In this study, there are regional limitations for the fine dust data provided by public data to represent the wide area air quality. It is about a method that can provide detailed data in a specific area beyond location restrictions. The goal of this implementation is to mount the IoT-based fine dust sensor on a quadcopter that can fly autonomously beyond the positional limitations of the current measuring station, which is fixed, and quickly move the fire-generating area and the area of rapid fine dust to make detailed measurements. Through this, the system is designed and implemented to enable the fundamental analysis of the occurrence. We designed a QDMS system and proposed a method to measure detailed changes in fine dust at a specific location through manufacturing and experiments.

Human’s landing strategies have been explained through lower extremity kinetics in various conditions. However, how lower extremity kinetics respond when the two conditions between a load and landing height are combined is not yet understood. To achieve the purpose of this study, a total of 20 men and women were subjected to drop landing according to a load(No load, 10%, 20%, 30% of the body weight) at various landing heights(0.3 m, 0.4 m, 0.5 m). As a result of the study, the main effect of a load was not statistically significant in all variables. But increasing of the landing heights showed more flexion angle which was statistically significant in knee joint. In addition, as the landing height increased, the medial-lateral, anterior-posterior, vertical force, and loading rate increased, while time to peak vertical force decreased which was statistically significant. Thus, humans can successfully perform the landing motion even if the load is changed at various heights. However, it reacted more sensitively to the change in landing height than that load condition. The landing height can be prepared for recognition and shock absorption through visual information, but the weight level is difficult for the body to perceive and explains why it is more difficult to apply it to the landing strategy mechanism for shock absorption.

In some intersections or busy traffic roads, there are more pedestrians in a specific period of time, and there are many traffic accidents caused by road congestion. Especially at the intersection where there are schools nearby, it is particularly important to protect the traffic safety of students in busy hours. In the past, when designing traffic lights, the safety of pedestrians was seldom taken into account, and the identification of motor vehicles and traffic optimization were mostly studied. How to keep the road smooth as far as possible under the premise of ensuring the safety of pedestrians, especially students, will be the key research direction of this paper. This paper will focus on person, motorcycle, bicycle, car and bus recognition research. Through investigation and comparison, this paper proposes to use YOLO v4 network to identify the location and quantity of objects. YOLO v4 has the characteristics of strong ability of small target recognition, high precision and fast processing speed, and sets the data acquisition object to train and test the image set. Using the statistics of the accuracy rate, error rate and omission rate of the target in the video, the network trained in this paper can accurately and effectively identify persons, motorcycles, bicycles, cars and buses in the moving images.

Humans mainly recognize surrounding objects using visual and auditory information among the five senses (sight, hearing, smell, touch, taste). Major research related to the latest object recognition mainly focuses on analysis using image sensor information. In this paper, after emitting various chirp audio signals into the observation space, collecting echoes through a 2-channel receiving sensor, converting them into spectral images, an object recognition experiment in 3D space was conducted using an image learning algorithm based on deep learning. Through this experiment, the experiment was conducted in a situation where there is noise and echo generated in a general indoor environment, not in the ideal condition of an anechoic room, and the object recognition through echo was able to estimate the position of the object with 83% accuracy. In addition, it was possible to obtain visual information through sound through learning of 3D sound by mapping the inference result to the observation space and the 3D sound spatial signal and outputting it as sound. This means that the use of various echo information along with image information is required for object recognition research, and it is thought that this technology can be used for augmented reality through 3D sound.

In February 2020, Gyeonggi-do paid the world's first Data Dividend to local residents of Gyeonggi Province who produced data using local currency. Currently, Data Dividend is being paid to consumers who have produced data, but this paper studied the expansion of Data Dividend qualifications according to the contribution to creating added value. First, it raised the question of whether it is right for the recipient of Data Dividend to have only the consumers who produced the data. Second, by analyzing the four elements of data valuation criteria that influenced the creation of added value identified the objects that influence the creation of added value. The 4 factors were divided into productivity, effectiveness, concreteness, and usability, and the objects corresponding to each factor were analyzed. Accordingly, it was determined whether platform workers contributed to the creation of added value. In conclusion, it was confirmed that not only consumers, who were the first data producers, but also platform workers who contributed to the concreteness of data valuation to create added value can qualify for Data Dividend. Since this paper focuses on the necessity of data allocation centered on platform workers among the objects, the validity of objects that influence added value other than platform workers are excluded.

In recent years, research on smart factory wireless mobile communication technology that wirelessly remotely controls utilities is being actively conducted. The Wi-SUN(Wireless Smart Utility Network) Alliance proposed Wi-SUN protocol structure suitable for building a platform such as a smart factory as a new wireless communication standardization standard based on EEE802.15.4g/e. It analyzes the performance of the IEEE802.15.4e CSL(Coordinated Sampled Listening) Mode MAC(Media Access Control) in terms of latency and looks at considerations for efficient operation.

This paper compare the adative equalization performance of the DSE-MMA (Dithered Signed-Error MMA) and QE-MMA (Quantized-Error MMA) which has a simplifies the computational operation of currently used MMA algorithm. The DSE-MMA possible to improve the rubustness to noise by using the dithered signal consider the polarity of error signal in the multiplication part. In QE-MMA, it use the polarity of error signal after performing the nonlinear power-of-two quantizing operation for easiness of H/W implementation. The same channel environment was applied, and it’s performance of the output signal constellation, the residual isi and maximum distortion and MSE that means the convergence characteristics, the SER that means the robustness of external noise of algorithm were compared and evaluated. As a result of computer simulation, the QE-MMA has more good in constellation, residual isi, maximum distortion, MSE performanc than DSE-MMA. In SER, the DSE-MMA has more robust due to dither signal than QE-MMA.
