Eddy current method for identification and analysis of reinforcement bars in concrete structures 混凝土结构中钢筋识别与分析的涡流法

The purpose of this paper is to present the eddy current method for detection and evaluation of steel reinforcement bars in concrete structures. A multifrequency system with lock-in amplifier is proposed for this purpose. The experimental verification of the developed technique is done and the selected results are presented.

Control stepsize optimization for tri-wheel mobile robot 三轮移动机器人控制步长优化

The paper presents the method of searching the effective stepsize in the mobile robot with the free-sliding wheel. The model had equations, which describe DC motors, which brings the model closer to the real mobile robot. Additionally, we simulated the varying friction coefficient of the wheel.

Optimization of robotic manipulators parameters modeled with integrated equations of actuators and links 基于作动器和连杆集成方程的机械臂参数优化

Optimizing system parameters such as energy is a significant issue in robotics. System modeling is an effective factor to reach this goal. In robot modeling, a DC motor is mostly modeled as a torque source. In this paper a robotic manipulator with DC motors as its actuators, is modeled as a electromechanical system that its equations of electrical and mechanical parts are obtained integratively; which allows us to control the system more efficiently. Dynamic programming is used to optimize system parameters. This will happen when performance index which includes energy and path parameters, is minimized. At last the optimum path is derived.

Intelligent diagnostics of devices with the use of infrared mapping images 利用红外测绘图像对设备进行智能诊断

A correct diagnostics together with the early prediction of failure or malfunction of the system are the major issues in modern maintenance. Nowadays, the time-honored diagnostics may be inadequate and lead to omitting failures, resulting in higher costs of repairing damaged equipment. That is why the interest in intelligent diagnostics increases due to the possibility of better interpretation of the component status and early failure prediction. One of the ways of determining the device condition is to measure and analyze the temperature of multiple points on the device. Thermographics may show a beginning of significant wear of a component, and enable a repair or replacing before the failure appears. The paper presents the key aspects of the diagnostics with thermal images, including: technology mapping, mapping algorithms, together with a presentation of available software solutions.

The impedance- & admittance control is a common technique in robotics and other applications. The force or momentum should be handled in a more sensitive way to fulfill several demands. Human machine interfaces (HMI) or safely acting robots in human environments are only a few examples. We now have implemented these technologies in an embedded system where no host systems like PLCs or personal computers were used. The level of integration might be raised. The way of implementation is shown beside two application examples.

Mesh density influence on eddy current calculation in the magnetic bearings 网格密度对磁轴承涡流计算的影响

In this work, the nonsymmetrical 12-poles (AMB12) magnetic bearings have been analyzed. The 3D Finite Element Method (FEM) was used for the magnetic field computations and the nonlinear boundary problem was investigated. We describe the discretization process for the AMB modeling, [5]. The adaptation meshing method using the high-order finite elements was employed.

Magnetization energy loss of electrical steel sheets with goss texture 高斯结构电工钢板的磁化能损失

Design of electrical machines and transformers requires use of adequate model of energy loss in magnetic cores. Classical core loss models were elaborated more than one century ago and for materials produced at that time. Since then modern electrical steel sheets with very low specific power loss were developed. For modern materials were developed also modern power loss model. One, most popular is the statistical loss model which was subject to improvement for many years. The model is worth to mention and farther development because it parameters posses physical meaning. The paper presents flux density and frequency behavior of statistical loss models parameters in grain and non-oriented electrical steel sheets.

Use of Fourier transform for defining diagnostic parameters of car wheel 利用傅里叶变换定义汽车车轮的诊断参数

In this paper the problem of wheel imbalance is taken into consideration. An approach is presented based on spectral analysis of acceleration measured on vehicle chassis. The goal is to work out an analytical and theoretical basis for design of relatively cheap diagnostic devices for diagnostic during drive in normal road traffic conditions. It was proven that the chassis vibration amplitude are correlated with wheel imbalance and the frequency at which main peak occurs in amplitude spectrum (AS) and power spectrum (PS) spectrum is dependent on the vehicle speed. This indicated relation with acceleration signal spectral characteristic and wheel imbalance.

The following paper presents an analysis of current and future use of soft magnetic materials in power electronics, with emphasis on the most modern materials with nanocrystalline structure. The production process of nanocrystalline strips and the control method of their magnetic properties were shown. The lack of large nanocrystalline stacked magnetic cores was underlined.

Analysis and compensation of chaotic response in DC motor drive 直流电机驱动混沌响应分析与补偿

The paper is concerned with the stability analysis and the ramp compensation of a permanent magnet dc drive system operated in two and four-quadrant. The stability analysis is based on the eigenvalues of the Jacobian matrix of the Poincare Map Function (PMF). Using the auxiliary state vector, the Jacobian matrix can be determined without the derivation of the PMF. A compensating sawtooth signal is used to avoid bifurcation and improve the performance of the DC drive. The slope of the ramp signal is also determined by the auxiliary state vector. The results are verified by computer simulations in the time domain.
