The refinery rice industry in Sub Districts Pante Ceureumen Consisting of several village were 12 units and in Sub District Kaway XVI were 18 units. The refinery refinery rice industry which is run its business players on both the area needs to be a reckoning through an analysis financial a feasibility study to see if the effort is worth or not worth, so that the purpose of this research do is to compare rates of financial worthiness refinery rice industry in Sub Districts Pante Ceureumen and Sub Districts Kaway XVI District West Aceh based on feasibility criteria Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Benefit Cost (Net B/C), Break Event Point (BEP) dan Payback Period (PP). The results of this study indicate that the Rizki Sejahtera Rice Refinery Industry in Pante Ceureumen District, West Aceh Regency is known discount factor level of 12 percent financially feasible to run because the IRR value is 31.08 percent, Net B/C Ratio is 1.72 and BEP and PP are smaller than the investment age of more than 20 years so that the Rizki Sejahtera Rice Refinery is able to cover the initial investment capital of the business when it is less than 20 years. While the Rimo Tani Rice Refinery Industry in Kaway XVI District, West Aceh Regency, it is known that at a discount factor rate of 12 percent, it is financially feasible to run because the IRR value is 30.20 percent, the Net B/C Ratio is 1.76 and the BEP and PP are more Smaller than the investment age of more than 20 years, so that the Rimo Tani Rice Refinery is able to cover the initial investment capital of the business when it is less than 20 years old.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine how the influence of asset and debt management on firm value in the technology sub-sector on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2016-2020. In this study, in general, explaining the total assets and total debt of several companies turned out to be fluctuating which could harm the company. This study uses a quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis tools with panel data. results Based on data that has been managed using the eviews 8 application. Total assets partially affect firm value, total debt partially has no effect on firm value, total assets and total debt have a simultaneous effect on firm value. Keywords: asset management, debt policy, and firm value. The implementation of the quality of services provided to customer satisfaction and response at BCA Syariah is examined in depth with the research method used is data collection which is directly observed by researchers with probability sampling and quantitative techniques. This research was conducted since June 2020 by working directly at Bank BCA Syariah. There is a strong relationship between service quality of 20.52 so that the level of satisfaction can increase positively and is influenced by the amount of customer service at BCA Syariah. The contribution made between the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction is 42.4%. This can have a positive impact and a big impact on BCA Syariah and the customers themselves. So that a good quality service provided by BCA Syariah to BCA Syariah customers will give a positive response and satisfaction for BCA Syariah customers. Utilizing human resources so that they are sufficiently knowledgeable and proficient in explaining a product, training can be held to help improve quality.

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity ratios and the effect of profitability ratios on profit changes at PT. PP (Tbk). In this study, the liquidity ratio is measured by the Current Ratio (CR) and Quick Ratio (QR), while the profitability ratio is by the Net Profit Margin (NPM). The population in this study is the financial data report of PT. PP (Tbk) for 23 years, from 1998-2020 which can be accessed at www.ptpp.co.id. The sample of this research is the company's financial data reports for 15 years from 2006-2020 using the purposive sampling method. Analysis of research data used is a multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results showed that partially CR, QR, and NPM have no significant effect on changes in company profits. This is evidenced by the CR significance value of 0.674 > 0.05, the QR significance value is 0.175 > 0.05 and the significance value of NPM is 0.838 > 0.05. Simultaneous test results also show that CR, QR, and NPM have no significant effect on changes in company profits, as evidenced by a significance value of 0.119 > 0.05. The coefficient of determination results showed that only 40% of profit changes are influenced by CR, QR, and NPM, while the remaining 60% are affected by other factors not examined in the study.

Transformasi bisnis PTPN IX telah resmi digaungkan pada tahun 2018, dengan empat pilar utama salah satunya yaitu transformasi budaya kerja dan sumber daya manusia. Penerapan program transformasi ini beraku di seluruh wilayah kerja PTPN IX, termasuk PTPN IX kebun Batujamus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PTPN IX Batujamus. Metode dasar Penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Metode sampling yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cluster sampling. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang karyawan PTPN IX Batujamus wilayah kerja Kerjo yang terdiri dari 5 afdeling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis linear berganda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik pengaruh secara bersama-sama maupun secara individu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan transformasional memberikan pengaruh yang lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

PT Ikafood Putramas hopes to carry out its activities on a set schedule in order to optimally meet its productivity. In this context, how employees can perform at their best and provide incentives to motivate employees to get the job done. In this context, the aim of this study is to show how important the influence of material and immaterial incentives is on employee performance. This type of survey uses questionnaires as a data collection tool that are distributed among respondents with a sample of 54 people. The data analysis used a descriptive analysis that included the distribution of the elements in each variable and then a simple linear regression analysis. The results of the linear regression test and partial regression analysis showed that the motivation of the simultaneous variable (X) on employee performance (Y) with the value R-squared was 0.129. This figure shows that the simultaneous incentive variable (X) used in this regression equation contributes 12.9% to employee performance (Y), while the remaining 87.1% is examined under the influence of other variables outside the two independent variables. Proposals for PT Ikafood Putramas are consistent with research and discussions about employee incentives, and it is recommended that companies pay more attention to incentives that influence business performance.

The data analysis used a descriptive analysis that included the distribution of the elements in each variable and then a simple linear regression analysis. The results of the linear regression test and partial regression analysis showed that the motivation of the simultaneous variable (X) on employee performance (Y) with the value R-squared was 0.129. This figure shows that the simultaneous incentive variable (X) used in this regression equation contributes 12.9% to employee performance (Y), while the remaining 87.1% is examined under the influence of other variables outside the two independent variables. ABSTRAK INGGRIS The study aims to find out how effective the quality of service in the Development, Safety and Enforcement (PKP) Sector at the Makassar City Transportation Service is and to find out what are the inhibiting factors in the Development, Safety and Enforcement (PKP) service at the Makassar City of Transportation Service. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative, the data using quantitative data. The research findings are the effectiveness of the Development, Safety and Enforcement Services (PKP) at the Makassar City Transportation Service has not been effective and also there are several factors that become obstacles in the Development, Safety and Enforcement Sector Services (PKP) at the Makassar City Transportation Service, including; Law Enforcement or Officers, Public Awareness, and Facilities and Infrastructure. Watching the rapid development of science and technology, companies that run a sales business are required to be more effective in working and marketing their products. PT Internusa Technology or also known as INUS, is a company engaged in the sale of analog and digital CCTV. PT Internusa Technology has problems in data collection transactions. In addition, there are other problems, there are still very few promotional media to introduce various kinds of products that are to be sold and also prospective buyers sometimes have difficulty in knowing the prices and types of products to be sold by PT Internusa Technology. The purpose of research and making this journal is to make the sales system at PT Internusa Technology computerized, make it easier for PT Internusa Technology to market its products, and also make it easier for prospective buyers to find out the types and prices of products to be sold by PT Internusa Technology. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D). The result is making of applications design that support all the problems discussed previously. This application can make it easier for users to make CCTV sales transactions, the company can market their own products to be sold online with a larger target market, and making it easier for buyers and sellers to transact or just look for information about the store.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance and the influence of leadership on job statisfaction and to determine the effect of employee performance on job statisfaction. The research is associative and the data collection technique uses primary data in the form of questionnaires distributed to all employees who work in the company with population of 42 and the sampling technique uses saturated sampling. The result showed that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance and leadership has a positive and significant influence on job statisfaction and employee performance has a positive and significant influence on job statisfaction.
