In a series of teaching systems (curriculum), the method ranks after the material. Delivering material means nothing without involving the method. It always follows the material in the way of adjusting to its shape and style so that the method undergoes a transformation when the material presented changes. However, the same material can be used in different ways. The population in this study were two teachers of Islamic Religious Education at the 004 Sungai Piring State Elementary School, Batang Tuaka District. The data in this study were collected using observation and documentation techniques and analyzed using a t-test. From the results of data analysis, it concluded that there was no significant comparison between the implementation of PAIKEM learning and expository learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects at the 004 Sungai Piring State Elementary School, Batang Tuaka District.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of teachers' responsibility to classroom teachers' discipline. This type of research was quantitative correlational research. The population was six teachers at the State Elementary School of 012 Parit 7 Sungai Pinggan, Batang Tuaka District. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and documentation techniques. Furthermore, the collected data was analyzed using the Product Moment Correlation formula. The results of the study indicated that there was a positive, and significant relationship between teachers' responsibility and classroom teachers' discipline. Through data analysis on the two variables, the output of the correlation coefficient was 0.582, meaning that the level of strength of the relationship between the teachers' responsibility and teachers' discipline was 0.582 or moderately strong. It means that the relationship (correlation) was significant at a significance value of 0.05. Thus, there was a positive and significant relationship between the teachers' responsibility to the classroom teachers' discipline in teaching.

This type of research was quantitative research. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires, documentation and analyzed using product-moment correlation with the help of SPSS 22.0. The results of the data analysis showed that the value of sig. (2-tailed) between classroom management (x) and learning outcomes (y) was 0.000 <0.05, which means that there was a significant correlation between classroom management variables and learning outcomes. The calculated r-value for the relationship between classroom management (x) and learning outcomes (y) was 0.642 > from 0.374, so it can conclude that there was a relationship or correlation between classroom management and learning outcomes. This study aimed to describe the implementation of the cooperative learning model of Numbered Heads Together (NHT) to improve mathematics learning outcomes. This research was a participatory and collaborative classroom action research conducted between researchers and teachers. The research subjects were teachers and 28 students grade IV A students at MI Al-Huda Karangnongko Yogyakarta. Data have been collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation, those further analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that learning mathematics using the NHT model could improve students' learning outcomes. This was indicated by an increase of learning outcomes percentage by 10.71% in pre-action, 53.57% in cycle I, and 92.86% in cycle II. The increase in the average of the evaluation test in the pre-action was 55.36 with the lowest score was 0 and the highest was 80, the first cycle was 72.86 with the lowest score was 0 and the highest was 100. The second cycle was 89.64 with the lowest score was 50 and the highest was 80 by minimum completeness criteria was 75. Therefore, NHT could improve students' mathematics learning outcomes.

The media game of education in this study referred to the overview of the basic body along with pictures to attract students' attention. The type of research used in this study was Research and Development (R&D). R&D is a research strategy or method that is powerful enough to improve practice. The data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The object was to measure the success of the learning process as evidenced by the student's scores. The variable used as a measurement was the feasibility of the product. The results showed that the need for game education in learning was an important medium to make the teachers easier delivering the learning material, attracting students, especially for grade 1 students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, students were also easier to master the topic about my body. The development of learning media for game education can be used by students not only when learning at school. The effectiveness test using the SPSS program also showed the value of Sig. (2-tiled) p = 0.000 <0.05, which means that game media education was effective to improve English learning outcomes about my body.

Pengelolaan kelas adalah proses atau upaya yang dilakukan oleh seorang guru secara sistematis untuk menciptakan dan mewujudkan kondisi kelas yang dinamis dan kondusif dalam rangka menciptakan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien, sedangkan motivasi belajar adalah dorongan dari dalam diri murid dan dari luar diri murid untuk mengalami perubahan perilaku dalam bentuk pengetahuan, sikap, nilai dan keterampilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengelolaan kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di MI Nurul Jihad Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru wali kelas pada kelas tinggi IV, V, VI dan siswa kelas tinggi di MI Nurul Jihad Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu, dimana guru wali kelas pada kelas tnggi berjumlah 6 orang, dan siswa berjumlah 121 orang,untuk variabel X (pengelolaan kelas) peneliti tidak menggunakan sampel karena masih memungkinkan peneliti meneliti tiap populasi secara satu persatu. Sedangkan variabel Y (motivasi belajar siswa) menggunakan sampel sebanyak 24 siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 Variabel yaitu variabel bebas (pengelolaan kelas) dan variabel terikat (motivasi belajar siswa). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah análisis uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase pengelolaan kelas yang dilakukan oleh 6 guru wali kelas adalah 86,54% dengan kategori sangat baik, sedangkan persentase motivasi belajar siswa 62,5 dengan kategori baik. Kemudian hasil analisis uji t menunjuk kan nilai thitung adalah 2,723 ≥ ttabel adalah 1,679. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengaruh pengelolaan kelas terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di MI Nurul Jihad Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu Tahun 2015.

Kajiannyadilatar belakangi oleh semakin maraknya pendidikan karakter yang perlu diberikan nilai karakter lebih dalam proses pembelajaran agar menghasilkan output peserta didik yang berakhlaqul karimah. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menjawab permasalahan: (1) Bagaimana konsep pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah? (2) Bagaimana nilai-nilai karakter dalam konsep ESQ learning dan relevansinya dalam pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah? Permasalahan tersebut dibahas melalui metodologi penelitian kualitatif. Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Konsep pendidikan karakter di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sama dengan pendidikan akhlak, yakni pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk membentuk perilaku manusia sesuai dengan ajaran Islam, berlandaskan al-Qur’an dan Hadits. (2) Sesuai dengan konsep ESQ learning, maka nilai-nilai karakter masing-masing terkandung dalam sumber nilai yang berlaku dalam pranata kehidupan manusia, yaitu nilai Ilahiyah dan Insaniyah. Temuan tersebut memberikan acuan bagi lembaga pendidikan tentang pendidikan karakter dari tokoh atau pakar dalam bingkai ilmu ESQ. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat dan membuktikan, sejauh mana guru bersertifikasi di SD Negeri Balirejo Yogyakarta merealisasikan keprofesionalannya. Sebab, ketika pemerintah telah menjamin mutu guru yang lulus sertifikasi sebagai guru profesional yang telah teruji kompetensinya serta terpenuhi hak-haknya, maka guru dituntut bekerja maksimal dan profesional demi meningkatkan mutu pendidikan Nasional. Peneliti juga membandingkannya, dengan kualitas guru-guru non-sertifikasi di sekolah yang sama. Penelitian kualitatif ini menjadikan seluruh guru SD Negeri Balirejo Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 9 orang, sebagai subjek penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan Metode Triangulasi (observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi). Teknik deskriptif-analisis, digunakan untuk mengulas dan menganasis data temuan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah, bahwa tingkat pencapaian implementasi keprofesionalan guru-guru bersertifikasi masih rendah. Legalitas sertifikasi pendidik, tidak menjamin terciptanya guru profesional. Sebaliknya, kompetensi guru non-sertifikasi belum tentu tidak profesional, realita di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa guru non-sertifikasi sudah ada yang dapat dinilai sebagai guru ideal dan profesional. Untuk menuntaskan problem ini penulis memberikan beberapa rekomendasi: 1). Reinforcement, 2). Reorientasi tujuan, 3). Monitoring dan evaluasi, 4). Self kontrol dan Self correction, 5). Kontrol social, dan 6). Konstribusi.

Masalah pokok yang dihadapi guru, baik yang pemula maupun yang sudah berpengalaman adalah masalah pengelolaan kelas, yang merupakan aspek yang sering didiskusikan oleh para pengajar. Pengelolaan kelas merupakan masalah tingkah laku yang kompleks, dan guru menggunakannya untuk menciptakan dan mempertahankan kondisi kelas sedemikian rupa, sehingga anak didik dapat mencapai tujuan pengajaran secara efisien dan memungkinkan mereka dapat belajar. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pelaksanaan pengelolaan kelas terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kecamatan Tembilahan Penelitian ini dilakukan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kecamatan Tembilahan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 bulan setelah surat riset dikeluarkan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah hubungan pelaksanaan pengelolaan kelas terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kecamatan Tembilahan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari observasi yang penulis lakukan, maka penulis menemukan ada hubungan pelaksanaan pengelolaan kelas terhadap kegiatan belajar mengajar pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri Kecamatan Tembilahan ada hubungannya ini terlihat dari hasil akhir yang penulis temukan bahwa thitung lebih besar dari ttabel atau 3,41 > 1,812 maka Ho ditolak, artinya ada hubungan.
