Leveraging Classification of Brain Tumour using Deep Learning Architectures 利用深度学习架构进行脑肿瘤分类

Despite advances in human intellect and biomedical in the last few decades, people continue to suffer from various cancers due to their volatile nature. This disease is still a major issue for the entire humanity. Brain tumour is one of the most crucial and serious illnesses. Oftheentire primary central nervous system tumours, Brain tumorsmake up 85 to 90%. It isestimatedthat 18,600 adults, including 8,100 women and 10,500 men, will die of primary cancerous tumors of the brain and centralnervoussystem tumors this year. Among the children of various age groups also it is seen as one of the most crucial cancers. Thus, accurate and timely handling of this disease is decisive. In order to speed up the process of brain tumour detection (augmented with accuracy, reliability and experience)Deep learning models can be used.To efficiently diagnose brain tumour kinds and compare classification performance, the proposed work makes optimal use of a newly modelled Convolutional Neural Network and ResNet 50,a pre-trained network.

Summarization of Customer Reviews in Web Services using Natural Language Processing 使用自然语言处理的Web服务客户评论摘要

. Customers can submit reviews for numerous products on websites like Amazon and Flipkart. As e-commerce grows in popularity, so does the quantity of consumer reviews that a product receives. A single product may have hundreds of thousands of reviews, each of which may be lengthy and repetitious. As a result, computerised review summarization offers a lot of potential for assisting buyers in making quick selections about certain items. Because a single manufacturer may sell a variety of items. It is also beneficial for manufacturers to keep track of customer feedback and comments. The process of creating a summary from review sentences is known as review summarising.In this project, given a product review, a shorter version of the review is created while the sentiment and points are preserved. The tone of the review will also be determined, and a summary of sample favourable and bad product reviews will be generated. Web scraping is used to collect reviews from popular ecommerce websites. Natural Language Processing Toolkit and neural networks such as RNN (Recurrent Neural Network) are used to summarise. The RNN architecture is combined with the Seq2Seq model, which is an encoder-decoder architecture. The highest accuracy for sentiment analysis on Amazon Fine Food Reviews was found to be 91%.

Machine learning is one of the technologies coming to help the deployment of smart cities in all phases. The diagnosis is a crucial phase that comes to ensure the implementation of a project adapted to the reality of the city diagnosed; this step requires a significant financial commitment. This paper comes to deploy a frugal diagnostic approach of the smart environment component while using self-learning techniques. In addition, assessments are reported and regulatory maturity with respect to this new concept is explored through machine learning. In the near future machine, learning will play a crucial role in the implementation of this kind of concept.

. Solid oxide fuel cells (SOFCs) are being considered as one of the gifted material for the conversation of chemical energy into electrical energy. This SOFC will give high efficiency energy conversion and low environmental pollution impact. In the current research work, gadolinium doped barium cerate (BCG) based electrolyte powder was systematically prepared through Co-precipitation Method. The crystalline nature of powder sample was analysed through X-Ray diffractometer and to find the crystallite size. HRTEM analysis was performed to know the particle size distribution and were reported.
