Power Shift with Coordination Both Ice Storage and Central Air Conditioner Mainframe 冰蓄冷与中央空调主机协同换挡

The electricity consumption of commercial buildings is discussed in terms of rank of load ratio which is most of the air-conditioning power consumption is used. And the air-conditioning of commercial building uses ice storage and central air conditioner to adjust the indoor temperature and humidity to complete a comfortable working environment. Both Ice storage equipment and central air conditioner use the electric power to match the peak and off-peak loading period by coordination strategy to make ice and melt ice which can save the consumption power. Firstly, to investigate the load characteristic curves of the air conditioner mainframe (ACM) and ice storage. Secondly is to collect electricity consumption data of commercial key-customers and analyze the proportion and relationship of power consumption of related conditioning equipment. Coordination both of ice storage and ACM that can suppress the peak loading and base on the peak and off-peak period in load curve of the commercial key-customer to derive the index parameter of power suppress of peak power or power shifting.

A model based on dual-layer attention mechanism for semantic matching 基于双层注意机制的语义匹配模型

In community question and answering (Q&A) systems, due to the diversity of words and syntactic structure, matching question pairs representing similar meaning is a challenging task. A novel model based on dual-layer attention mechanism for semantic matching is proposed in this work. Firstly, an attention-based preprocessing method is used on the word representation layer to reduce redundant information. Secondly, a bilateral multiple perspectives attention mechanism is utilized on the context representation layer to obtain more interactive information. Finally, the obtained information is passed through a Bi-directional Long Short Term Memory Network (BiLSTM). Then the obtained final time steps of the two sequences are combined for prediction. The experimental results show that the accuracy of the proposed model in our self-defined Chinese dataset is up to 95.54% and also 88.91% with Quora dataset. It outperforms the existing advanced benchmark models. The model also provides stability and scalability to natural language inference tasks with the accuracy of 87.4% in the Stanford Natural Language Inference (SNLI) dataset.

Application of Super-Capacitor in Photovoltaic Power Generation System 超级电容器在光伏发电系统中的应用

In view of the intermittent and unstable output voltage of photovoltaic power generation module, a super-capacitor is designed as the control system to improve the power quality and power supply continuity of photovoltaic power generation system. The whole circuit includes maximum power point tracking converter, boost converter, super-capacitor bank, and microcontroller. With sufficient sunlight, the control system dispatches the photovoltaic power generation module output to provide power to the load and stabilizes output voltage fluctuations; when the sky is cloudy, the control system dispatches the stored energy in super-capacitor, served as an uninterruptible power source, to provide power to the load. The measured results show that the control system can effectively stabilize the output voltage of photovoltaic power generation module, improve the power quality, and enhance the reliability of load power consumption.
针对光伏发电模块输出电压间歇性不稳定的问题,设计超级电容作为控制系统,提高光伏发电系统的电能质量和供电连续性。整个电路包括最大功率点跟踪转换器、升压转换器、超级电容器组和微控制器。在日照充足的情况下,控制系统调度光伏发电模块输出给负载供电,稳定输出电压波动;当阴天时,控制系统将储存的能量分配到超级电容器中,作为不间断电源,为负载供电。实测结果表明,该控制系统能有效稳定光伏发电模块输出电压,改善电能质量,增强负载用电可靠性。

A RISC-V based hardware accelerator designed for Yolo object detection system 基于RISC-V的Yolo目标检测系统硬件加速器设计

You only look once (YOLO) is a state-of-the-art, real-time object detection system. A hardware accelerator of YOLO is presented using the open source RISC-V core ROCKET as its controller. Extended customized instructions based on RISC-V were proposed for this accelerator. The hardware design was verified using Xilinx Virtex-7 FPGA VC709 and the results show that the accelerator costs about 400ms to finish the Yolo algorithm and is supposed to have higher speed with more computation modules.

Maximizing target coverage rate in wireless sensor networks based on clone adaptive glowworm swarm optimization 基于克隆自适应萤火虫群优化的无线传感器网络目标覆盖率最大化

Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have potentials of communications, detecting, processing as well as storage abilities. Maximizing target coverage rate has always been important aspects of the research of WSNs. In this paper, a clone adaptive glowworm swarm optimization (CAGSO) is given to obtain the maximum number of monitored target in WSNs. In the proposed CAGSO, a glowworm swarm optimization, which combines the merits of a clone generator and adaptive adjuster, is developed. Simulations are conducted to show a comparison of CAGSO with the other three heuristics. In the experiments, the CAGSO method maintains a higher target coverage percentage than shuffled frog leaping algorithm (SFLA), particle swarm optimization (PSO) and simulated annealing (SA), and its complexity is lower than that of previous methods. It is more powerful and simpler than available heuristics, and can avoid local optima while searching for a better result.

Robust Tracking for Motion Blur Based on Correlation Filter 基于相关滤波的运动模糊鲁棒跟踪

Correlation filter methods show good performance in robustness, accuracy and speed in visual tracking. In this paper, we propose a new algorithm based on Kernelized Correlation Filter (KCF) to effectively improve performance on motion blur. We adopt a simple and effective image deblurring method based on dark channel prior, combined with correlation filter to form a new Deblurring Correlation Filter (DECF) tracking algorithm. Extensive experimental results on OTB2015 show that our tracker demonstrates the excellent accuracy on tracking with motion blur.

A 14-bit DDS Circuit Design Based on CORDIC Algorithm 基于CORDIC算法的14位DDS电路设计

A hardware circuit design for high performance DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer) is discussed here. With proper design of the phase amplitude conversion module, the output truncation error processing module, multi-bits DAC compatibility and phase accumulator, a 14-bit DDS circuit with SMIC 0.13um technology is presented based on CORDIC(Coordinate Rotation Digital Computer) algorithm. Compared with the lookup table method, higher speed performance can be achieved. The FPGA experiment results show that the circuit with operation frequency 200MHz consumes about 43320 equivalent gates and the frequency resolution reaches 0.0466 Hz. The circuit with 520MHz working frequency consumes about 64520 equivalent gates, while the frequency resolution is 0.121 Hz. And SFDR is about 112dB.

Simultaneous Stabilization and Path-following Control of Underactuated USV Using State Reconstruction 基于状态重构的欠驱动USV同步镇定与路径跟踪控制

This paper has proposed an integrated controller for both path-following and fixed point stabilization simultaneously for underactuated USV based on the method of state reconstruction. Firstly, a reduced-order state observer is designed to estimate the velocities of USV. Then, an output feedback control algorithm is developed on the basis of the backstepping technique and Lyapunov stability theory. Finally, Simulation results validate the feasibility of the proposed controller.
本文提出了一种基于状态重构方法的欠驱动无人潜航器路径跟踪和不动点镇定集成控制器。首先,设计了一个降阶状态观测器来估计无人潜航器的速度。在此基础上,提出了一种基于反步控制技术和李雅普诺夫稳定性理论的输出反馈控制算法。最后,仿真结果验证了所提控制器的可行性。

Multi-scale Correlation Filter Tracking with Adaptive Re-detection Mechanism 基于自适应重检测机制的多尺度相关滤波跟踪

Tracking is a popular research topic in artificial intelligence, but how to handle the severe occlusion and deformation remains a challenging problem. Focusing on this issue, we propose a multi-scale correlation filter tracker using a re-detection module. Specifically, we utilize a reliable confidence strategy to estimate the reliability of initial results, and introduce a novel template matching technique to solve the target relocation problem. Experiment results demonstrate that our method can outperform several classic trackers.
跟踪是人工智能领域的一个热门研究课题,但如何处理严重的遮挡和变形仍然是一个具有挑战性的问题。针对这一问题,我们提出了一种使用重检测模块的多尺度相关滤波跟踪器。具体来说,我们利用可靠置信度策略来估计初始结果的可靠性,并引入了一种新的模板匹配技术来解决目标重新定位问题。实验结果表明,该方法优于几种经典跟踪器。
