The development of computerized measurement system for electronic device characterization 电子器件特性计算机化测量系统的开发

Rapid changes in the development of electronic fabrication have lead us to have chalenges in supporting the researches. When a prototype of devices has to be examined and analyze, it needs to take some measurements that sometimes take time, not recorded, uncontinous measurement, and need a lot of devices to do it. In this paper, a tool to solve the problem in development of electronic fabrication will be discussed. The designed system offers many possiblity such as able to measure both organic and inorganis devices, able to measure various device characteristics such as current-voltage, light intensity-voltage, and life time. The resolution of measurement can be adjusted depending on the the capability of programmable power supply. The measurement is user friendly by the human machine interface which supporting by the developed software.

Temperature control of liquid egg pasteurization system using PLC (programmable logic controller) siemens simatic S7-200 and HMI (human machine interface) simatic HMI panel 液蛋巴氏杀菌系统温度控制采用PLC(可编程控制器)西门子simatic S7-200和simatic HMI(人机界面)面板

Raw chicken egg in good condition of shell can be kept in room temperature for about a week or in refrigerator for 3 weeks. The quality of raw egg will be decrease as the longer storage time due to the increasing amount of pathogenic bacteria present in it. Salmonella is a kind of pathogenic bacteria that is found in egg. Normally, the well-cooked egg which is cooked over a temperature of 72°C can be confirmed that Salmonella has died because of high temperature. However, many processed eggs are actually consumed in a raw state, such as mayonnaise and traditional Indonesian drink (STMJ and jamu). So, raw chicken eggs need to get pasteurized to prevent Salmonella contamination in it. Pasteurization is the disinfection process of bacteria at low temperature and in a certain time frame. Based on the standards issued by the NSW Food Authority, liquid whole egg has to be pasteurized at least 64°C for 2.5 min. This research was focused on temperature control of liquid egg pasteurization system using PLC Siemens S7-200 CPU 226, HMI Simatic Panel TP177 Micro, and a Proportional controller, in order to obtain a precise temperature control design for liquid egg pasteurization system. Liquid egg pasteurization on this research was carried out at a temperature of 64°C for 2.5 min. The process of designing controller used the hand tuning method was obtained parameter value Kp corresponding to the system: Kp=3.4. Using Kp=3.4 egg pasteurization systems could reach set point of 64°C and settling time of 910 seconds. Ladder diagram of the PLC could work well as it could keep the temperature of 64°C according to standard pasteurized eggs. HMI in this study was able to show the trend of temperature and PWM view in real time.

Investigations on fractal square loop FSS at oblique incidence for GSM applications GSM斜入射分形方环FSS的研究

This paper proposes a fractal square loop frequency selective surface (FSS) with dual-band stop behavior. The FSS elements are etched on FR-4 substrate to attenuate signals at GSM900, GSM1800 and IMT2000 frequency bands while transmitting other microwave signals. The unit cell geometry is a modification of the conventional square loop which shows an improvement in stability for oblique incidence up to 45° for both TE and TM polarizations. The proposed FSS shifts the onset of a grating lobe to the outside of the frequency of interest without compromising the target resonant frequencies. The measured results are shown to be in a very good agreement with the simulated results.

Comparison binary search and linear algorithm for German-Indonesian sign language using Markov model 基于马尔可夫模型的德语-印尼语手语二分搜索与线性算法比较

Research in the area of sign language gives significant results in the decade of years. A lot of research has been done focusing on the signer-independent schemas that contain sign language and video. This paper contributes the statistical translation words from German-Indonesia sign language and vice versa. The process of translation used Markov model and parsing tree to translate words. A binary search and linear algorithms in collaboration with Markov model are used to implement the translation process. The execution time between 2 models of algorithms has been analyzed. A binary search and Markov model have given a better execution than sequential algorithm and Markov model when translates words.
近十年来,手语领域的研究取得了显著的成果。很多研究都集中在包含手语和视频的独立于手语的图式上。本文提供了德语-印度尼西亚手语的统计翻译词,反之亦然。翻译过程中使用马尔可夫模型和解析树对单词进行翻译。采用二分搜索和线性算法配合马尔可夫模型实现翻译过程。分析了两种算法模型之间的执行时间。二分搜索和马尔可夫模型在翻译单词时比序列算法和马尔可夫模型有更好的执行力。

Development of two axis solar tracking using five photodiodes 五光电二极管两轴太阳跟踪的研制

Utilization solar panels to generate electricity were increased all over the world including Indonesia. Generally, solar panels mounted on permanent structure which the angle of sunlight direction are fixed. This installation method will reduce the efficiency of electrical energy generated by solar panels due the angle of sun direction changes every time. There are needs equipment that used to steer solar panels toward the sun, namely solar tracking. In this study, we proposed development a prototype of two-axis solar tracking using five photodiodes. Overall, solar tracking system consists of two DC motors, five photodiodes, microcontroller system, and mechanical structure. DC motors are used to driving toward azimuth and elevation, photodiode act as sun-sensor functioned to measure the angle of sunlight direction, microcontroller system functioned to process data and give signal to DC motors. The five photodiodes usage are intended to reduce the cost purchasing of sun-sensor which relatively expensive on the market. Solar tracking prototype has been tested using artificial light with an intensity is closer to the sunlight. Experiment result has shown that this solar tracking is able work very well and can follow the sun movement.

An LMI approach to output feedback controller of neutral systems 中性系统输出反馈控制器的LMI方法

This paper concerns on the problem of output feedback controller design for neutral systems. Generally speaking, not like a state feedback control problem, an output feedback control problem produces the non-convexity formulation in LMI so that it needs more complex computation. In this paper, we propose a sufficient condition for asymptotic stabilization by applying linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) feasible solutions. To solve the inverse relation, an iterative algorithm is applied. A numerical example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
本文研究了中性系统输出反馈控制器的设计问题。一般来说,与状态反馈控制问题不同,输出反馈控制问题在LMI中产生非凸性公式,因此需要更复杂的计算。本文利用线性矩阵不等式可行解,给出了系统渐近稳定的充分条件。为了求解反比关系,采用了迭代算法。算例表明了该方法的有效性。
