Research of magnetically controlled reactor simulation model and its experiments 磁控堆仿真模型及实验研究

This paper begins with the basic working principle of the magnetically controlled reactor. Then it dedicates noumenal structure of the 380V/13A experimental prototype after which the magnetic circuit analysis of experimental prototype are given. Finally the so called four magnetic circuit equivalent model are established in PSCAD/EMTDC platform. The corresponding simulation research and experiments are taken. The simulation results and experiments waveform verify the results of principle analysis. This simulation model is appropriate for double column split type iron core, the simulation results are so exactly that it can be used in power system electromagnetic calculation. It provides a simulation means for MCSR analysis.
本文从磁控反应器的基本工作原理入手。然后给出了380V/13A实验样机的本体结构,并对实验样机进行了磁路分析。最后在PSCAD/EMTDC平台上建立了四磁路等效模型。并进行了相应的仿真研究和实验。仿真结果和实验波形验证了原理分析的结果。该仿真模型适用于双列分体式铁芯,仿真结果准确,可用于电力系统电磁计算。为MCSR分析提供了一种仿真手段。

An enhanced control algorithm for stand-alone DFIG system feeding unbalanced loads with reduced current sensors 采用减小电流传感器的独立DFIG系统馈入不平衡负载的改进控制算法

This paper presents an enhanced control algorithm for stand-alone DFIG system under unbalanced load condition with reduced current sensors at stator side. The unbalanced load regularly causes the stator current/voltage unbalance and the rotor current contains harmonic components. In order to overcome this problem, a control method is investigated based on the load side converter (LSC). In this control method, the negative sequence components of the line current of LSC are generated to compensate the unbalanced stator current. In addition, only the rotor current is used as the feedback signal to compensate the unbalanced stator current. Thus, the current sensors installed at load and stator side are totally removed, so that the number of current sensors employed in system is reduced. The simulation and experimental results are provided to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

A fault-tolerant operation method of PMSM fed by cascaded two-level inverters 级联双电平逆变器馈电永磁同步电机的容错运行方法

A fault-tolerant control strategy of open-end winding permanent magnet synchronous motors fed by cascaded two-level inverters is proposed in this paper. When an open-circuit fault occurs on switches of the inverter, the motor will stop if the control strategy will not be changed. By means of reconfiguring the topology into two-phase H-bridge inverter, and adjusting the control strategy to two-phase vector control, the motor drive system can operate in two-phase mode. Simulation and experimental results validate the proposed scheme.

A sensorless I/f control method for single-phase BLDC fan motors with efficiency optimization by power factor control 基于功率因数控制的单相无刷直流风扇电机效率优化无传感器I/f控制方法

This paper proposes a novel sensorless I/f control with efficiency optimization by controlling the phase difference between phase voltage and current. The conventional sensorless filed oriented control scheme require high performance digital processing and complicated calculation and are not suitable in applications to low cost fan motor drivers. Hence, simpler control method such as V/f drives which consist of the stabilization and the high efficiency control have been proposed. The proposed I/f control scheme combines power factor control and current loop control to achieve low distortion current as well as high efficiency motor torque control over wide speed control range. Compared with the V/f control scheme, the I/f control scheme can achieve high quality current waveform under larger motor parameters uncertainty. An optimal power factor angle as a function of speed is constructed based on the fan motor torque-speed characteristics as well as the motor parameters. A power factor angle detector and regulator is used to achieve optimal torque generation. Simulations and experimental results have been obtained to show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.

Modeling and analysis of digital steady current circuit of transmitter for borehole-ground electrical potential measurement system 井地电位测量系统变送器数字稳流电路的建模与分析

This article, based on the main circuit structure of full-bridge DC/DC converter in the transmitter of the borehole-ground electrical potential measurement system, presents the structure of single-closed-loop current feedback control system with voltage mode control for output current stabilization. According to the average state space method, the state space equation of the main circuit with steady output current of transmitter was established, the AC small-signal model of the main circuit was acquired and the open-loop transfer function was then deduced as a result. The method of design and specific parameters of the PI compensation network were provided and the open-loop transfer function of the system was deduced. The incremental PI control algorithm was adopted and the digital control was realised by TMS320F2812 DSP system programming. MATLAB was used to analyze the system for its open-loop frequency characteristics and its closed-loop dynamic characteristics, the result of which shows the correctness of the modelling approach.

1MHz sampling high-speed single-phase PLL control using FPGA based hardware controller 基于FPGA的1MHz采样高速单相锁相环控制硬件控制器

In the utility interactive system, the inverter output voltage has to synchronize to the a utility grid. In the case of a single phase system, it is difficult to detect the instantaneous phase angle of the utility voltage. A new high-speed single phase PLL control for the single phase utility interactive inverter system is proposed. Quasi d-q transformation and LPF function are applied to construct the PLL control with 1MHz multi sampling parallel processing method based on FPGA base hardware controller. Evaluations were carried out with simulations. Very fast detection response was achieved with stable transient operations.

Calculation and measurement of harmonic impedance for a microgrid operating in Islanding mode 孤岛微电网谐波阻抗的计算与测量

Stability analysis is very important in the design and in the operation of microgrid, because microgrid always contains many Distributed Generations(DGs), power electronic converters and constant power loads. Harmonic impedance is a useful parameters in the stability analysis. In this paper, the structure of microgrid is introduced detailed. The control strategies of inverter operating in different mode are discussed. The calculation of each component of microgrid is studied, and then a harmonic impedance theoretical calculated value of microgrid is given. An example microgrid model is developed in PSCAD. The harmonic impedance of microgrid is measured by injecting a current disturbance. Simulation results show that the theoretical calculated value is coincident with the measured value. The calculation of harmonic impedance for microgrid is valid.

Prediction of the Conduction Interference in IGBT series structure converter IGBT串联结构变换器的传导干扰预测

The transmission path of the Conduction Interference is proposed after analyzing the converter valve's mechanism of the noise emission. Using the Fourier transformation theory to get the spectrum of the converter's Common mode voltage and Differential mode voltage by the two different modulation methods (SPWM and SVPWM), as well as the dead time affects on the Emission. It's conclude that the IGBT's characterized model, the parasitic parameter extraction and the controller model are all make great contributed to the precise of the forecast result. The simulations based on ANSOFT indicate the reliability of the model and the formulas of spatial frequency spectrum.

Research of digital control bidirectional DC/DC converter based on ultra-capacitor 基于超级电容的数字控制双向DC/DC变换器的研究

In this paper, the character of the ultra-capacitor was discussed, the charging and discharging characters of super capacitor, the differences of the bidirectional dc/dc converter topologies were also discussed, the non-solution bidirectional dc/dc converter was chosen as the main circuit. This paper also stated the control strategy of bidirectional dc/dc converter, the small signal analysis was also given. At last, a simulation with MATLAB was established to prove the feasibility of this method.

Control of improved RTGC system with reduced fuel consumption 改进后的RTGC系统的控制,降低了燃料消耗

This paper presents improved Rubber Tyred Gantry Crane (RTGC) system with high power voltage compensated converter to save the fuel consumption. The RTGC system requires the power from diesel-engine generator because it moves around the yard. Significant fuel savings by reducing the engine speed can be achieved, because all of operation modes except hoist-up is required lower power than rated value of engine. When low speed operation output voltage of generator is decrease until acceptable range of motor driver inverters and auxiliary load supplier. According to power demand engine speed is varying from 20 to 60Hz, and voltage is varying between 210Vac and 480Vac. When idle mode or low power operation dc/dc converter operates by constant output voltage control and inverters dc site voltage is compensated by it. This paper proposed 3-phase interleaved boost converter which has the same structure as the commercially available 3-phase inverter and current sharing capability. 400kW interleaved converter is designed and a performance of converter is evaluated through several experiments with a RTGC system. That system can cut down fuel consumption by 36% and 21.3% at idle and unidirectional load operation.
