A software bug repository not only contains the data about software bugs, but also contains the information about the contribution of developers, quality engineers (testers), managers and other team members. It contains the information about the efforts of team members involved in resolving the software bugs. This information can be analyzed to identify some useful knowledge patterns. One such pattern is identifying the developers, who can help in resolving the newly reported software bugs. In this paper a new algorithm is proposed to discover experts for resolving the newly assigned software bugs. The purpose of proposed algorithm is two fold. First is to identify the appropriate developers for newly reported bugs. And second is to find the expertise for newly reported bugs that can help other developers to fix these bugs if required. All the important information in software bug reports is of textual data types like bug summary, description etc. The algorithm is designed using the analysis of this textual information. Frequent terms are generated from this textual information and then term similarity is used to identify appropriate experts (developers) for the newly reported software bug.

The scope for improvements in the VCD algorithm [1] has been identified in this paper. The enhancement proposed in this paper considers to eliminate the user inputs for the parameters λ and zp. The base algorithm and the proposed algorithm have been implemented and compared based on the outcomes of the two experiments. The traditional Silhouette coefficient has also been modified as an evaluation parameter. Results of both algorithms are compared by independent t-test. Although no significant difference has been observed in the performances of the base algorithm and the proposed algorithm in the experiment-1, the user need not do parameter setting for the enhanced algorithm. As most clustering algorithms are sensitive to the order of the data input, the results of experiment-2 show that the outcome of the proposed algorithm is not affected by the order of data input. More over the proposed algorithm yields cluster outcomes in hierarchical manner.

Connected component labeling is the underlying technique that is typically used in today's digital image processing for both 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional images. This research analyzes the scan mask for connected components labeling and proposes a new scan mask for 3-dimensional connected components labeling operation (26-connectivity), in which the number of pixels to be inspected is reduced from 14 pixels to 8 pixels.

Increase the number and type of disease in the world need quality medical care. To produce high-quality medical treatment, necessary improvement in the quality of research related to medical care itself. However, an increasing number of researchs alone is not enough to be followed also by improving the quality of research that indirectly in desperate need of a good quality of communication between physicians, especially in the dissemination of research related to medical care. One of the main requirements for the dissemination of research results might work well is appropriate knowledge sharing between doctors, which eventually led to the need to improve knowledge-sharing between the base physicians. The main objective of this research is to explain the factors that influence the process of exchange of knowledge between doctors, which describes the process of knowledge exchange that occurs between the doctors that have been held, and learn about the factors that influence the effectiveness of the processes for the exchange of knowledge among doctors. In this study using survey methods, this is caused by the research focus of research on current conditions, then the form of research questions of who, what, where, how many / much and do not require control over behavioral events. The survey was conducted on 5 (five) parts, namely content and obstetrics (OBGYN), pediatrics, radiology, anesthesia and pathology clinics in teaching hospitals and non-teaching hospitals. The end result of this research is a guide for the head part in public hospitals and maternity hospitals as leaders and decision makers in implementing the process of sharing knowledge between doctors and international intersection between the hospitals effectively.
