The socio-labor implications in vocational training and its relationship with curriculum design and training 职业培训的社会劳动影响及其与课程设计和培训的关系

University professional training is the sum of individual and group efforts that are intertwined as students and teachers advance, semester or annually. It has its precedent in curricular designs and may or may not be spiced up with job training. The objective is to analyze the relationships of the elements of professional training, curriculum design and training from the university perspective. The present study is quantitative, cross-sectional and with a sample by availability. 18 variables that make up the axes of Vocational Training (8), Training (4) and Curricular Design (4) are analyzed, the results of which have been treated with Pearson's Product Moment Correlation analysis; the scale used is decimal ratio. The participants were 65 teachers and 138 students from different Academic Units. It is stated that the themes that allude to the social rights, rights, and obligations of the workers, the Afores, the educational-labor reforms should be considered as cross-cutting themes in any university career due to their socio-educational-labor implications.

ICT uses in education. Theoretical framework proposal for its characterization and analysis 信息通信技术在教育中的应用。提出了对其进行表征和分析的理论框架

It is clear that during the last few decades, ICT use has considerably increased in education, and it has intensified over the last year as a consequence of an online approach because of the health emergency caused by COVID-19. Nevertheless, despite of the efforts made by schools for keeping updated on the technological equipment and the multiple teacher training processes on this subject, results has not been as expected. This is demonstrated by the higher grade-failure and school drop-out. In this regard, this work aims to propose a theoretical framework to guide characterization and analysis processes on the use of ICT in education. The above, form Vygotsky’s sociocultural theory of human learning, which favors the social construction of learning, but also, from Edgar Morán’s complex thought theory, who prioritizes pertinent thought for social problem solving. And, finally, from online education psychology, where Cesar Coll and Carles Monereo stresses the importance of building working environments that promotes meaningful learning. This work aims to offer a reference framework for the case study, for implementation of improvement processes in favor of the students.

Pedagogical leadership: an opportunity for teacher professional development in times of pandemic 教学领导:大流行时期教师专业发展的机遇

The objective of this article is to describe the pedagogical leadership exercised by teachers in times of pandemic, taking as a reference the Cadet Arturo Prat Chacón school in Chile and in what way this leadership can become an opportunity for teacher professional development. From the methodological point of view, the research is qualitative and descriptive, based on an intrinsic study of cases. The results allow us to establish in a situated way the qualities and attributes of pedagogical leadership, exercised by teachers in a pandemic period when they have to face the teaching-learning processes in a virtual way, and as despite their fears, challenges and uncertainties, They managed to overcome from a resilient pedagogical leadership, promoting collaborative work and co-teaching between teams. It can be concluded that the type of leadership displayed by the management team, facilitated the concurrence of efforts, facilitating collaborative work, co-planning and curricular prioritization, promoting autonomy and professional innovation, providing feedback and positive reinforcement among peers in a way constant, as confirmed by the teachers, who were able to stoically face adversity, safeguarding the quality of their classes.

Objectives. Generate a comprehensive scenario that facilitates designing a proposal for the development of Intellectual Capital in Higher Secondary Education Institutions, in the state of Tabasco through an instrument that allows to measure intellectual capital, to make a comprehensive diagnosis and generate the proposal. Methodology. A methodological scheme is structured to establish a guide, which is useful for the author during the development of the research. The stages of the methodology are described, it should be clarified that each stage is divided by the period of time in which it is elaborated, Stage one: emergence of the idea, stage two: research protocol where the actors and experts are detected, stage three design of the instrument, stage four: obtaining the scenario and design of the proposal. Contribution. The study carried out in a decentralized public body of Higher Secondary Education, in such a way that it was possible to identify various limitations for obtaining Intellectual Capital, as well as areas of opportunity that could complement its obtaining. The results revealed that cultural, social and technological aspects originated little development of the system to obtain Intellectual Capital, this with the active participation of the experts

The problem of communication is addressed in a virtual platform, in a communication space: forum, within the platform of the Virtual University System, of the University of Guadalajara, called Metacampus. The objective of the study was: To observe how social life is carried out from the interaction through a virtual medium, in the field of use of information technologies IV. In the methodological work, a mixed paradigm was used, to know what the development of activities is like having as a focus of study: interactive communication, identifying elements of a virtual learning environment. The methodology that was followed to measure the sample was due to the facilities that were presented for being an advisor on the subject of Use of Information Technology, with a sample of 60 students, which results in a representative sample with a level of confidence significant. The results of the analysis of the information worked on the subject Use of Information Technology IV are presented. A significant participation of the participants could be observed, with 590 messages, of which 475 corresponded to students, and 115 from advisers. A trend of Descriptive type messages was identified.

Didactic strategy based on robotics (EDITICA) to promote innovation in higher education 基于机器人技术(EDITICA)的教学策略促进高等教育创新

This research proposes a didactic strategy based on robotics to promote innovation in higher education (EDITICA), which is structured in ten stages by information technology professionals can go from simple users or programmers of robots, to develop an inventive ability to create their ownprototypes. The nature of the research was based on a quantitative approach to get the statistical analysis of the data generated; exploratory type research was used given the limited material available on the subject in question, also relying on experimental, descriptive, correlational and documentary research. The data generated by the survey was analyzed statistically to observe the correlations of the different variables that confirmed the veracity of the proposed hypothesis. Finally, a quasi-experiment was carried out to put the strategy into practice through two teams that worked motivated and enthusiastic to make their prototype work.

Socially responsible practices: Manifested commitment in universities 社会责任实践:体现在大学的承诺

The deep and constant transformations at a global level, have led the higher educational institutions to rethink their social function, requiring the formation of individuals sensitive to the social problems that afflict the community, assuming social responsibility (RS) as a guiding axis for the social transformation; being this one of the main indicators in terms of educational quality stipulated by the ANUIES. Different research has shown that although there is a positive perception of the educational community about SR, there is no common regulatory framework for its development, which allows the unification of acting within the institution. The objective of this cross-sectional quantitative study is to determine the frequency with which the principles and values of the university are presented in a public university in Sonora from the student perspective, applying an instrument composed of 66 items to 100 students. The main results show the need to deepen in areas such as inclusion, democracy, participation, and freedom mainly.

Different research has shown that although there is a positive perception of the educational community about SR, there is no common regulatory framework for its development, which allows the unification of acting within the institution. The objective of this cross-sectional quantitative study is to determine the frequency with which the principles and values of the university are presented in a public university in Sonora from the student perspective, applying an instrument composed of 66 items to 100 students. New Challenges for Mentoring Based on International Standards is a comparative study that shows a qualitative analysis conducted by a group of researchers from the Autonomous University of Carmen, Mexico, based on the figure of mentoring, as an essential element in institutions of higher education superior in this country, whose approach is aimed at the conceptualization, development and application of tutoring from the educational perspective and from the results obtained in the comparative analysis with the University of Salamanca, Spain, in order to observe the behavior and impact at the European level, to identify successes and areas of opportunity with respect to said institution.

Currently, national education policies of coverage, quality and relevance impose challenges to higher education institutions. To face them, universities must place the curricular update, student motivation and improvement of the teaching-learning processes as primary focus of attention. To effectively transform these axes, it is necessary to have relevant information that allows to assertively guide decision making. Thus, this project characterizes the Information and Communication Technologies Division of the Universidad Tecnológica de la Selva through the analysis of information obtained from students and population of the area of influence, combined with the review of repositories indicators of official information. In this sense, this paper provides an instrument to evaluate students’ expectations and opinions regarding the teaching-learning process and incorporates an instrument aimed at the population of the area of influence to measure their level of knowledge of the University and the general opinion of it. This new aspect is relevant given that the population of the area of influence is the first promoter or detractor of the institution’s work due to its coexistence with the university community and it is not usually considered in this type of studies.
