According to the nonlinear characteristic of solar cell output, the TMPPT of solar cell is studied and the tracking control strategy applying varying voltage step disturbing is presented. Combining with the charging and discharging curve of battery, the favorable management study on it is done. The software and hardware of photovoltaic charging system is designed based on the microprocessor JK3, and the some experiments on the TMPPT of solar cell are done with solar cell array simulator. The above control strategy is proved to be effective and better by experiment results.

Euler number of image is one of the most important characteristics in digital topology and its computing method is an unceasing exploration. In order to understand the essence of Euler number, the connectivity of the binary image was deeply studied in this paper. A formula was proposed as the relationship between the Euler number and the neighbor number of foreground run based on the two new concepts. Different from the traditional description of pixels and connectivity, it is a new idea to calculate the Euler number based on local computation, and it can also be applied to calculate the number of irregular objects.

According to the limitation of principal components analysis in dealing with the nonlinear data, connecting with the linear programming techniques for multidimensional analysis of preference, this paper presents the kernel principal components analysis-linear programming techniques for multidimensional analysis of preference evaluation model. Kernel function maps linear inseparable input data into a high dimensional linear separable feature space via a nonlinear mapping technique. Then it carries on the linear principal components analysis in the high dimensional feature space. In addition, the weight of each index can be obtained in this model, thus it makes up another shortage of principal components analysis. In the wastewater evaluation, the indices are numerous and the degree of correlation is not high, therefore, this model is more appropriate. Finally, this paper applies the model to the wastewater evaluation in Shanghai, and we obtain better evaluation results.

In this paper, a novel brushless doubly-fed machine with disk structure has been presented. The disk brushless doubly-fed machine (DBDFM) has short axial length, large power density and high operational performance besides all advantages of the conventional brushless doubly-fed machine (BDFM). The DBDFM is the most effective type of electrical machine suitable for driving windmill or water pump to perform speed-adjusting, energy-saving operation. Therefore, it has very good application prospects. This paper describes simply its structure. The operational principle of the DBDFM has been analysed and mathematic model of the DBDFM have been built in actual coordinate, and the simulating programs in MATLAB language also have been finished. Moreover, the simulation results and analysis are given in this paper.

This paper is a comparative study between the classic modeling using dqO transformation (or d-q axis model) and the spiral vector theory applied to study symmetrical two-phase induction machine (STPIM) operating under unbalanced voltage. To compare both types of modeling, simulations were performed to solve differential equations. The comparative graphics are also shown in the paper.

Product cooperative R&D process was deeply analyzed, and the tight relationships of R&D activities planning and resources configuration were found out. So an process framework was constructed. Then product flow chart (PFC) was established. The basic elements of PFC were defined, and PFC operation regulation were analyzed in detail. Based on PFC, product relationships in R&D activities flow were researched. There are four relationships of series, parallel, intersection and independence for product flow. By formalized mathematics reasoning based on PFC, product cooperative R&D process was analyzed and constructed. Main Clue of analysis is to research and define configuration state of R&D activities and relative discrete resources. On the basis of these concepts system of flow, dynamical relationships of activities planning and resources configuration in R&D process were formally described and argued step by step. In the end, some significant conclusions were obtained.

This paper introduces the sliding-mode control theory and the application on the Buck converter, also brings forward a novel method of designing the sliding mode controller. The difference between the novel method and the common methods is that the new method considers system and designs the controller on the three-dimensional space, this method thinks over the information of all elements in the buck circuit adequately. When the Buck converter is working in the continuous current mode (CCM), this paper gets the sliding mode controller's accessibility condition and the controller's equation according to calculations, also discusses the stability of this method, and makes simulations for the application of the controller on the Buck converter by the SIMULINK, results of the simulation demonstrate correlative theory of the converter, also testifies the usability of this new method.

Geomagnetism aided navigation (GAN) is a new branch of the integrated navigation technique. The navigation principle and the development of the GAN system are introduced in the paper and the emphasis is laid on the research of the matching method. Geomagnetic matching is the technique that uses a magnetic map to determine the location and the obtained position information can be used to limit error accumulation of the inertia! navigation system (INS). An improved correlation matching method based on the contour constraint is proposed in the paper. Simulation results show that the proposed method can greatly improve the performance of the whole GAN system.

Whether or not the TCSC device can be implemented in power system largely depends on its impedance control effect. In this paper, the bad robustness of the traditional PID control when ordering different impedances to a same level is analyzed. Moreover, a new nonlinear PID control method for the impedance control is presented by combining the immune feedback law with the conventional PID control. The structure of the PID controller corresponding to the proposed method is the same as the traditional PID controller except adding an immune feedback block. Simulation results from the traditional method and the newly proposed one have been compared, which show that the proposed method can quickly drive the output impedance to the desired level with less overshoot. The proposed method is feasible for practical application since it has good dynamic and static performances.
