Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, produk dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada toko vivi jilbab di sungai kambang jambi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sampel sebagai responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 konsumen pada toko vivi jilbab di Sungai Kambang Jambi. Hasil penelitian harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai sebesar 3,808 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Produk secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,053 > 1,985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,043 < 0,05. Kualitas pelayanan secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian diperoleh nilai sebesar 1.868 < 1,985 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,065 > 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa uji F didapatkan nilai sig < α sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai Fhitung>Ftabel yaitu sebesar 24,126 > 2,699. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara harga, produk dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan atau secara bersama-sama terhadap keputusan pembelian. Nilai adjusted R Square (R2) adalah 0,412 atau 41,2%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel keputusan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh variabel harga, produk dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 41,2%. Sedangkan sisanya 58,8% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan menganalisis pengaruh pembiayaan, pelayanan dan kepuasan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di BSI KC Gatot Subroto. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel digunakan dengan Proportional Stratified Random Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data dengan menggunakan Analisis Regresi Berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan, pelayanan dan kepuasan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di BSI KC Gatot Subroto. Secara parsial, pembiayaan, pelayanan dan kepuasan juga berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pendapatan UMKM di BSI KC Gatot Subroto. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,417 = 41,7% artinya variabel independen secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi variabel dependent sebesar 41,7% dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian.

Pendayagunaan Dana, Zakat Melalui, Pemberdayaan Ekonomi, Masyarakat Di, Baznas Kota, Jambi Agustina, Mutia, M. Subhan
This study aims to determine whether the government of the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) has implemented empowerment to the community. This research method uses a qualitative method which is sourced from the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) office in Jambi City. The results in the research conducted, conclusions are obtained.(1). The planning stage of the Allocation of Zakat Funds at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BA-ZNAS) has been carried out in accordance with what has been done by BAZNAS in an effort to improve the standard of living of the community, especially in Jambi City. However, the lack of community efforts in an effort to increase the level of the economy, which initially became mustahik to increase the level to become muzakki, the community was reluctant to do so.(2) The application of the Allocation of Zakat Funds for community empowerment is appropriate in the view of Islamic economics which aims to increase income, and help free from hunger, and seeks to help.(3) The use of zakat funds at the National Amil Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) can be seen from the success of the community in increasing income with the assistance of zakat funds.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan strategi marketing mix dalam upaya meningkatkan jumlah nsabah pembiayaan ijarah di BMT Al-Ishlah Kota Jambi. Dalam hal ini penulis membatasi masalah yang dibahas yaitu hanya pemaparan tentang bagaimana strategi marketing mix, faktor penghambat dan upaya yang dilakukakan BMT Al-Ishlah Kota Jambi dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pembiayaan ijarah. Oleh karena itu, secara tidak langsung penelitian ini dapat memberikan manfaat seperti, menambah pengetahuan dan pengalaman, sebagai bahan untuk melakukan penelitian khususnya yang memiliki relevansi dengan penelitian ini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analisis dengan metode kualitatif. Jenis dan sumber catat penelitian ini berupa data primer (bersumber dari hasil penelitian dilapangan) dan data sekunder (data yang tidak langsung memberikan data kepada peneliti seperti dokumen resmi website dll). Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tiga cara, yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan (1) Reduksi Data, (2) Penyajian Data, (3) Conclusing Drawing/Verification. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan hal berikut. BMT Al-Ishlah menarik nasabah agar pembiayaan ijarah meningkat dengan Strategi marketing mix menggunakan 7P diantaranya yaitu: product, price, place, promotion, people, process, physical evidence, ketuju marketing mix ini sudah diterapkan akan tetapi belum berjalan maksimal dalam penerapannya. Faktor penghambat dihadapi BMT Al-Ishlah yakni dari segi sumber daya manusia, peran DPS (Dewan Pengawas Syariah) yang masih lemah, serta dana untuk mempromosikan produk-produk BMT, sarana dan prasarana seperti teknologi yang masih terbatas. Adapun cara mengatasinya dengan meningkatkan jumlah nasabah dan meningkatkan sumber daya manusia dengan menerapkan 5C yaitu: character, capacity, capital,collateral, conditional of economic.

This study aims to examine the effect of the financial performance of the liquidity ratio, Debt to assets ratio, Return on investment on stock prices in property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The independent variable used is financial performance and the dependent variable used is stock price. The data used in this research is secondary data. The population and sample are 8 samples multiplied by 6 years, so there are 48 samples. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear which is processed using SPSS IBM 22 and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of financial performance from liquidity ratios, Debt to assets ratio, Return on investment have a significant effect on stock prices .
本研究旨在考察 2016-2021 年期间在印尼证券交易所上市的物业和房地产行业公司的流动性比率、资产负债率、投资回报率等财务业绩对股票价格的影响。所用自变量为财务业绩,因变量为股票价格。本研究使用的数据为二手数据。人口和样本为 8 个样本乘以 6 年,因此共有 48 个样本。样本采用目的抽样法选出。本研究采用多元线性分析方法,使用 SPSS IBM 22 和 Microsoft Excel 2010 进行处理。研究结果表明,流动性比率、资产负债率、投资回报率等财务绩效自变量对股票价格有显著影响。

The purpose of this study was to find out how the process of community economic empowerment based on tilapia cultivation in Sarang Burung Village, Jambi Outer City District, Muaro Jambi Regency, the type of research used was qualitative, while the data collection techniques used in the study were interviews and documentation. This empowerment experienced several obstacles, including the need for large capital to make cages, besides that the farmers were also faced with the problem of limited capital so that they found it difficult to buy tilapia seeds and feed. Unstable weather conditions are also often encountered by tilapia cultivation actors such as heavy rainfall, flooding which results in many dead fish and leakage of nets. Based on the results of research on community economic empowerment based on tilapia cultivation in the Bird's Nest Village, it has helped a lot in changing the economy of the village community, both cage owners and daily workers, the village government also supports all tilapia cultivation activities carried out by the community, the government also holds counseling by collaborating with the fisheries office of Muaro Jambi Regency so that tilapia farmers know more and explore the ins and outs of cultivating tilapia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan dan peran masyarakat ekonomi syariah serta bagaimana hambatan dan kendala yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat ekonomi syariah dalam meningkatkan literasi keuangan syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Objek penelitian ini adalah BPH MES Provinsi Jambi. Adapun sumber data yamg digumakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data didapat langsung dari responden dengan melakukan metode analisis data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi secara personal, kemudian data diolah menggunakan teknik pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh MES yaitu kegiatan roadshow berupa muhadatsa, dan adanya peran MES dalam peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap penggunaan lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia. Dan hambatan yang dialami masyarakat ekonomi syariah yaitu kurang optimalnya pengurus dalam melaksanakan program kerja dan visi misi yang telah ditetapkan.

Sicepat Ekspress Bima Branch. The type of research used in this study is associative. The instrument used in this research is in the form of data collection by using the method of observation, bibliography,and questionnares with a Likert scale. The population used in this study were all employee at PT. Sicepat Ekspress Bima Branch, totalling 30 people. The type of sample used in this study is saturated sampling. The location in this research is JL. Gajah Mada RT.09 RW.03 Penatoi subdistrick, Mpunda Dictrick, Bima City NTB Province with a postal code of 4115. The data analysis technique used SPSS Version 26. The data testing technique used Validity and Reliabilty test,simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient, determination, and T test or significant test.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran tentang e-servie quality, utilitarian value, promosi penjualan, kepuasan konsumen, dan niat menggunakan kembali jasa pesan-antar makanan secara online di Kota Denpasar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen jasa pesan-antar makanan online di Kota Denpasar. Besarnya sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 210 orang dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-service quality dari jasa pesan antar makanan secara online di Kota Denpasar dinilai sudah sangat baik oleh konsumennya. Utilitarian value yang dirasakan konsumen termasuk kategori sangat tinggi, promosi penjualan juga dinilai sangat tinggi, dan kepuasan konsumen adalah sangat tinggi, serta niat menggunakan kembali jasa pesan antar makanan online termasuk kategori sangat tinggi.
