The covid pandemic has had a major impact on the business of a state-owned airline that has awards in the world of international aviation, namely Garuda Indonesia. This big impact is in the form of a decrease in flight activities so that it affects airline revenues due to regulations issued by the government such as lock down, social distancing and others. From this regulation, Garuda Indonesia's airline business suffered losses. The purpose of this study is 1) to determine the cause of the loss of the airline PT. Garuda Indonesia. 2) To find out the impact of the loss of the airline PT. Garuda Indonesia against aircraft operations at Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection instruments were interviews, observations and documentation with supporting documents at Garuda Indonesia and the air transportation unit at the Airport Authority Office IV. To answer the formulation of the research problem, the researchers carried out 3 stages of analysis consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that 1) There are 3 factors that cause losses to Garuda Indonesia airline, namely the covid pandemic, aircraft rental financing and corruption cases in the procurement of ATR and Bombardier aircraft. 2) The impact given to GA's losses in terms of operations, there are 2 factors, namely operating activities which are few compared to the time slot owned by Garuda Indonesia, which is certainly different from the period before the covid pandemic, and a reduction in the operational route of Garuda Indonesia aircraft, namely BDO-DPS which did not propose this route for operation in 2022 with the reason to reduce Garuda Indonesia's cost burden which is certainly different from the period before covid, this route was operated.

Petugas Aviation Security (Avsec) adalah petugas yang telah memiliki lisensi yang diberi tugas dan tanggung jawab di bidang keamanan penerbangan (Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Perhubungan Udara Nomor:SKEP/2765/XII/2010 Bab I butir 9). Dalam lisensi tersebut dijelaskan kewenangan Avation Security (Avsec), untuk mendapatkan lisensi petugas Avation Security (Avsec) harus mengikuti Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (diklat).Program pendidikan dan pelatihan (diklat) diberikan kepada personel Aviation Security (Avsec) sebagai tambahan bagi upaya memelihara dan mengembangkan kemampuan serta kesiapan petugas dalam melaksanakan segala bentuk tugas maupun tantangan kerja yang dihadapinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program pendidikan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja petugas Aviation Security di Bandar Udara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap dan apa kendala yang dihadapi petugas Aviation Security di Bandar Udara Tunggul Wulung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.Observasinya yaitu melakukan tinjauan atau pengamatan langsung pada unit Avsec.Wawancara pada penelitian ini yaitu petugas Avsec yang terdiri dari 3 petugas Avsec. Dokumentasi yaitu mengambil data ketika melakukan observasi dan wawancara, berupa dokumen ataupun SOP. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa program pelaksanaan pendidikan dan pelatihan (Diklat) untuk pengembangan petugas Avsec di Bandar Udara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap yaitu pengajuan dari bandara sendiri setiap tahun dan juga undangan dari balai diklat yang resmi seperti Poltekbang Surabaya, BP3 Curug dan BP3 Banyuwangi. Untuk prosedur pelaksanaan mengikuti aturan dari balai diklat yang bersangkutan.Kendala yang dihadapi petugas Avsec dilapangan yaitu Pertama, peralatan X-Ray pada SCP yang sering mengalami trable.Kedua, terdapat beberapa petugas yang belum bisa mengoperasikan mesin X-Ray.Ketiga, petugas Avsec yang belum memiliki lisensi. Keempat, petugas Avsec di Bandar Udara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap berdominal memiliki strata pendidikan yang rendah yaitu strata pendidikan SMA/SMK, sehingga kurang cakap dan kurang kreatif dalam melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan, misalnya public speaking dengan pengguna jasa pada saat melakukan pelayanan serta belum ada inisiatif yang menunjang untuk berbuat lebih bagi organisasi.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the role of Agricultural Extension on increasing rice production in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. This research was conducted from January to April 2022. The results of this study explain that the rice production of farmers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency can be influenced by BPP Siabu. In addition, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Siabu Agricultural Extension. The role of Siabu Agricultural Extension in Mandailing Natal Regency on Siabu rice production is to increase productivity, business efficiency, income and welfare, as well as increase awareness in preserving environmental functions in order to create the vision and mission expected by BPP Siabu.

Bandara merupakan sektor pertemuan jaringan moda transportasi udara dan Sektor pengawasan fasilitas bandara merupakan salah satu sektor penunjang terhadap kelancaran perekonomian, juga bisa dikatakan faktor yang penting didalam pembangunan kegiatan di bandara.Kualitas Pelayanan merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan penilaian kepuasan konsumen Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui sistem Pengawasan Petugas Unit Inspeksi Terminal di Bandar Udara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dngan petugas Terminal, observasi pada daerah Terminal dan dokumentasi, Teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi Pengumpulan data, reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dalam kenyataan di lapangan masih terdapat kendala yang dialami oleh Petugas Unit inspeksi terminal terutama dalam hal koordinasi dan kurangnya tingkat kepedulian sesama petugas hal ini yang menyebabkan kurangnya tingkat kepuasan pengguna pelayanan yang diberikan di Bandar Udara Tunggul Wulung Cilacap Kata Kunci : Pengawasan, Kualitas Pelayanan, Petugas Unit Inspeksi Terminal.

Pertolongan Kecelakaan Penerbangan dan Pemadam Kebakaran (P KP-PK) or the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting unit (ARFF) is a unit of the emergency response at airports that have a facility that is vehicle PKP-KP, PKP-PK operational equipment and its supporting materials and personnel are provided at each airport to provide aircraft rescue and fire fighting. In the implementation of maintenance, each airport must have a manual of procedure for vehicle maintenance and PKPPK operational support equipment must be updated according to the conditions as well as equipment and facilities with reference to the applicable standards. Objective of the assessment was to determine the system overview maintenance of PKP-PK facility at the airport. This research uses qualitative methods. The data sources used in this study are the main data sources (primary), as well as other supporting data sources in the form of written sources and documentation (secondary). Data analysis techniques in this study used data reduction analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the Dewandaru Karimunjawa airport study regarding the feasibility are the PKP-PK unit facilities that have met the standards, including the main vehicle, namely Foam Tender and RIV Vehicle (Rapid Intervention Vehicle) and the fulfillment of the number of personnel, which is 11 people. Meanwhile, the facilities for the PKP-PK units that are not yet complete are the Watchroom and the Fitness Center. Meanwhile, maintenance activities for the PKP-PK unit facility equipment at Dewandaru Airport have currently been carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations, routinely and structured, even if there is damage to the facilities/equipment in the PKP-PK unit, it has also been carried out very well.

keputusan pengguna ajsa moda transportasi di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta di era new normal pandemi covid-19. Persepsi konsumen dan kualitas pelayanan berperan penting dalam menentukan pemilihan moda transportasi yang akan digunakan konsumen dalam mobilitas sehari-hari yang tentunya sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat pada new normal saat ini. Haisl dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan kepada perusahaan jasa guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap penumpang yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan, memberikan kesan aman dan nyaman kepada konsumen setelah menggunakan transportasi sehingga konsumen akan terus menggunakan transportasi pilihannya dan memberikan informasi baik ini kepada konsumen yang lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi konsumen dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pengguna jasa moda transportasi di Bandar Udara Internasional Yogyakarta di era new normal pandemi covid-19. Oleh karena itu, peneliti memilih sampel dengan kriteria tertentu dengan jumalh responden yaitu 100 responden yang di dapatkan melalui pembagian kuesioner. Lalu hasil penelitian diolah di aplikasi software SPSS untuk menghasilkan hasil analisa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dari data analis statistik, setiap item pernyataan pada penelitian ini bersifat valid dan variabelnya bersifat reliabel. Pada pengujian hipotesis menunjukan bahwa hasil penelitian dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Dan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai diketahui R square sebesar 0,454. Sehingga dapat djelaskan bahwa variabel depeden (Y) dalam model dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen (X) sebesar 45,4%.

Aviation Security (Avsec) menurut Peraturan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Udara adalah petugas keamanan yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga dan menjamin keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan, keteraturan dan efisiensi penerbangan di seluruh area Bandar Udara, perlindungan terhadap awak pesawat udara, para penumpang, petugas di darat, masyarakat dan instansi yang berada di Bandar Udara agar terhindar dari tindakan melawan hukum dan memenuhi standar peraturan yang ada di penerbangan baik secara nasional maupun internasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengawasan keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan, sistem kerja unit Aviation Security dan peralatan pendukung yang digunakan dalam melakukan pengawasan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Observasi dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan tinjauan atau pengamatan di unit Aviation Security.Wawancara dalam penelitian ini adalah para personel unit Aviation SecurityBandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende. Dokumentasi dalam penelitian ini adalah data SOP Bandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende, Airport Security Programe, SOP Pengamanan Bandar Udara, SOP Patroli Bandar Udara, SOP Acces Control dan foto kejadian yang ditemukan di unit Aviation Security Bandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengawasan keamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan di Bandar Udara H. Hasan Aroeboesman Ende oleh unit Aviation Security telah menjalankan tanggung jawab terhadap keteraturan dan efisiensi penerbangan di semua area Bandar Udara dengan mengacu kepada standard operating procedure maupun regulasi Nasional. Dalam melakukan pengawasan unit Aviation security juga dibantu oleh unit terkait seperti KKP, Bangland dan Apron Movement Control sehingga dapat terciptanya situasi penerbangan yang aman, nayaman dan efisien. Sistem kerja di unit Aviation Security dilakukan secara bergilir dengan jam yang berbeda, terdiri dari shift pagi, shift siang dan shift malam. Firm value shows investors' views on the company's performance in managing its resources, the ratio of return on equity, return on assets and debt to equity ratio can be a reflection of firm value. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of return on equity, return on assets, and debt. to equity ratio to firm value at PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo, Tbk. This type of research is associative with quantitative data types from primary data sources. The research instrument used is a list of tables containing data on total equity, total assets, net income, total debt, stock prices and data on the number of shares outstanding at PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo, Tbk. The population used in this study is financial statement data and profit and loss for 26 years from 1995-2021 and the research sample for 10 years from 2011-2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with updated data criteria and the availability of data regarding the research variables to be used. Data collection techniques using documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The results showed that return on equity, return on assets and debt to equity ratio together had a significant effect on firm value at PT. Nippon Indosari Corporindo, Tbk. . A person's consideration in buying a product is certainly inseparable from their assessment of a product they want whether it is in accordance with the consumer's value standards or not and how the value and image given by the product to potential customers is good or bad. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand equity and brand image on consumer decisions in buying NMAX motorcycles in Bima City. This type of research is associative with quantitative data types from primary data sources. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. The results of the study show that brand equity and brand image together have a significant effect on consumer decisions in buying NMAX motorcycles in Bima City.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand equity and brand image on consumer decisions in buying NMAX motorcycles in Bima City. This type of research is associative with quantitative data types from primary data sources. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data collection techniques using observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The purpose of this scientific journal is to measure how much influence the application of competent human resource management has on the performance of a employees in a company. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 employees using a qualitative descriptive approach. The data researched and processed is the result of observational interviews with employees. Based on observations and research that has been done, it can be concluded that the implementation of good human resource management in a company greatly affects the performance of employees in a company. If a company in it does not have good human resource management, then the performance of a company will not be good and maximal. Then a company really needs the implementation of good management, so that human resources can improve the performance of a company. In addition, the company can also grow and achieve the desired goals. With this scientific journal, it is hopes that it can be guide implementing good management in a company.
