Robust guaranteed cost measurement fusion steady-state Kalman filters with uncertain noise variances 具有不确定噪声方差的鲁棒保成本测量融合稳态卡尔曼滤波器

In this work, guaranteed cost robust centralized fusion (CF) and weighted measurement fusion (WMF) steady-state Kalman filters problems in multisensor system with uncertain noise variances are addressed. By parameterzing the perturbations of uncertain noise variances, two classes of guaranteed cost robust CF and WMF Kalman filters are proposed based on minimax robust estimation principle (MREP). The actual accuracy deviations are guaranteed to have the minimal upper bound and maximal lower bound. The proof of guaranteed cost robustness is proposed by using Lyapunov equation method. The equivalence of guaranteed cost WMF and CF Kalman filters is proved by using the information filter. A numerical example verifies the robustness of the proposed filters.

An absorptive/transmissive radome based on metamaterial 一种基于超材料的吸收/传输天线罩

This paper proposes a metamaterial-inspired radome with a wide absorption band and a highly-transparent transmission window. The proposed radome is configured by replacing the ground plane of a metamaterial-inspired absorber with a band-pass frequency selective surface (FSS). In the receiving mode, the radome shows absorption of 90% from 9.1 to 24.8 GHz and a transmission of 95% at 28.1 GHz. In the transmitting mode, it works as a band-pass filter of 28.1GHz with a same transmission as that in receiving mode and reflects all the frequencies out of band.

An improved reweighted zero-attracting NLMS algorithm for broadband sparse channel estimation 一种改进的重加权吸零NLMS宽带稀疏信道估计算法

Sparse channel estimation has attracted more attention for various broadband wireless communication systems. Square error criterion based adaptive filter algorithms are extensively studied for broadband sparse channel estimations (SCE) such as zero-attracting (ZA) least mean square (ZA-LMS) and reweighting ZA-LMS (RZA-LMS) algorithms. However, these sparse LMS algorithms are usually sensitive to the scaling of their input signal. In this paper, an improved sparse algorithm is proposed on the basis of the normalized LMS (NLMS) algorithm, reweighted ZA (RZA) techniques and compressed sensing concepts. The proposed SCE technique is implemented by using an error sequence to redesign the step-size (SS) of the NLMS to modify the RZA-NLMS algorithm. The complexity is also discussed based on the trace calculation strategy. The behaviors of the proposed SCE algorithm are verified over a broadband sparse multi-path wireless channel. The proposed results obtained from the simulation indicate that the presented SCE algorithms are superior to the conventional LMS, NLMS, ZA-LMS, RZA-LMS, ZA-NLMS and RZA-NLMS algorithms with reference to the convergence rate and the estimated error.

Development of head-mounted color imaging sonar 头戴式彩色成像声纳的研制

The aim of this paper is to design a kind of head-mounted color imaging sonar with small cubage and low-power consumption. It is used in the divers' work. The system is a battery-using underwater equipment. However, it doesn't sacrifice high-resolution and scanning distance and provides convenience for divers' underwater work equipped with ultra-small high-definition color display. In addition, underwater divers may cooperate with surface command system. This paper presents the thoughts and methods of designing and discussing the three parts of the system including low-noise power, high-output power acoustic transmitter and compensation for propagating attenuation. The lake-tests along with the sea-tests showed that the system can work continuously and steadily with the power supply of 12V/2600mAh lithium battery.

Research on marine environmental monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology 基于物联网技术的海洋环境监测系统研究

In this paper, the marine environmental monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology is researched and demonstrated. At first, the system requirement and the overall framework of the marine environmental monitoring system are introduced. Then, the paper discusses the issues of how surface and underwater wireless sensor networks work in network building, and how to apply modes of ZigBee and CDMA in the system. Finally, the paper expounds the requirements of information subsystem in the marine environmental monitoring system.

Load-balance and coding awareness protocol multicast in space information network 空间信息网络中负载均衡与编码感知协议组播

Applications of multicast technology in space information network are increasing year by year. Due to the inherent characteristics of space information network, the existing multicast protocols are difficult to meet the high-quality service requirements and the need for reliability. A coding-aware and load balancing reliable multicast protocol in space information network is proposed. A coding-aware and load balancing routing metric is designed. This paper defines a load balancing factor to measure load status of the node and the Expected Transmission Time with Coding to measure the coding gain. A new route metric ECTTL (Expected Transmission Time with Coding and Load balancing) which combines the two factors is designed to select the high throughput path routes. It not only has the potential coding opportunity but is also able to prevent routing node overflows due to overload. In route establishment process, according to different business needs, it is preferable to use ECTTL metric to build multipath multicast tree and network coding method to encode the data for transmission. The coding-aware load balancing and reliable multicast protocol LCRM is simulated and analyzed in NS-2 simulation platform, The results showed that the design of coding-aware load balancing and reliable multicast protocol LCRM had good performance in reducing the end-to-end delay, routing overhead and improving the network throughput.

Building density estimation using PolSAR images based on adaptive volume scattering model 基于自适应体散射模型的PolSAR图像建筑密度估计

Building density, which is ratio of building area to basal area, is of great significance in infrastructure planning and management for cities. Polarimetric synthetic aperture radar (PolSAR) images, delivering abundant information of detected areas, make the building density detection more convenient and accurate. The estimation of the density depends largely on the precision of building detection, which is a tough problem in PolSAR image interpretation because of the confusion of forest and buildings. Since the existing interpretation methods cannot distinguish buildings from forest accurately, an adaptive volume scattering model for the model-based decomposition is proposed in this study to help detect the building area. Together with the support vector machine algorithm, marker-controlled watershed algorithm and regression analysis, the ratio of building density can be calculated more precisely and comprehensively. Experiments on the ESAR L-band PolSAR data of the Oberpfaffenhofen have been taken out. The results demonstrate that the proposed method has a better performance in division of building areas and forest and can detect the building density with a higher degree of precision.

DFT approach to arbitrary planar antenna arrays 任意平面天线阵列的DFT方法

A method to compute patterns of arbitrary planar antenna arrays based on DFT (Discrete Fourier Transform) is proposed. By complex Fourier series expansion, irregular arrays are approximated to regular arrays. And array patterns are obtained by applying DFT. Examples are provided to illustrate the proposed method. A comparison between the proposed method and the series summation method is performed. The coincident results in patterns show the preciseness of the proposed method, while the computing time ratios show the efficiency of the proposed method.

By complex Fourier series expansion, irregular arrays are approximated to regular arrays. And array patterns are obtained by applying DFT. Examples are provided to illustrate the proposed method. A comparison between the proposed method and the series summation method is performed. Simulation research and implementation of optimal jamming effect on MSK signal 对MSK信号最优干扰效果的仿真研究与实现

With the rapid development of communication technology, digital communication has become the main way of information transmission. MSK signal has the advantages of continuous phase, constant envelope and so on. It has been widely used, so it is very important to select the best jamming pattern for MSK signal. In this paper, we analyze all kinds of jamming patterns of MSK signal, and simulate the model by Matlab. Finally, the bit error rate curves of MSK signals under different jamming modes are obtained.
随着通信技术的飞速发展,数字通信已成为信息传输的主要方式。MSK信号具有相位连续、包络常数等优点。因此,选择最佳的MSK干扰方式对MSK信号的干扰具有十分重要的意义。本文分析了MSK信号的各种干扰模式,并用Matlab对模型进行了仿真。最后,得到了不同干扰方式下MSK信号的误码率曲线。

The monitoring service platform based on inference of technology and science related public opinion 基于科技相关舆情推理的监测服务平台

With the rapid progress and development of society and scientific research and development, the hysteresis quality of Digital library document retrieval service platform has affected the innovation ability of scientific research at home and abroad to some extent. In order to improve the efficiency of scientific communication, information sharing and the efficiency of starting the emergency plan, we will break the traditional digital library and library service mode to build a new monitoring service platform that is based on the inference of public opinion with science and technology. According to monitoring and collection of information data from the user-operated media such as micro-blog and WeChat, we do some analysis and inference of the data so as to make this platform widely used in science and Technology Information Research team and related enterprises. The platform is useful to acquire the latest scientific research and can greatly enhance the ability of scientific research and innovation at home and abroad.
