The Brazilian Psychiatric Reform began in the 70s, gained strength from the 1988 constitution, where SUS and its guidelines were created. The reform movement took place in a complex and progressive way, marked by several achievements, mainly with regard to laws and decrees, which not only puts an end to the hospital-centered model, but also inaugurates a new care network. Tak-ing this historical process into account, this study aims to understand the perception of users of a Psychosocial Care Center (CAPS) about mental health care in the city of Montes Claros-MG from the new model of care established by the Psychiatric Reform . This is a qualitative descriptive study, using the semi-structured interview with CAPS II patients from the city of Montes Claros-MG as a research tool, for data analysis using the Content Analysis technique. The results led to three cate-gories: Mental health care under the eyes of users; The clinic in the context of changing the mental health care model; The psychosocial rehabilitation scenario between the lived and the ideal. It was possible to conclude that the patients noticed changes related to a more humanized way of caring.

It is observed that the demand for psychotherapy in Psychology school services is intense, and it is pertinent to characterize the public that requests some type of psychological care. Thus, the objective was to survey the sociodemographic data and complaints of the adult population who underwent a screening interview at the Psychological Clinic of the State University of Londrina, from 2015 to July 2017. This is a descriptive study characterized as a documentary retrospective research. Through this study, it was noticed that the predominant age group corresponds to users between 18 and 27 years old, female and with clinical complaints related to anxiety, depression and family relationships. Such results allow the improvement of psychological care provided, contributing to a psychotherapeutic service closer to the real demands of the population served.

This experience report addresses an internship experience in Psychology in the Corra Pro Abraço (Run to the hug) Program, wich took place between 2017-2018, in Salvador, Bahia. The program is linked to the Justice, Human Rights and Socia Development Secretary, aimed at people in situations of psychosocial vulnerability. The work was aimed at the homeless population and users of psychoactive substances. The article will report the singular and collective care strategies built with this population, mostly black and young aduts, based on the observation of the effects of these interventions of the Program, expanding the subjects life possibilities. It is concluded by the relevance of the program as a space for training and practice in the face of the neoliberal scenario of the war on drugs and of the asylum and prohibitionist logic. ABSTRACT
这份经历报告讲述了2017-2018年在巴伊亚州萨尔瓦多举行的Corra Pro abrao (Run to the hug)项目的心理学实习经历。

From a clinical care in which countertransference seemed to demonstrate a contradictory facet, the following question arose: beyond the analyst’s resistance, could we understand it as a clinical instrument? The article makes a historical-conceptual trajectory in order to verify how the traditional authors of psychoanalysis worked with the theme. Initially, the ideas of Freud and some of his contemporaries are presented. It follows that Freud’s work allows a double interpretation: as resistance, countertransference must be mastered as a vehicle of unconscious communication, it must be harnessed. Ferenczi and Stern, their contemporaries, highlighted the existence of these two facets and the possibility of specific clinical management. In a second moment, the article presents the considerations made by the second generation of psychoanalysts. Among these, it can be seen that authors like Reich and Lacan exacerbate the negative character of countertransference, understanding it exclusively as resistance of the analyst. In its turn, authors such as Heimann and Winnicott defend the idea that countertransference may be used as a way to access the unconscious of their patients. The present article suggests that Winnicott is the author who sustains the contradiction present in countertransference in a more intense and original way. It concludes that, given the complexity and importance of the theme, it is necessary to research, in the future, how current authors are thematizing the subject, in terms of proposal of conceptual understanding and alternatives of clinical management. This article seeks to discuss, through a narrative review of its central descriptive-terms, the scope of the already well researched medicalisation, and briefly contrast it with that of pharmaceuticalization, a more recent concept with which it has some juxtaposition, although not absolute. Pharmaceuticalization is defined as the choice of a pharmacological treatment instead of other non-pharmacological ones, what affects the number of pharmacological and psychopharmacological prescriptions and sales in the field of mental health, on which we will focus. Psychopharmacological sales in this sector have been expressing an exponential increase, according to research. Pharmaceuticalization has been studied mainly by western researchers (mostly at the United States and Europe), but with little publication in Latin America and Brazil. ABSTRACT

This paper discusses some relationships experienced by technicians of public policies that serve children and youth and their families from a research-intervention on intersectoriality. Initially, historical elements are presented about the composition of the network of mental health care in the city of Belo Horizonte and the service flows in this network for this audience. Then, considerations are made about the families assisted and the challenges in the relationships with the technicians, going through the prerogatives of monitoring based on the psychiatric reform and territorial services. A case with a mental health demand is then analyzed, through lines that indicate possibilities of links and articulations of the actors involved and that go through the multiple vulnerabilities common to many young people and their families, including drug problems, ideals of family functioning and composition of the subjects assisted, relationships with the Guardianship Council, possibilities of intersectoral work and other conditions for mental health care. We conclude that, despite the challenges of working with this public, an analysis of the composition of the forces that act in the different meetings is essential for the construction of a powerful and resolutive practice that contributes to the autonomy of the families of children and adolescents assisted by public policies. This article intends to discuss the specificities of adolescence, especially the issues that touch the body as a way of expression. The psychoanalytic clinic with adolescents has pointed out the contemporary forms of suffering and subjectivation, with the body becoming a crucial condition for the expression of the current malaise. In the face of the Other of adolescence, which is shown to be insufficient, unlike the Other that the child had as consistent, the teenager is faced with the Real. From this encounter, the teenager is faced with feelings of anguish and the nameless, making the condition of existence fragile. Linked to the physiological changes resulting from puberty, causing a pulsional excess that invades and takes them out of their speech, the adolescent finds in the body a favorable and unique field of inscription. This body of helplessness starts to be used as a means of expression and possible translation in the composition of the social bond. The psychoanalytic clinic, in view of the above, thinks about spaces for this body, with a view to saying that it is possible in the discursive construction. ABSTRACT
