Introduction: During the COVID-19 pandemic, nurses should have resilience or durability can respond to complex and depressing situations. Objectives: To sum up nurses’ resilience during COVID-19. Methods: This article was written by applying scoping review method. Articles were accessed from science direct, Clinical Key, JStore, EBSCO, and Springer Link databases from March to October 2020. The keywords used were Resilience AND Nurse AND COVID-19 Pandemic. Finding: There were some findings related to nurses’ resilience, such as 1) negative resilience, 2) nurses’ resilience signs and symptoms such as anxiety, stress, and depression 3) contributing factors such as education, mental health training, adequate knowledge source, confidence in work accomplishment, active and passive coping. Conclusion: Most nurses experience negative resilience with signs and symptoms that lead to stress, depression, anxiety, and fear of some situations, such as the limited personal precaution equipment, the risk of being infected, and the fear of spreading the virus to family and colleagues. Recommendation: Nurses must immediately come up from stress to perform better healthcare for the patients by implementing strategies such as asking for social support from the closest people for further study.

Introduction: Nurses must have knowledge and awareness concerning professional values as standards to provide safe and high-quality care. Objective: The study aimed to explore the professional’s value in directing nurses’ behavior. Method: A qualitative study design with a phenomenology approach was applied in this study. We involved ten nurses with ten years of working experience and acting as role models in nurse managers. The data analysis used the Colaizzi method. We found the professional nursing values among nurses, including human dignity, integrity, professional practice, altruism, and compassion. Dimensions that underlying the professional values are knowledge, skill, and attitude. Results: The following four themes reflected how to apply nurses value: 1) Competence in facing challenges; 2 Nurses provided services based on knowledge and skills, a sense of help and compassion for love as a form of worship and commitment to the profession; 3) feeling satisfied in undergoing the nurse profession; 4) expectations of professional development. Professional nurses have a positive attitude and a hope for professional development. Conclusion: The hospital could improve nursing education and research by providing evidence-based practices for self-development. Recommendation: Nurse managers also can provide services based on science, skills, and attitudes as a form of worship and commitment to the profession, becoming a role model for the nurse-led

Introduction: In a hospital service, there must be a superior service that can be used as a weapon in capturing patients in carrying out treatment through doctor referrals, in this case the presence of CBCT services. Word of Mouth (WOM) occurs when customers talk to others about their opinion about a particular brand, product, service or company to others. There are several factors that are believed to increase the desire of a referring dentist to do word of mouth, including the quality of the CBCT product itself, loyalty and the level of trust of a dentist as a consumer. Objective: The study aimed to examine the relationship between product quality, customer trust, and customer loyalty with word of mouth on CBCT services. Method: The descriptive study was undergone with cross-sectional approach. A total of 134 dentists as were selected using the systematic random sampling. The linear regression was used to analyze the data to test between the dependent and independent variables. Results: The findings showed that there are significantly associated between the product quality, customer trust, and customer loyalty to word of mouth of customer for using the CBCT services. Recommendation: Further researchers need to develop path analysis or SEM methods to predict the word of mouth of customer for using the CBCT services

Introduction : Many factors influence the occurrence of stunting in toddlers, but the most important factor influencing the incidence of stunting comes from the mother. Objective: This study aims to analyze the relationship between gestational age of infants, exclusive breastfeeding and mother's attitude in giving complementary foods with the incidence of stunting in infants aged 6-24 months. Method: The research design is Cross Sectional. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling involving 125 mothers of infants aged 6-24 months. Result: The results found that gestational age (p value = 0.016), exclusive breastfeeding (p value = 0.027) and complementary feeding (p value = 0.00) have positive correlation with attitude and complementary feeding. The babies born with a small gestational age are at risk of stunting. Exclusive breastfeeding for infants aged 0-6 months followed by a positive mother's attitude in preparing and providing quality complementary foods can reduce the risk of babies experiencing stunting, so nurses' efforts are needed to provide health education to mothers to optimize their role in infant care and nutrition. Recommendation: Health workers, both nurses and midwives, should increase their role in providing health education to mothers with babies aged 6-24 months about the importance of Antenatal Care, health education about the benefits of breastfeeding and forming of breastfeeding motivators and providing health education to mothers under five how to arrange a supplementary food menu for toddlers

International  Diabetes  Federation  (IDF) reported that the number of diabetes mellitus patients worldwide increases every year. Diabetes mellitus is a chronic disease due to damage to the pancreas in producing enough insulin and characterized by impaired metabolism of fats, increased blood sugar, carbohydrates and protein both absolutely and relatively. Diabetic foot ulcers (DFU) are among the most common complications in diabetic patients and are associated with high mortality, morbidity, and health costs.   This study was to determine the effect of health education on knowledge improvement about diabetic ulcers in the regional hospital of Tidore Islands.  This research is a quasi-experimental type with a pretest-posttest without a control group design. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Data were analyzed using a paired test and processed with statistic version 21. Based on the research results, there was an improved knowledge in pre and post-health education counseling, where the average score before health education counseling was 11.6. After health counseling, the average value was 15.0. The results showed the effect of knowledge in the prevention of diabetic ulcers with a p-value =0,000.  Health education is an effort to improve patient's ability to prevent diabetic foot ulcers that have been proven in several scientific studies. Health education methods provide additional information so that patients who previously wondered about their disease can directly ask health workers. Health education affects the knowledge improvement of Diabetes Mellitus patients in the Regional hospital of Tidore Islands

Hyperthermia increased the core human body temperature above normal 36.7-37.5 °C, usually caused by infection, resulting in fever, and was the most common manifestation. One of the efforts that could be done to overcome the symptoms of hyperthermia was the application of warm compresses to the frontal, axillary, and dorsalis pedis. The study aimed to describe body temperature changes in hyperthermic patients after warm compress was applied. This study used a descriptive design with a literature review approach. Twelve articles were included in this review by six journal databases: PubMed, JSTOR, Wiley Online Library, Sage Journal, Taylor and Francis Online, and Google Scholar. The selection was carried out by assessing articles that met the inclusion criteria, including the publication range for 2008-2021, English and Indonesian languages ??, and open access to full-text pdf. The critical assessment was carried out by using the Critical Appraisal Skills Programmed instrument. The review results showed that the warm compress method had a positive effect in lowering body temperature in the nursing process in patients with hyperthermia. Based on the literature from the reviewed articles, it could be concluded that a warm compress intervention needed to be given to hyperthermic patients to lower the patient's body temperature whether they were undergoing treatment or not
