hypergraph; the hyperedges can be built by seeking the synchronous relationship of the stocks trends. In order to acquire more refined hyperedges and to avoid the tremendous growing quantity of hyperedges, we employ the frequent item sets to construct hyperedges. Therefore the prediction problem for stock trends is converted to hypergraph partitioning problem. Multilevel paradigm is then applied to do hypergraph partitioning instead of the traditional recursive bisection paradigm. Thus we get a series of stocks section, and the stock price trends can be concluded by analysis the whole section. Experiment result shows that our proposed scheme achieves fine stock trend prediction and the computation is significantly fast as well.

Software engineering has become an important subfield of computer science and has made significant contribution to the software industry in the past 40 years. Although it is gradually becoming a new independent discipline, software engineering still faces a series of challenges as the rapid developing of internet. Software crisis has not been solved yet. And the main reason is that software can not adapt to increasingly frequent changes in demands. An approach can capture software requirements and reflect the requirements in the software development well seems to be necessary. In this paper, we use a method based on Problem Frame to capture the requirements and DCI for software architecturing, they both use Event-based vision to analyze problems. This vision gives us a way of relating software requirements and architectures, and provides a seamless software development approach in software engineering.

In order to get the excellent accuracy for price forecast in the agriculture products market, the adaptive Radial Basis Function (RBF) Neural Network (NN) and Back Propagation (BP) NN are utilized to forecast the price of the agriculture products in this paper. Ten agriculture products, which extracted from Agricultural Bank of China at January, 2011 to December 2011, are selected to forecast the price about four weeks and compare the Mean Absolute Percentage Errors (MAPE) by RBF NN and BP NN respectively. Experiments demonstrate that the BP is better model which can get more than 99.6 percent accuracy than the RBF that can reduce the MAPE in the price forecast for the agriculture products market. Experiment results prove that this verdict is meaningful and useful to analyze and to research the price forecast in the agriculture products market.
