The trend of digitization is a phenomenon that is quite popular in recent years where this phenomenon has entered all sectors, including the financial sector. The emergence of financial technology innovation is evidence that the digitalization phenomenon has entered the financial and banking sectors. Therefore, this innovation is not only present to provide financial services, but must be able to provide solutions, especially for micro, small and medium businesses as a fintech business segment. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative approach. The results of the research produced are designing the structure of fintech application features to answer the problems that occur in MSMEs

This study aims to examine the effect of implementing Green Accounting as measured by Environmental Performance and Environmental Disclosure on Profitability. The t test was used as the method of analysis. The research sample is additional companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The results showed that environmental performance had no effect on profitability, while environmental disclosure had an effect on the profitability of mining companies. The demands on environmental performance made by the company are more directed at companies with large sizes, not to companies with high profitability. Furthermore, environmental disclosure is a means to meet the expectations and needs of stakeholders who want to learn more about the company's environmental performance through annual reports. If the ROA value is not in prime condition, it will have an impact on the company's environmental disclosure.

Today, social media is unavoidable, especially as we embrace the 'new normal.' As our use of social media evolves because of the epidemic, it becomes an increasingly valuable communication channel for both brands and consumers. As a result of the current global pandemic and its imposed lockdowns, millions of individuals have resorted to the Internet to socialise. Social media has become an integral part of our everyday lives, not just when we are striving to preserve social distance. Social networking has now become the accepted standard. Marketers have taken notice of this emerging social phenomenon. There has been a change in both customer behaviour and marketing strategies. Consequently, the purpose of this preliminary study is to determine the influence and application of social media as a digital marketing strategy for increasing brand awareness during the Covid-19 pandemic. In Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, 100 respondents were surveyed using an internet questionnaire for a study (Google Form). During Covid-19, social media marketing was effective at increasing brand recognition, according to the findings. Marketers must rethink how they evaluate and target the modern consumer. It is essential to explore and analyse the current situation, since doing so will assist marketing, technology, and communication in the long run.

For these border studies, understanding borderlanders provides a new narrative about boundaries. The history of a nation-state of a collective nature, the alignment of power, economic segmentation, and integration of culture, ethnicity, and identity, religion, the behavior of marginal communities, as well as modern socio-political segregation are variables that can be raised in various disciplines. In this study, we offer a qualitative method with an ethnographic perspective, as many anthropologists do, but with a constructivist approach. We call it the conceptualization of "Authority-Defined" to "Everyday-Defined." The diversity of narratives and connotations in unraveling boundaries gives the perspective of contextual interpretation in different positions. Surely, understanding boundaries should also be seen in such a detailed context that the actors of border studies, i.e., society, are observed through the lens of meaning boundaries in their everyday lives. These differences lead to findings that are rich in dynamic and varied border backgrounds. This discussion focused on on-the-ground findings about informal cross-border trade, specifically at the Malaysia-Indonesia border. A trading system built by local communities is certainly different from the trade system in non-border areas and even in the country's capital area.

The purpose of this study is to discover the nature of organisational culture in startup enterprises involved in finance technology. The study will be useful since it may be used as an example or description of organisational culture in Indonesia. Academically, there is a startup organisational culture model that complements the current organisational culture paradigm. Organizational culture is the primary theory presented in this research. The research method used in this study is qualitative, and the respondents are four principals of financial technology start-up companies in Indonesia. We use the Analytical Hierirchal Process to analyse data (AHP).

Human resources in organizations play a very important role because the company's success in achieving its goals cannot be separated from the role of its employees. Organizational progress will also be achieved if human resources have good performance. The reason for this study was to clarify the effect of direct and indirect self efficacy against job performance through innovative work behavior. This review was planned as explanatory research that intends to give a clarification of the causal connection between variables through theory testing and expects to acquire proper testing in making causal determinations. The example of this review was 96 respondents from the workers of Digital Printing Mojokerto East Java, using a saturated sampling technique. This review utilizes fractional least squares relapse with the Smartpls adaptation 3.0 program. It observes that self-viability straightforwardly has no critical impact on work execution. Be that as it may, self adequacy by implication significantly affects work execution. This shows that creative work conduct can intervene the impact of self adequacy on work execution of organization representatives.

The pandemic of covid-19 which was announced as a disaster by President Joko Widodo on March 2, 2020 has been shaking the economic scope of Indonesia. More department stores and even big shopping centers forcibly closed due to the policy of social distancing and local lockdown. As the consequence, more people lost their jobs which worsening the economic sector. Besides this sadly fact, more people started to utilize social media to promote products. The changing of people’s behaviors who previously used to shop offline to online sites became the main reason for businesses owners to take this opportunity to keep their businesses survive. This new life style also inspired many people to start online trades to earn their livings. The objective of this descriptive paper was to present how one of English students of Faculty of Education, Muhammadiyah University of Jakarta, who joined entrepreneur class was being inspired by the situation of covid-19 to start online business. This study used both observation and unstructured interview as the tools in collecting the data. The results of the study presented three answers of the research questions, namely: first, the student was inspired by the rapid spreading of online business and most business owners who promoted various products online. Second, in the preparation, he determined a label as his virtual store name, designing logo, creating ‘thank you’ card and buying good quality materials with low prices for the packaging. Third, after the first three months becoming reseller of women’s stuffs such as body treatment, bags, shoes, cosmetics and various accessories, up to end of September, more than hundred goods had been sold and he could earn around one million of net-profit every month. Even more, currently, he has been saving money as the capital, stocking quite big number of stuffs and planning to have one physical store to run the business offline after the pandemic is over.
