Идентификация парамагнитных центров гадолиния и железа в ортосиликатах скандия и иттрия scandia和ittria正交硅酸盐中超磁性中心的鉴定

The study of grown Sc 2 SiO 5 :Gd and Sc 2 SiO 5 :Fe crystals was carried out by the paramagnetic resonance method. It has been established that Fe 3+ ions replace Sc 3+ in both crystallographic positions, while Gd 3+ ions exhibit a single center localized in a larger position with a coordination number of 7. Measurement of the orientational behavior of the positions of transitions of Fe 3+ and Gd 3+ centers in two orthogonal planes made it possible to determine the parameters of their triclinic spin Hamiltonians. To determine the localization of impurity ions Cr 3+ , Fe 3+ , and Gd 3+ in scandium and yttrium silicates, the orientation of the main Z axes of the fine structure tensors of the second rank was used.

In this paper, the effect of the orientational stretching rate on the piezoelectric properties and structure of the vinylidene fluoride-tetrafluoroethylene P(VDF-TFE) copolymer was studied. A relationship in the formation of the electret and piezoelectric states in P(VDF-TFE) has been established. The parameters of electrically active defects involved in the polarization process and determining the stability of the electret and, as a consequence, the piezoelectric states in P(VDF-TFE) are calculated.

Based on the density functional theory, the effect of pressure on the structure and electronic properties of crystalline metal cyanamides Zn(CN2) and NaSc(CN2)2 has been studied. The negative linear compressibility of Zn(CN2) was revealed and its correlation with microscopic changes in the atomic structure under pressure was established. It is shown that NaSc(CN2)2 has a low compressibility (0.2 TPa-1) in a direction close to that of cyanamide anions. Based on the quantum topological analysis of the electron density, interatomic interactions were studied and it was found that the Zn-N and Sc-N bonds have a partially covalent character. The band gaps of Zn(CN2) and NaSc(CN2)2 at pressures up to 1 GPa have been determined and found to correspond to the UV range of 224-271 nm.

The mechanical properties and thermal conductivity of a composite based on crumpled graphene flakes and nickel nanoparticles obtained by high-temperature hydrostatic compression are investigated by the method of molecular dynamics. The pores of the graphene matrix of the composite are filled with nickel nanoparticles of different sizes (respectively, different contents of Ni - 8, 16 and 24 at.%). It was found that an increase in the amount of nickel on the one hand increases the thermal conductivity of the composite, and on the other hand reduces its strength, since strength is determined by the presence of a graphene grid, and thermal conductivity is determined by the presence of a conductive metal. The obtained results on thermophysical properties combined with high mechanical characteristics of Ni/graphene composites allow us to predict their application for the manufacture of new flexible electronics, supercapacitors and lithium-ion batteries.

The results of experimental studies of the optical properties of binary cubic compounds ScBi and YBi are presented. The features of the frequency dispersion of dielectric functions in the wavelength range 0.22-15 µm are determined.The anomalous behavior of spectral characteristics in the infrared region of the spectrum corresponds to the semi-metallic nature of these materials. A weak intraband contribution to low-energy optical conductivity is associated with the main feature of their electronic structure - the localization of the Fermi level in the region of a deep minimum of the density of states. The features of quantum light absorption are discussed on the basis of a comparative analysis of experimental and theoretical spectra of interband optical conductivity.

It is devoted to the experimental study of the creep of an aluminum alloy containing microscopic inclusions. It was found that preliminary electric ignition (j<3· 106 A/m2) of the material leads to an increase in the creep of the samples. The reasons for the observed changes are associated by the authors with the formation of local areas of high mechanical stresses near the interface of the inclusion - matrix interface. The assessment of the level of emerging local thermoelastic stresses in aluminum deltaT ~ 35 MPa, as well as the characteristic size of such areas (~ 2 µm). The observed increase in creep is determined by the resultant effect of residual stresses and stresses of thermal nature, which contributes to the creation of additional local sources of deformation in the interfacial regions. Local stress concentrators lead to a local increase in the number of mobile dislocations, which is the main reason for the change in the mechanical properties of the aluminum alloy under consideration with microscopic inclusions.

A vortex lattice in a high-temperature superconductor (HTS) with an array of submicron magnetic dots on the surface has been studied by the Monte Carlo method within the framework of a three-dimensional model of a layered high-temperature superconductor. The adjustment of the vortex lattice to an array of magnetic points was observed — ordered states arising in the process of remagnetization — configurations of one, two, three, or more vortex filaments fixed to a single magnetic point. The occurrence of these configurations was accompanied by peaks on the magnetization curve. The influence of the HTS anisotropy on the adjustment of the vortex lattice is analyzed. The ordered configurations of the vortex lattice are also associated with the non-monotonic nature of the dependences of the superconductor critical current on the magnetic field. The influence of temperature, magnetic moment of points, and film thickness on the critical current is investigated. With an increase in temperature and a decrease in the magnetization of magnetic points, the maximum of the critical current shifts towards a lower field. The structure of vortex filaments in the inhomogeneous field of a magnetic point is analyzed in detail. The mechanism of the influence of ordered vortex configurations on magnetization and critical current is discussed.

The influence of the period filling parameter in the lateral system planar waveguide/corrugated waveguide is investigated by the method of micromagnetic modeling. The modes of switching the propagation of spin waves to the output ports are shown. When a defective region is added to the system - a region without periodicity - the transmission spectrum changes, and additional frequency regions of wave transmission appear. Based on the results obtained, it is possible to create a directional coupler applicable to information signal processing devices based on the principles of magnonics.

Температурно-барические особенности магнитных характеристик в системах со структурными переходами типа смещения 偏移型结构转移系统中磁性温度特征

Using pnictides MnAs and germaindes Mn0.89Cr0.11NiGe as an example, the transformation of thermobaric features of their magnetic characteristics at high pressures is considered. A unified approach is used to describe paramagnetic (PM) structural transitions of the displacement type with a change in the symmetry PM(P63/mmc)-PM(Pnma) from hexagonal to orthorhombic. It is shown that the competition between the parameters of the structural and magnetic orders in both systems manifests itself differently in the stabilization and alternation of the so-called high-spin and low-spin magnetically ordered states initiated by pressure. As a consequence, the structural contribution in these systems weakens (MnAs) or enhances (Mn0.89Cr0.11NiGe ) the giant magnetocaloric effect in the temperature-baric region of the first-order magnetostructural phase transitions.

The possibility of frequency-selective propagation of spin waves in a magnonic microwave guide with a magnonic crystal consisting of two layers with different values of the saturation magnetization in the layers is demonstrated. It is shown that multimode propagation of spin waves can occur inside a two-layer structure in two frequency ranges, while the presence of a magnonic crystal on the surface of the structure leads to the manifestation of a band gap in one of the frequency ranges. At the same time, the process of propagation of a spin-wave signal is accompanied by a strong nonreciprocity, which manifests itself in a change in the amplitude-frequency characteristics when the direction of the external magnetic field is reversed, while the frequency range of the band gap differs depending on the direction of the field. The proposed concept of a two-layer spin-wave waveguide can underlie the manufacture of multichannel filters or magnonic logic devices.
