Service quality can be relied upon as one of the competitive advantages in increasingly fierce business competition. Excellent service quality is proven to be able to create consumer loyalty, because excellent quality is often synonymous with customer satisfaction; and in the end, through customer satisfaction the company will gain long-term profits.The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) How is the level of member satisfaction with the service quality of KPRI "KOPPENDA" Kab. Klaten; (2) What is the most dominant variable in influencing the level of member satisfaction with the service quality of KPRI "KOPPENDA" Kab. Klaten.Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that: (1) The level of member satisfaction with the service quality of KPRI "KOPPENDA" Kab. Klaten is low; (2) The most dominant variable in influencing the level of member satisfaction with the service quality of KPRI "KOPPENDA" Kab. Klaten is Reliability

Pengaruh Usia Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Keuangan (Studi pada Bank Victoria Syariah) 公司年龄对金融表现的影响(维多利亚伊斯兰银行的研究)

Company age and experience are concepts that remain the same. Younger and older companies differ in experience and other aspects. The company's innovation activities change over time and the age of the company reflects the process of growth and accumulation of experience. Age is considered an important determinant of corporate innovation because of its learning effect, which enables mature companies to innovate more effectively as they build on previous routines and capabilities. Over time, companies can not only innovate based on past experience and capabilities, but can also accumulate resources, managerial knowledge, and the ability to handle uncertainty. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of company age on financial performance, as measured by return on assets (ROA) and return on equity (ROE). The results of the regression analysis show that the age of the company has no effect on ROA and ROE. Based on the results of this study, the management of Bank Victoria Syariah should try to increase market share to increase financial performance, for example by intensifying promotions and corporate cooperation.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine the effect of leadership style and work stress on employee performance at Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. This type of research is quantitative research with causal associative design. The population of this study were permanent and contract employees at the front office of Queen Latifa General Hospital Yogyakarta. The number of samples in this study were 35 respondents. The data analysis method used is Multiple Regression Analysis, T Test (Partial), F Test (Simultaneous Significance Test), Coefficient of Determination Test (R2). The results of this study indicate that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while job stress has no effect on employee performance. The results of the F test obtained a calculated F value of 4.609 with a sig value of 0.017, which means that the independent variables have a simultaneous effect, although not significant. R Square value of 0.224 which means that employee performance is influenced by leadership style and work stress by 22.4%, while the remaining 77.6% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to examine the effect of brand image, perceived price, and service quality on repurchasing interest in lazada. Respondents in this study were Lazada users in the students of the Faculty of Economics, Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. The analysis instruments in this study were data quality test, classical assumption, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. This study shows that brand image has a positive and significant influence on repurchase interest, and service quality has a significant positive effect on repurchase interest. Other results from this study indicate that the perception of prices has a negative influence on repurchasing interest.
本研究旨在探讨品牌形象、感知价格和服务质量对lazada回购兴趣的影响。本研究的调查对象为日惹Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa大学经济系学生中的Lazada使用者。本研究的分析工具为资料质量检验、经典假设、多元线性回归、t检验、F检验、决定系数。本研究表明,品牌形象对回购兴趣有显著的正向影响,服务质量对回购兴趣有显著的正向影响。本研究的其他结果表明,价格感知对回购兴趣有负向影响。

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji (1) analisis profitabilitas terhadap dividend payout ratio pada perusahaan real estate periode 2013-2017. (2) pengaruh likuiditas terhadap dividend payout ratio pada perusahaan real estate periode 2013-2017. (3) pengaruh struktur modal terhadap dividend payout ratio pada perusahaan real estate periode 2013-2017. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 11 perusahaan yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk menentukan variabel bebas yang berpengaruh pada variabel terikat. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1) profitabilias tidak berpengaruh terhadap dividend payout ratio; (2) likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap dividend payout ratio; (3) struktur modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap dividend payout ratio; (4) profitabilias, likuiditas, dan struktur modal bersama-sama mempengaruhi dividend payout ratio.
本研究的目的是测试(1)2017年至2017年期间房地产公司股息回报的盈利分析。(2)流动性对2017年至2017年房地产公司股利选拔的影响。(3)资本结构对2017年至2017年房地产公司股息收购的影响。本研究的样本为11家采用采样方法选择的公司。数据分析使用多元线性回归来定义对绑定变量的影响的自由变量。结果表明(1)profitabilias对dividend payout ratio没有影响;(2)流动性对股息选拔没有影响;(3)资本结构对股息选拔产生了积极的影响;(4)利润率、流动性和资本结构共同影响股息选拔。

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh kepuasan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dengan komitmen sebagai variabel intervening (studi kasus pada konsumen di Yogyakarta). Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan, kepercayaan, kepuasan pelanggan, dan komitmen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen JNE Yogyakarta yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya. Maka sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 responden yang diperoleh dari rumus, dengan metode purposive sampling, pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Sementara teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda didukung dengan uji t, uji F, R2, dan uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri atas uji normalitas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji sobel.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana Tingkat Kesehatan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “Kartini” Kaliurang pada tahun 2015 sampai 2017 dilihat dari Aspek Permodalan, Aspek Kualitas Aktiva Produktif, Aspek Manajemen, Aspek Efisiensi, Aspek Likuiditas, Aspek Kemandirian dan Pertumbuhan, Aspek Jatidiri Koperasi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu DeskriptifKuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “Kartini” Kaliurang. Obyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah Laporan Keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “Kartini” Kaliurang, tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui teknik dokumentasi.Hasil penilaian tingkat kesehatan KoperasiSimpanPinjam “Kartini” Kaliurangtahun 2015 berada pada tingkat Cukup Sehat, tahun 2016 berada pada tingkat Cukup Sehat, tahun 2017 berada pada tingkatan Cukup Sehat.

Jenis penelitian ini yaitu DeskriptifKuantitatif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “Kartini” Kaliurang. Obyek yang digunakan dalam penelitian iniadalah Laporan Keuangan Koperasi Simpan Pinjam “Kartini” Kaliurang, tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2017. PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, FIRM SIZE, DAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE UNTUK MENGUJI MANAJEMEN LABA 盈利能力、商业规模和良好的公司治理对利润管理的影响

This study was conducted with aim of analyzing the affect of Profitability, Firm Size, Independent Board of Commissioners and Audit Committee used to test earning management. The oil and gas sub-sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 were the population of this study. The method used is purposive sampling. The Sample of study used by 8 companies. This type of research is quantitative with secondary data sources. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data processed on SPSS program version 23.0. The results of this study showed that profitability has a significant positive effect on earning management in oil and gas sub-sector companies. Firm size has a significant positive effect on earning management in oil and gas sub-sector companies. The independent board of commissioners has no significant impact on earning management in oil and gas sub-sector companies. The audit committee has no effect on earning management in oil and gas sub-sector companies.

This research belongs to the type of correlational research. The population in this study is the Property & Real Estate Services Company listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 which has a total assets of at least 10 trillion. To determine the sample, researchers use financial statement data. The research sample was obtained from financial data found at www.idx.com. The sample members used 7 companies in 5 periods. The data analysis technique used is data quality test, classic assumption test, multiple regression test, t test, determination test and path analysis test.

This research was conducted to determine the effect of satisfaction, brand image and trust on customer loyalty at member cards. This research method uses questionnaire data collection techniques with the respondent data of 100 people. The process of distributing questionnaires to respondents was carried out online and publicly. This type of research sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling. Meanwhile, to test the data using validity and reliability tests. In testing the validity using the validity of the construction. This research was analyzed with the help of the smart PLS program. The results of the analysis obtained show that the customer satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at member cards. Meanwhile, brand image has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty to member cards and the variable customer trust also has a negative and insignificant effect on customer loyalty to member cards.
