This paper discusses some relationships experienced by technicians of public policies that serve children and youth and their families from a research-intervention on intersectoriality. Initially, historical elements are presented about the composition of the network of mental health care in the city of Belo Horizonte and the service flows in this network for this audience. Then, considerations are made about the families assisted and the challenges in the relationships with the technicians, going through the prerogatives of monitoring based on the psychiatric reform and territorial services. A case with a mental health demand is then analyzed, through lines that indicate possibilities of links and articulations of the actors involved and that go through the multiple vulnerabilities common to many young people and their families, including drug problems, ideals of family functioning and composition of the subjects assisted, relationships with the Guardianship Council, possibilities of intersectoral work and other conditions for mental health care. We conclude that, despite the challenges of working with this public, an analysis of the composition of the forces that act in the different meetings is essential for the construction of a powerful and resolutive practice that contributes to the autonomy of the families of children and adolescents assisted by public policies. article, the objective is to problematize the theme of pleasure in sex education interventions, through five thematic categories: 1) Sexuality and pleasure; 2) Critique to the approach about sexuality focused in negative aspects and/or reduced to the biological aspects; 3) Gender patterns, heteronormativity and pleasure; 4) Normatization of adolescence and 5) The imperative of pleasure and the sexual repression. It is aimed, from the reflection about the listed themes, to defend the importance of the critical reflection about the cultural patterns related to pleasure for the construction of a broader comprehension about sexuality. The objective is to present an overview of Primary Mental Health Care in Brazil with emphasis on NASF teams. We used data from the National Mental Health Coordination, from the Department of Basic Care and from the second and third cycles of the National Program for Improvement of Access and Quality of Basic Care. It was observed imbalances between supply and demand of services, break points, and important distortions in the process of universalization of psychosocial care, with the existence of care gaps in the national territory. The response capacity of primary care to mental health has been compromised in terms of effectiveness, continuity of care, equity, and accessibility. The worsening of this situation is noted in the current scenario of economic, social, and political crisis and in the ongoing pandemic context. ABSTRACT

The Psychosocial Attention Network (RAPS) integrates one of the priority axes of the Health Care Network in Brazil. Aim to give an overview of the challenges for implementing RAPS in Brazil. A systematic review of the literature was carried out, by the searching at the bases: Google Academic, Scielo, BDENF, Portal of the CAPES, Medline and Lilacs, using the association “Psychosocial Care Network” and “challenges”. The challenges were: articulation of the network/implementation of matrix support; material and human resources; management; traditional/asylum assistance and others. It was concluded that is essential that mental health care practices be reviewed, that professionals and public authorities seek to integrate their actions and that family members can also compose and recognize themselves as an important part of the care process. ABSTRACT

The university context has become the subject of much research that correlates academic demands and socio-economic contexts as risk factors and social networks and access to the psychosocial care network as protective factors for mental health. This study was based on the initial seven months of implementation of a Technical Nucleus for Psychosocial Care (NTAPS) in a university context, a pilot project that became a structured project. Concludes about the importance of attention to mental health in the university context and that this should be achieved in its extensive condition, with preventive and other actions of attention, emphasizing the importance of group interventions to reach the university population more intensively and that together promotes social skills that are also protective factors. Thinking about the Psychiatric Reform and the proposal of priority care in an extra-hospital service, the study aims to analyze the profile of psychiatric patients who seek care in an Urgent and Emergency unit of a General Hospital. The mixed method was used, with application of a questionnaire, semi-structured interview and participant observation in the hospital unit where the data were collected. This took place from April to August 2018, using the semi-structured interview and electronic medical records to construct the data. The perception of patients in relation to hospital care and the most used medications during this period was observed. It was concluded that psychology during hospitalization works with patients and family members on the follow-up in the network after discharge. It was also noticed the need to train health professionals to serve this target audience, in addition to changes in the physical space. ABSTRACT

O objetivo deste artigo é apresentar a análise documental sobre a formação e a educação continuada e permanente de profissionais de saúde que atuam em Centros de Atenção Psicossocial - Álcool e Drogas. Trata-se de uma pesquisa com estratégias metodológicas mistas: a) análise de documentos governamentais sobre o ensino superior e a aprendizagem em serviço; b) entrevistas semiestruturadas com os profissionais; análise de conteúdos e triangulação dos dados. Entre os resultados identificaram-se alguns avanços no ensino superior em saúde e na educação permanente como as políticas setoriais. Concluiu-se que ainda é baixo o incentivo à educação continuada e permanente nos serviços e na efetividade do cuidado, causados pelas fragilidades da formação e ao reduzido investimento econômico nos serviços, dificultando a inclusão de tecnologias inovadoras necessárias ao implemento da política de saúde mental.
