. Attacks on wireless networks can disconnect and slow down the network by flooding the network with junk packets or Dos and scanning. To solve these problems, a system that is able to monitor and detect security problems is needed. The system that can detect and monitor security problems is known as the Intrusion Detection System. One of the Intrusion Detection System software that is widely used is Kismet. In this research, the Kismet Intrusion Detection System software used to secure wireless networks was installed on a Raspberry Pi to measure the performance of the Kismet Intrusion Detection System. The method used in this study was a literature review that proceeded with a system design that included designing the topology and tests. The next step was implementing the system, followed by testing the performance of the Intrusion Detection System so that conclusions can be drawn and made into a report. Based on research on Intrusion Detection System Performance using Kismet software installed on the Raspberry Pi, it was concluded that Kismet installed on the Raspberry Pi could detect 10 Denial of Service attacks from 10 attacks with an average detection rate of attacks sent until detected by Kismet was 3.42 seconds. Therefore, it can be said that the performance of the Kismet intrusion detection system installed on the Raspberry Pi was accurate and could detect attacks quickly.

This paper discusses the use of the Fractional Open-Circuit Voltage (FOCV) method to track the maximum power generated by solar panels. The implementation of the FOCV method has been conducted in the form of a hybrid solar panel to discover the actual results. The implementation was in several lamps containing relays, allowing them to obtain energy sources from PLN or solar panels. The number of lights switched to the solar panel source depended on the generated power, and this power was tracked using the FOCV method. The greater the power generated by the solar panel, the more lights were switched to use the solar panel source. The FOCV method was the simplest of other MPPT methods and was suitable for small-scale solar panels. The FOCV method was based on the characteristics of solar panel data. The characteristics of a solar panel must be identified first to build an algorithm from this method. In this study, various output characteristics of solar panels, such as under varying irradiation and varying temperatures, were simulated with MATLAB software. A simulation of a circuit of buck converters connected to solar panels and a control algorithm containing the complete FOCV was also conducted. A prototype implementation was made using an Arduino microprocessor in translating the FOCV method algorithm.

Teachers' ability to think creatively and innovatively to improve their classrooms is essential in this digital age and in the face of the present pandemic. One of the ways is by transforming a printed textbook into an interactive and engaging e-book. Thus, this study aimed to develop an interactive flipbook for vocational school students and describe their learning experiences. ADDIE development model was applied through the testing phase of validity, practicality, and effectiveness to obtain a decent media to improve the understanding of student concepts. The Flipbook was trialed on 27 vocational students. The results revealed that the interactive Flipbook was declared valid and practical, where the effectiveness test with N-gain obtained a score of 0.495, belonging to a fairly effective category. The learning experience obtained by students has been quite able to instill a conceptual understanding of the subjects of data communication and computer networking.

. The problem of low critical and creative thinking skills in Vocational High Schools is a more significant concern to improve through various efforts. This study was aimed to describe the preliminary creative and critical thinking skills of students who have studied entrepreneurial attitudes and behaviours at SMKN 1 Pariaman. This type of research was descriptive quantitative. Preliminary analysis was carried out by giving ten items of creative and critical thinking essays that were valid (0.70) and reliable (0.82). The questions have passed the feasibility test on 150 students who have not studied entrepreneurship subjects on entrepreneurial attitude and behaviour topics at random. Written tests and questionnaires were given to 40 students of class XI-MI 1 and XI-MI 2 at SMKN 1 Pariaman. The preliminary analysis of critical and creative thinking skills was done in May 2021. The research data were collected based on scoring students' answers. The scoring of the critical and creative thinking test answers was in percentages according to critical and creative thinking categories. The analysis results of the critical and creative thinking indicators revealed that 51% of students got scores 1 and 2 (basic skills), while 49% of students got scores 3 and 4 (advanced skills).

The 4.0 industrial era education is required to organize virtual learning. One determinant of learning success is soft skills, but only a few research studies examine the urgency of soft skills in virtual learning. This study aims to examine the urgency of the soft skills students need in virtual learning and determine what aspects of soft skills students need to have in virtual learning. This research was carried out using the literature study method. The steps were to determine the topic, collect library materials based on the topic, analyze library materials, and provide conclusions. The results of the study showed that soft skills are needed for students when carrying out virtual learning. The aspects of soft skills that students need to have in this 4.0 industrial era are (1) collaboration; (2) digital literacy; (3) communication; (4) creativity; (5) independent learning; (6) cognitive development; and (7) critical thinking skills.

In the framework of the development of an automatic Balinese carving ornament recognition application, a valid image dataset is needed. This paper describes the improved new dataset of traditional Balinese carving ornaments and presents the benchmarking results in an image classification task. The improvement of the new dataset involves the increased number of image samples and involves the validation and addition of the number of ornament classes. Some frequently used feature extraction methods, for example, Gabor Filter, Zoning, Histogram of Gradient, Neighborhood Pixels Weights, and Kirsch edge, were tested to benchmark the image classification task for this new dataset. The benchmark results showed that this new dataset has a fairly high technical challenge for feature extraction methods in the pattern recognition field. The new proposed dataset will support further research steps in building a classification and recognition system for Balinese carving ornaments.
