Gamification is one strategy that can be applied to develop students' interest in learning mathematics. The aim of this training is to introduce gamification to elementary school teachers in learning mathematics, to introduce teaching modules (MA) to elementary teachers who have not yet implemented the independent curriculum, and to train teachers to be able to integrate elements of gamification into MA. This training was held at SD N Penanggungan, Malang City. The training was held on November 20, 2022. The training participants were twenty teachers at SD N Penanggungan. The training was carried out using discussion and question and answer techniques. After that, the presenters accompany the teacher to practice the theory learned by making MA integrated with gamification. The result of this training is that teachers can develop MA that is integrated with gamification. In addition, the teacher is also able to recognize the characteristics of gamification and MA stages that are in accordance with the gamification.
游戏化是一种可以用来培养学生学习数学兴趣的策略。本次培训的目的是向小学教师介绍游戏化学习数学,向尚未实施独立课程的小学教师介绍教学模块(MA),并培养教师将游戏化元素融入MA的能力。这次培训在玛琅市的SD N Penanggungan举行。培训于2022年11月20日举行。参加培训的是Penanggungan小学的20名教师。培训采用讨论和问答的方式进行。之后,主持人陪同老师将所学的理论进行实践,将MA与游戏化相结合。这种培训的结果是教师可以开发与游戏化相结合的MA。此外,教师还能够识别游戏化的特征和与游戏化相适应的MA阶段。

The development of a tourist village is part of the implementation of tourism that is directly related to services and requires collaboration with the village government and the tourism organizing community. One form of tourism development carried out by Bumdes is the tourism market tourism area in Pandesari Village, Pujon District, Malang Province. Currently, the condition of the Pandesari tourism market has not fully met the requirements as a tourist destination due to its less-than-optimal management. This activity aims to help the Pandesari tourism market regarding the use of digital marketing as a means of developing MSMEs. The community service stage consists of several stages, including1) creating social media, 2) implementing financial management practices, 3) inputting SOP files and cooperation agreements, 4) basic tourism training, 5) designing brochures, banners/posters. The results of the training and mentoring for the tourism market SMEs are: 1. The tourism market SMEs have social media. 2. The tourism market is starting to organize its finances properly 3. The tourism market already has SOP files and cooperation agreements, 4. The tourism market has brochures that are very attractive to visitors.

The development of MSMEs is increasingly rapid, not spared from increasingly fierce competition. The emergence of MSME competition if it is not balanced with adequate management, it will be difficult to develop and will be worse off being beaten by its competitors. Therefore digital marketing through social media and online marketplace platforms is urgently needed at this time. However, many MSME actors ignore digital marketing due to a lack of knowledge about technology. This also happened to the "Angkringan KMS" MSMEs located in Tumpang District, Malang Regency, which had not utilized digital technology in their business. Apart from not doing digital marketing, these MSMEs are also not good at financial management, as evidenced by the absence of financial records. The purpose of this research is that partners can develop because of digital marketing so that they can increase sales, partners can prepare financial reports properly, have a menu list design and logos for social media to attract and make it easier for consumers to buy products. This service research method is to carry out initial identification, analysis or planning, implementation and assistance, and evaluation. The rapid development of digital technology has an impact on the world of marketing. Digital marketing allows potential customers to obtain details regarding products and how to transact through internet media. So far, marketing carried out by lamingo97 has not utilized digital marketing, requiring consumers to come directly to available outlets to view products and make transactions in cash. This activity aims to assist Lamingo97 regarding the use of digital marketing as an MSME development strategy. The training and mentoring phase consists of several stages including (1) Introduction to packaging and branding, (2) logo printing on packaging (3) Product photos, (4) Introduction to social media and creating social media accounts, (5) Introduction to marketplaces and product registration on marketplaces such as Gofood. The results of the training and mentoring for UMKM Lamingo97 are: 1. UMKM Lamingo97 has a new packaging with a simpler and more attractive logo. 2. UMKM Lamingo97 has social media and a marketplace as marketing tools. 3. Business owners have the enthusiasm to develop their business, start actively participating in events and are,more confident because their products already have logos easily recognized by the public. 4. Business owners gain knowledge about social media and marketplace management procedures. 5. Business owners know the importance of digital marketing in advancing a business.

The obligation for every student at the end of his study period is research. Students are required to write research to obtain a bachelor's degree. The problem in the field is that most of them do not have experience in conducting research and do not know the right program that can be used to facilitate the process of processing data. Moreover, in operating the data processing program, most students are not capable. Therefore, training is needed for students that aims to provide knowledge and competence to process data using the application of a data processing program, namely Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) version 21. Training activities use lecture, practice, and discussion methods. This training was successful because there was an increase in students' ability to understand and master SPSS.

The purpose of this study is to provide solutions to the problems of: (1) the lack of students ability to write scientific articles, (2) the lack of student interest in writing scientific articles (3) the obligation of students to make scientific articles as one of the requirements for completing the thesis/final assignment. The external goal is that students can make scientific articles well and structured. The methods used in this research are lectures, discussions, and training/practice. The results achieved are (1) partners have knowledge and understanding of scientific articles, (2) partners have skills to convert thesis/final project to scientific articles that well and structured.

UMKM are one of the important economic sectors in Indonesia. The fact is that UMKM have played an important role in the Indonesian economy to date. When Covid 19 became a global problem, it happened in 2019. This virus spread to various countries, one of which is Indonesia. One of the economic impacts felt by UMKM players is a decrease in sales turnover. Development of Managerial Insights is a course whose program teaches students to do community service. Which activity is a form of training in the form of Community Service. This community service aims to help UMKM to increase sales. With this problem, we are the students at the Malang State University Master of Management who carry out this service activity which will be carried out from the beginning of September 2022 to the end of November 2022 at UMKM Seleud, which is addressed at Jl. Sunda Strait II D3/24 Sawojajar Malang city. The methods used in socialization and education activities include identifying work programs, training, and mentoring. The results of this series of community service activities are the development of attractive product logos, making business logos, more modern marketing, payments via QRIS and getting distributors hydroponic raw materials.

The purpose of assisting Kopikos MSMEs is to expand their market reach through e-commerce, namely using online platforms, social media, and marketplaces, to provide convenience for online transactions, provide changes in the perspective of Kopikos MSMEs, by providing education on the use of online media. With this observation, the aim is to assist Kopikos MSMEs so that they can maintain their business during the Covid 19 pandemic by providing business support. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to find out a detailed description of the problems and phenomena that exist in the MSME field through interviews and observation methods. So that the result of the MSME assistance activities at Kopikos is that digital e-commerce marketing has been made by providing direct training such as logo design, Instagram, gofood, making menu lists, and taking product photos. It is hoped that Kopikos MSMEs will reach a wider market share and be able to increase sales, as well as participate in editing content on social media.

The purpose of helping UMKM UHAT KLB is to expand market share, facilitate online transactions, change the mindset of UMKM UHAT KLB, related to the use of digital technology. The purpose of the assistance to the UMKM Uhat KLB is because many consumers buy tofu through the wheat KLB website, so we provide deeper assistance to take advantage of digital technology. This study uses the active participation method of mentoring, namely discussion, mentoring, training, and monitoring. So, the results of the research are the application of digital technology, for example, making a brand logo by utilizing technology, where the brand logo is used as a characteristic of what KLB and as a differentiator for other tofu competitors. The second is Instagram social media, which can expand the market share of UMKM Uhat KLB. In addition, the use of omnichannel and Go Mart also makes it easier to order what KLB products. So, the results of the research are the application of digital technology, for example, making a brand logo by utilizing technology, where the brand logo is used as a characteristic of what KLB and as a differentiator for other tofu competitors. Karya ilmiah merupakan salah satu wujud nyata kemampuan literasi yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa. Karya ilmiah mahasiswa secara umum berupa tugas akhir atau skripsi. Berdasarkan temuan ketika melakukan pembimbingan skripsi sebagian mahasiswa masih memiliki kualitas yang rendah dalam hal penulisan skripsi. Hal ini nampak dari sumber rujukan yang digunakan, beberapa mahasiswa masih copy paste dari penelitian yang sebelumnya. Cara penulisan rujukan mahasiswa sebagian besar masih secara manual. Judul-judul penelitian yang digunakan oleh mahasiswa cenderung sama dengan penelitian sebelumnya hanya mengubah subjek penelitiannya saja. Oleh karena itu diperlukan kegiatan pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah untuk mahasiswa calon guru di Universitas PGRI Wiranegara Pasuruan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian berupa pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah untuk mahasiswa calon guru di Universitas PGRI Wiranegara Pasuruan adalah mahasiswa mampu menuliskan rujukan dan memunculkan ide judul penelitian. Kegiatan pelatihan penulisan Karya Ilmiah untuk calon guru Matematika di Universitas PGRI Wiranegara Pasuruan dapat disimpulkan berhasil. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh antusiasnya peserta pelatihan yang diikuti oleh 95% persen mahasiswa calon guru matematika di Universitas PGRI Wiranegara. Selain itu beberpa mahasiswa yang bergabung dalam LRM (Lembaga Riset Mahasiswa) telah mengikuti lomba tingkat Nasional dan berhasil lolos.
