Correlations for stress-strain analysis for the cases of the hole extension in flanging when heated are recommended. The state of visco-plasticity of an anisotropic material, is approved in principle. Trim equations and yield conditions are used in the plane stress state sketch. Correlations for the work material continuity are obtained. The results of calculations are given.

Issues of manufacturing activity of polymer products that affect the parameters of finished goods, maintaining its long-run serviceability, are viewed. It possess of the factors influencing the technological process, such as condition of the equipment, technological parameters, and quality of raw materials. Attention is paid to the qualification of personnel involved in the manufacturing activity and proper management of production at the stage of raw material storage and preparing them for the operating cycle.

Methodological foundation and back-ground technology, providing function-oriented properties of the structure of gas turbine engine components, are presented. A composition of the components for an integrated multi-connected technological process, providing functionally oriented properties of the gas turbine engine structural units, is given. The article presents data for improving gas turbine engine serviceability on condition that equal operational properties are provided through functionally oriented properties of the components and subsystems due to special coatings.

The problems of cutting tools supply interaction from abroad due to sanctions rollout and new possibility of full-fledged replacement of these tools with the relevant cutting tools of domestic production are viewed. The results of linking comparative research of cutting geometry impact on physical parameters, comparing lamellar tooth material and coatings in lathe knives of various foreign firms and similar domestic lamellar teeth of the Kirovograd carbide materials plant using the modes of finish-turning, semi-rough and rough turning operations by means of the computer-aided diagnostics center, are presented. It is found that in most parameters, cutting tools of domestic manufacture is absolutely equal to the best foreign tools and can be recommended substitution-ally for various machine-building enterprises in Russia.
