Penerapan Manajemen Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar 基础学校设施管理和教育基础设施的应用

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of management of educational facilities and infrastructure at SDN 002 Tembilahan Kota, and the factors that influence it. The population in this study was the principal and all school personnel, totaling 29 people at the 002 Tembilahan City State Elementary School. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires, interviews and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the collected data is analyzed using the percentage formula. From the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: The implementation of educational facilities and infrastructure at the 002 Tembilahan City State Elementary School, reached a score of 79.54%, and was categorized as good, because the figure of 79.54% lies in the 61% - 80% interval. The factors that influence the implementation of facilities and infrastructure management at the 002 Tembilahan State Elementary School are as follows: planning the needs of educational facilities and infrastructure, procurement of educational facilities, storage of facilities and infrastructure, inventory, maintenance and utilization of educational infrastructure facilities, and removal of damaged facilities and infrastructure.

Pelaksanaan Manajemen Pendidikan Inklusif di SDN 002 Pulau Palas Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir

The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of inclusive education management at SDN 002 Pulau Palas, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency and to find out what are the obstacles and supports in implementing inclusive education management at SDN 002 Pulau Palas, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. Based on the results of the analysis of research data, the following conclusions are obtained: First: Implementation of Inclusive Education Management at SDN 002 Pulau Palas, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency has done quite well what the school principal has done because there are some of the results of observations and interviews that are in accordance with the results which are expected. In this case the school principal carries out several processes of implementing inclusive education in elementary schools, it is necessary to have an individual learning program. The program is useful for giving direction to learning by knowing the strengths, weaknesses, and interests of students, so an individualized program is directed at goals on the basis of needs and in accordance with the current level of ability. In addition, this program is also a vehicle for increasing business to provide more effective educational services. There are also learning programs using media so that students understand more. Second, the supporting factors in the Implementation of Inclusive Education Management at SDN 002 Pulau Palas, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, namely that the school has a special accompanying teacher, each child has one special accompanying teacher. So this special accompanying teacher makes individual learning programs based on the results of the assessment. There is support from the local community, there are adequate facilities that support learning. Then the obstacle factor is not having professional staff such as doctors and psychologists.

This study aims to explore the professionalism of PAI teachers in developing the religious character of students. The research method used was qualitative with a case study approach, by interviewing seven research informants, namely the school principal and six PAI teachers. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. The results showed that the efforts made by PAI teachers at SDIT Imam Asy-Syafii Pekanbaru in developing the religious character of students were done in a systematic way. Furthermore, in the teaching and learning process, learning materials are again inserted which emphasize the values of religious character in students. The supporting factor is that in the school environment there is a mosque that is quite large with complete facilities so that some student activities can be carried out in the mosque including sunnah dhuha prayers, noon and asr prayers, most of the students' guardians also understand the sunnah and one manhaj with the school so that the education received students at school are the same color as the education they receive at home. The inhibiting factor is that there are still guardians of students who are not yet semanhaj and the pattern of education at home and at school for children is different. The findings in this study have implications for the professional theory of Islamic religious education teachers in building students' religious character.

The PGMI study program is a study program that produces prospective teacher graduates who have competency standards at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teacher Education School. Based on the agreement with stakeholders who will later use PGMI graduates, then one of the competencies that must be mastered by a prospective MI teacher is the maturity of knowledge of Islamic Aqidah. This is due to the findings of several teachers at the MI School forbidding Islamic values that mix with superstition, bid'ah and superstition. This of course has a negative impact on the students' Aqidah, keeps them away from Allah's mercy, even without realizing that these actions can expel them from their Islam. The problem encountered in the learning process is that the number of special textbooks (primary books) that discuss Aqidah courses in accordance with the syllabus does not yet exist, there are only supporting books (secondary books) whose material is separate and independent from each sub-subject. teaching materials. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to develop a teaching material book (primary book) based on the needs and characteristics of students. To make the teaching material book, there will be a lot of material from existing secondary books and which have been used as learning resources for secondary students. This teaching material research was developed using the R2D2 Model (Reflective, Recursive, Design, and Development). In fact, it gave birth to a reference book for teaching materials with an ISBN.

Abstract This study describes the education management planning system at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 (MIN 2) Pekanbaru for teachers in the field of Islamic religious education and class teachers, because the education management planning system is something that is very urgent to be implemented in educational institutions with the aim of improving the quality of education, especially in the field teaching. This research method is Empirical Qualitative by using observation instruments, interviews and documentation, so that the research results illustrate that 78% understand the implementation of the education management planning system at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 (MIN 2) Pekanbaru.

The Value of Character Education in Indonesian Language Learning for Fourth Grade Students at SD N 19 Meulaboh. This study aims to determine the value of character education contained in the Indonesian language learning process for fourth grade students at SD N 19 Meulaboh. This research includes field research. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques using the method of observation and documentation. The focus of this research is the value of character education contained in learning Indonesian in fourth grade students at SD N 19 Meulaboh. The results showed that the planning made by the teacher consisted of initial activities, core activities, and closing activities. The implementation of character education at SD N 19 Meulaboh has not been maximized. The results of the study show that the 18 character values ​​found in learning Indonesian for class IV are religious, honest, tolerance, disciplined, hard work, creative, independent, democratic, curiosity, national spirit, love for the homeland, respect for achievement, friendly/communicative, love peace, love to read., care for the environment, responsibility, and care about social.

This study aims to determine the value of character education contained in the Indonesian language learning process for fourth grade students at SD N 19 Meulaboh. This research includes field research. The approach used is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques using the method of observation and documentation. The focus of this research is the value of character education contained in learning Indonesian in fourth grade students at SD N 19 Meulaboh. The results showed that the planning made by the teacher consisted of initial activities, core activities, and closing activities. The implementation of character education at SD N 19 Meulaboh has not been maximized. Keterampilan Guru Kelas dalam Pembelajaran Tematik pada Masa Pandemi di Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar 四年级大流行期间的专题学习教师技能

This study aims to describe the skills of classroom teachers in thematic learning during the pandemic and find out the barriers to the skills of classroom teachers in thematic learning during the pandemic. This research is qualitative research, the subject of this research is the fourth-grade teacher and two female students, and the object of the research is the skills of the classroom teacher in thematic learning during the pandemic. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the data that has been collected is analyzed by reducing the data, presenting the data, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the results of the observations are classified as "good enough" because the answers are at 43%, which is in the 41%-60% interval. This can be seen from several indicators, namely teachers are able to understand the character of students, are able to utilize educational technology, are able to evaluate student learning outcomes. The obstacles in the skills of classroom teachers are the educational background of the teacher, the lack of guidance and training and educational infrastructure.
本研究旨在描述疫情期间课堂教师的专题学习技能,并找出疫情期间课堂教师专题学习技能的障碍。本研究为质性研究,研究对象为四年级教师和两名女学生,研究对象为疫情期间课堂教师专题学习的技能。本研究采用观察法、访谈法和文献法收集数据。此外,对收集到的数据进行分析,通过减少数据、呈现数据和得出结论。根据研究结果,可以得出结论,观察结果被归类为“足够好”,因为答案在43%,这是在41%-60%的区间。这可以从几个指标中看出,即教师能够了解学生的性格,能够利用教育技术,能够评价学生的学习成果。课堂教师技能的障碍是教师的教育背景、缺乏指导和培训以及教育基础设施。

The curriculum is the totality of activities designed by schools to provide various experiences for students, both inside and outside the classroom. The curriculum is not only synonymous with subject matter, but all activities designed by schools to develop students' self-capacity are also included in the curriculum. Education is a human process that must be developed according to human needs. Human needs always develop all the time along with the rapidly changing times. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) 01 Kranji is an Islamic educational institution that is sensitive to the special needs of the surrounding community. This institution responds to community needs by developing a leadership curriculum. The curriculum is an answer to the needs of people who are concerned about the condition of youth who do not have leadership characteristics such as responsibility, discipline, courage, honesty and cooperation. This study seeks to reveal the curriculum model that was applied and developed by MI Walisongo 01 Kranji. The research method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative using data collection techniques, interviews, documentation, and observation.

Implementasi Media Infokus pada Pembelajaran Tematik di MIN 16 Aceh Barat

Media is needed in teaching so that students more easily understand the subject matter being taught. Learning media also includes a part of learning that affects teaching and learning interactions in the classroom. This study aims to determine the implementation of infocus media theme 5 on students of MIN 16 West Aceh and to determine student learning outcomes of MIN 16 West Aceh theme 5 using infocus media. This research is a classroom action research (CAR). Data collection was carried out directly by practicing learning using infocus media in two research cycles, namely cycle 1 and cycle 2. This can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes, namely in the initial conditions the percentage of student learning completeness is 39.10% increasing to 58.33% after the implementation of cycle 1 and increasing to 79.41% after the implementation of learning cycle 2.

Pengembangan E- Comic Education pada Mata Pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Materi Gaya dan Manfaatnya 自然科学选修课的E- Comic教育课程以其风格和目的为基础

The purpose of the study was to determine the need for developing e- comic education learning media to improve cognitive learning outcomes for fourth grade students of MI NU Tsamrotul Wathon. The type of this research is Research and Development  with ADDIE model. Data collection techniques used questionnaires, and tests. The limited scale test was carried out with 10 students and the broad scale test was carried out with 30 students. The results showed that: the results of the validation of the eligibility criteria were based on the validation media experts, material experts and practitioners. Eligibility criteria for displaying writing are 62.5% (fair enough), image eligibility 72.5% (fair enough), e-comic education media function is 91.6% (very feasible), e-comic education media benefits are 87.5%. The eligibility criteria for the content aspect are 83.92% (very feasible), the feasibility on the construction aspect is 68.75% (adequate) and the feasibility of the language aspect is 60% (fair enough). The results of the development of e-comic education media are very effective in influencing students cognitive learning outcomes as indicated by the increase in cognitive learning outcomes with α < 0,05 its mean 0.00 < 0.05. The gain test of 0.467 is in the medium category.
摘要本研究旨在探讨发展电子漫画教育学习媒体的必要性,以改善厦门师范大学四年级学生的认知学习成果。本研究采用ADDIE模型进行研究与开发。数据收集技术采用问卷调查和测试。小尺度测试采用10名学生,大尺度测试采用30名学生。结果表明:合格标准的验证结果基于验证媒体专家、材料专家和从业者。文字展示合格标准为62.5%(尚可),图像合格标准为72.5%(尚可),电子漫画教育媒体功能合格标准为91.6%(非常可行),电子漫画教育媒体效益合格标准为87.5%。内容方面的合格标准为83.92%(非常可行),建设方面的合格标准为68.75%(足够),语言方面的合格标准为60%(足够)。电子漫画教育媒体的发展对学生的认知学习成绩有显著的影响,认知学习成绩显著提高(α < 0.05,平均0.00 < 0.05)。0.467的增益测试属于中等类别。
