Primary use of renewable energy sources in electric power industry 在电力工业中主要使用可再生能源

Earlier or later, the use of fossil fuels will become impossible but the need for electric power will increase. Naturally, renewable energy sources will be a single alternative despite the cost of electricity. Unpredictability and intermittent attribute of renewables can be surpassed using the random nature of these sources with the help of a powerful intracontinental power line that collects energy from renewable sources (wind farms and others) scattered over large area. At the local level, the higher the voltage class, where renewables with sufficient disunity are injected, the more they are imperceptible to customers. The customer which gets larger share of renewable energy should participate more in demand side integration and energy storage.

Algorithms for joint operation of service robotic platform and set of UAVs in agriculture tasks 农业任务中服务机器人平台与无人机集合联合操作算法

The problems of designing a mobile robotic platform carrying a set of unmanned aerial vehicles and containing a container for a payload are considered. The issues of transportation of robots and joint activity of robots with various functions in solving agriculture problems are discussed. The conceptual model of a mobile platform design is given. The main stages of the algorithmic model of the joint operation of the mobile platform and the set of unmanned aerial vehicles brought to the working area are described.

The comparison of different types of DC-DC converters in terms of low-voltage implementation 比较不同类型的DC-DC变换器在低压方面的实现

This paper deals with the question about the most efficient and less energy consumptive type of low-voltage DC-DC converter. Different types of DC-DC converters (Synchronous buck-boost, Cuk, Zeta, Sepic etc.) are analyzed in terms of low voltage implementation. The comparison of energy consumption of different types of converters is given. Different examples of such converter implementation are examined — for example, low voltage DC-DC converters can be used as power converter in photovoltaic system, or, for example, as charging converter for batteries. Different physical models of such implementations are presented — a model with small amount of photovoltaic cells, and a model where DC-DC converter is used as a charging converter for batteries for a power wheelchair, or for example, for battery used to power prosthetic limbs (hands, legs etc.).

Transport travel demand simulation model development for mixed-use building 混合用途建筑交通出行需求仿真模型开发

Transport travel demand models allow one to estimate future traffic changes after the changes in the functionality of a building object has been made and to identify the potential bottlenecks of transport system. The paper contains a use case on transport travel demand model development based on decision tree algorithms and simulation methods. Decision tree algorithm that has flexible structures suitable for representing the relationships between the categories of transportation modes and do not require any knowledge about the initial specific model data structure was used in transportation mode choice. Transport travel demand simulation model was developed for mixed-use building in the area of Hanzas Street (Riga city, Latvia).

Modelling IT security risk management in academic environment 模拟学术环境下的资讯科技安全风险管理

This paper addresses the problem in academic environment where the balance must be found between academic freedom and IT security challenges that every education and research organization must face today. The proposed approach includes risk management model which quantifies risks, based on actual threats and balances it with academic freedom that every academic environment employs. Preventive IT security measures that could be taken and solutions to improve IT security in academic environment are discussed in this paper.

Computer model of the high frequency up to 30 kV/cm electric field generator 高频高达30kv /cm的电场发生器的计算机模型

In this paper the computer model of the high voltage, high frequency submicrosecond electric field generator for electroporation of biological objects is presented. This paper addresses the problem of the impact of parasitic circuit elements and minimization of the transient processes during sub microsecond high voltage pulses. Using SPICE simulation software, the influence of the parasitic electrical circuit elements to the generated electric field pulse are analyzed. The transient processes damping circuit using controlled crowbar and RC snubber circuits are proposed.

Integration of microwave sensor into low cost indoor LED lamp — Element of smart lighting system 微波传感器集成到低成本室内LED灯——智能照明系统的组成部分

Energy saving importance is growing year-to-year and effective lighting is considerable part of overall consumption reduction. Modern light sources (LED based lamps) are much less consuming than traditional ones. Furthermore, the saving can be increased, by implementing smart lighting control systems over theses lamps. High initial costs set investment bounds on wide use of systems of this kind. The main elements that give LED lamp smart functionality are: 1) dimmable driver; 2) communication module; 3) sensor/s (ambient light, movement, gas etc.); 4) controller. This paper gives the insight on cost reduction by integration of microwave motion sensor in LED lamp to build a smart system.

Application of image recognition and machine learning technologies for payment data processing review and challenges 图像识别和机器学习技术在支付数据处理中的应用综述与挑战

The automatic receipt analysis problem is very relevant due to high cost of manual document processing. Therefore, the presented paper investigates the problems of receipt image analysis. It describes approaches for receipt image pre-processing, receipt text detection, receipt text recognition and receipt text analysis. These approaches allow to make receipt analysis system adaptable for a real-life environment and to convert the input information to a usable format for analysing information in the receipts. A pipeline for payment data processing staring with image capture to payment data posting is defined and appropriate technologies for every stage of the process are proposed. Advantages and limitations of these technologies are reviewed and open research challenges are identified. The payment data processing is analyzed as an enabler of digital transformation of expense reporting processes.

Stereoscopic focus moment identification based on pupil dynamics measures 基于瞳孔动力学测量的立体焦距识别

Consumption time of stereoscopic content is increasing with the new technologies being introduced to the market, visual comfort in viewing stereoscopic images and videos is currently a subject of very high importance. Different stereoscopic viewing techniques, e.g. head mounted displays, stereoscopic monitors and projectors and large cinema screens requires individual setups for comfort image perception. The aim of the investigation, presented in this paper is to indicate measurable features of the eye activity which may correlate with visual discomfort during stereoscopic perception. In addition, a technique for focus moment identification was proposed that is based on real-time measures of eye activity. 120 stereoscopic images of publicly available dataset which had subjective evaluation of visual discomfort was shown until participants indicated they have had focused on shown stereoscopic content Pupillometric and gaze data of subjects were collected using eye tracker. Measured data shows a distinct constriction of pupil diameter, when subjects were exposed to the stereoscopic content, followed by a dilation, half of initial pupil size, until subjects indicated the time of focus. Based on these findings afore mentioned focus moment identification technique was proposed. Also, our findings of pupil dilation agrees with existing research where relationship was found between cognitive activity and pupil dilation.

Different stereoscopic viewing techniques, e.g. head mounted displays, stereoscopic monitors and projectors and large cinema screens requires individual setups for comfort image perception. The aim of the investigation, presented in this paper is to indicate measurable features of the eye activity which may correlate with visual discomfort during stereoscopic perception. In addition, a technique for focus moment identification was proposed that is based on real-time measures of eye activity. 120 stereoscopic images of publicly available dataset which had subjective evaluation of visual discomfort was shown until participants indicated they have had focused on shown stereoscopic content Pupillometric and gaze data of subjects were collected using eye tracker. Measured data shows a distinct constriction of pupil diameter, when subjects were exposed to the stereoscopic content, followed by a dilation, half of initial pupil size, until subjects indicated the time of focus. Based on these findings afore mentioned focus moment identification technique was proposed. Dynamic characteristic evaluation of a 600V reverse blocking IGBT device 600V反向阻断IGBT器件动态特性评估

This paper presents an overview and analysis of operation of RB IGBT transistors. The series of experiments is devoted characterisation of 600 V, 85 A RB IGBT devices under hard and soft switching conditions using a double-pulse test circuit. The switching behaviour, particularly turn-on and turn-off characteristics, of these devices under various conditions are evaluated. Obtained results allow to assess the impact of reverse recovery process on the turn-on losses and compare the characteristic of RB IGBTs with various types of discrete diodes.
本文对RB型IGBT晶体管的工作原理进行了概述和分析。利用双脉冲测试电路,对600 V, 85 A的RB IGBT器件在硬开关和软开关条件下的特性进行了研究。评估了这些器件在各种条件下的开关行为,特别是通断特性。获得的结果可以评估反向恢复过程对导通损耗的影响,并将RB igbt与各种类型的分立二极管的特性进行比较。
