The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has emerged starting in 2020. To know the development of cases, a good calculation is needed. A prediction system can help in analyzing accurate data on positive causes, cures, and deaths. The right prediction or forecast can be the answer to the question of the impact that will occur, forecasting will provide an overview to the government and the community so that it is hoped that related parties can prepare for future impacts or even reduce the number of cases growth. In this study, the Exponential Smoothing method was used as a prediction calculation. This method is simple but effective in producing accurate predictions. Forecasting data used comes from the Indonesian government with the assumption that the data is valid and reliable. Based on research that has been carried out to predict the increase in new cases of the Indonesian National Covid-19, the best alpha (α) value is 0.33 with an SSE of 1048027,939. This shows that the number of cases is increasing. The results of forecasting in this study using the time series approach and the SES method are more suitable for predicting the percentage increase in cases than knowing the exact number.

In company activities, the IT helpdesk plays an important role in ensuring and providing the best quality related to information technology. When carrying out work activities that use information technology, there are problems that arise in the use of IT, including at PT. Mitra Tiga Berlian (MTB). MTB is a company engaged in the service sector, to be precise a car service workshop (body repair and oven painting specialist) located on Jl. Kalimanggis, Jatikarya, Bekasi. In designing the IT helpdesk information system on MTB, the authors conducted observations and interviews beforehand designing a web-based information system using the waterfall method so that the system designed can be used by the IT department in problem reports quickly and can store information on the problem of each problem in the complaint. that occurs, thus minimizing communication errors in the IT Helpdesk.

Industry 4.0 is an era of technological disruption or industrial revolution 4.0 because it puts more emphasis on system automation and connectivity which will make the mobility of the industrial world movement and job competition non-linear . The use of digital technology is one of the keys. Industry opportunities for industrial development 4.0 are an effort to increase industrial competitiveness, but many industries do not yet understand the concept and how to start the stages. One of the ways proposed as a policy in preparing industry 4.0 should be taken a multi-stakeholder collaborative approach to facilitate development, including gathering digital transformation initiatives so that limited resources can be optimal. As a form of soft industry policy, a platform organization is also needed as a sustainable program manager and provides technical facilities. From a technical point of view, it is necessary to prepare enabling technology that can be utilized by all actors in the cross-sectoral digital economy in an affordable manner. The Ecosystem Platform becomes a medium to be able to build synergy and collaborative across industries with all stakeholders in an effort to accelerate the transformation of industry 4.0 according to the national priority program of Making Indonesia 4.0. In line with that, coordination was carried out between parties in the industrial transformation 4.0 process, as well as building networks to develop positive cooperation, including government, academics or R&D, industry players / associations, technical providers, consultants and of course financial actors in accelerating the industrial transformation process 4.0.

Publishing scientific articles online in journals is a must for researchers or academics. In choosing the journal of purpose, the researcher must look at important information on the journal's web, such as indexing, scope, fee, quarter and other information. This information is generally not collected in one page, but spread over several pages in a web journal. This will be complicated when researchers have to look at information in several journals, moreover, the information in these journals may change at any time. In this research, web harvesting design is conducted to retrieve information on web journals. With web harvesting, information that is spread across several pages can be collected into one, and researchers do not need to worry if the information has changed, because the information collected is the last or updated information. Harvesting technique is done by taking the page URL of the page, starting the source code from where the information is retrieved and end source code until the information stops being retrieved. Harvesting technique was successfully developed based on the web bootstrap framework. The test data is taken from several scientific journal webs. The information collected includes name, description, accreditation, indexing, scope, publication rate, publication charge, template and quarter. Based on tests carried out using black box testing, it is known that all the features made are as expected.

Computer Based Test (CBT) is a test that is administered using a computer as tools or the main medium in conducting tests or exams. However, not all universities have utilized this technology. One of them is the Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKes) Kuningan, which has not yet used a computerized system. Examination implementation and manual processing of exam scores are an obstacle in the selection process for new students. With the existence of a Computer Based Test (CBT) application, it is hoped that it can facilitate the implementation of the test. However, the use of Computer Based Test (CBT) technology is not sufficient in determining which participants get the best score. The Profile Matching algorithm is chosen as an algorithm that can assist in decision making. There are 5 criteria used, that is the value of CBT and parents' income as criteria for the type of Core Factor, Mathematics National Exam scores, English National Exam scores, and Indonesian Language National Exam scores as criteria for the type of Secondary Factor. Testing is done by comparing the results of calculations on the system and Microsoft Excel calculations where there are 3 different values of the Core Factor and Secondary Factor. There is a discrepancy in the test results when multiple profiles have the same final value. One of them, Dea Nur Alifah and Rahma Nurlita with CF values of 60%, SF 40% and CF 70%, SF 30% has a final value of 5.78, is in the order of 3 and 4. Furthermore, the CF values of 80% and SF 20% are both has decreased in value, to 5.77 and still ranks 3 and 4. The application of the Profile Matching algorithm with an output in the form of ranking values in the Computer Based Test (CBT) application is still not optimal.

In an organization, of course, it cannot be separated from the term cadre or cadre. The strength of an organization is influenced by the cadres in it. If there are militant cadres who have good competence, it is certain that the organization will not experience many obstacles. Therefore, the role of cadres in the organization has a tremendous impact. This study uses interview and observation methods for the data collection process, while in the process of developing the system using the waterfall method which consists of communication with all the elements involved, planning research activities, making models with a unified modeling language (UML) and the last step is making reports. The conclusion of this research is that a Desktop-based application for the cadre data application for the Tangerang Student Youth Forum (FPPMT) has been made. The application is expected to contribute to the research organization.

With so many books in the library, of course, a system is needed to organize all the books so that these books can be recorded properly so as to reduce the risk of book census errors such as the number of books, borrowers, categories and also the delivery of more detailed information for books. because of that, it takes an information system design for a library. In designing an information system, a concept or research method is needed that can minimize mistakes in the flow of application creation, the method used is Waterfall modeling of this method, an application is made using Java Netbeans with MySQL database. By using this method, the application can run according to the flow, namely the details of the books in the library are in harmony with the actual situation and a decrease in data errors resulting in the loss of some information in the library such as the number of books, the number of borrowings, book details and so on. It makes it easier for users to find the information they want.

PT. Surya Toto Indonesia is a large company in Banten Province. This company is located on Jl. MH. Thamrin km. 7, Tangerang Banten. Until now, the number of employees is around 1.200 employees. With a large number of employees, a proper performance appraisal decision support system is needed so that the work results of employees can be clearly and well defined. Until now, the process for performance appraisal is still using paper or also called manual which causes the process to take a bit longer and reports cannot be enjoyed in real time. From the existing problems, a web-based decision support system is needed which will be able to facilitate all parties related to the performance appraisal process. The method used begins with communication with the parties involved. Furthermore, planning, the process of data collection, analysis, planning, and finally reporting is carried out. The conclusion from this suggests that using the existing criteria provides two more criteria. By giving weights and calculations performed on three employees, the score obtained for employee C got the highest score (0.92) followed by employee B, and the lowest score (0.84) was employee A.

Surya Toto Indonesia is a large company in Banten Province. This company is located on Jl. MH. Thamrin km. 7, Tangerang Banten. Until now, the number of employees is around 1.200 employees. With a large number of employees, a proper performance appraisal decision support system is needed so that the work results of employees can be clearly and well defined. Until now, the process for performance appraisal is still using paper or also called manual which causes the process to take a bit longer and reports cannot be enjoyed in real time. From the existing problems, a web-based decision support system is needed which will be able to facilitate all parties related to the performance appraisal process. The method used begins with communication with the parties involved. Furthermore, planning, the process of data collection, analysis, planning, and finally reporting is carried out. The conclusion from this suggests that using the existing criteria provides two more criteria. One of the business sectors that rarely gets digital innovation is the sports business sector, such as the sports field rental business. The problem in this business is that there are still many business actors and their customers who carry out the conventional reservation process, namely by making books manually and this has an impact on the customer experience when conducting leasing transactions, and for business actors it also has an impact on financial recapitulation due to incorrect calculations. The purpose of this research is to develop an Android-based application that is able to provide a much faster and easier sports rental transaction process by integrating with firebase services (firebase authentication, firebase realtime database, firebase cloud messaging). This study uses the method of developing the Rapid Application Development system and in collecting data using qualitative methods, namely observation, interviews, and literature study. From this research, an android-based application has been successfully developed that is able to solve the problem of conventional sports facilities rental and minimize the occurrence of calculation errors in financial recapitulation by integrating it with firebase services.

The development of communication technology such as the use of mobile phones based on android. Android has the capability of getting good as personal computer and it has a large storage area. Android users use it to store important data. Critical data that is stored to make various ways to membobolnya. The role of cryptography is indispensable for securing the data. Cryptography is the science to encode a message, while to keep the message or document is secure and cannot be read by those who are not entitled to use encryption. The application of encryption uses a symmetric algorithm. On the application of this method used is Simple Columnar Transposition method. Simple Columnar Transposition method by dividing plainteks into blocks with a key length (k) certain then these blocks are arranged in the form of rows and columns. The making of this application using the JAVA programming language and XML. The application is made for a mobile with Android using the Studio. This application was eventually shown on android mobile phone users. The application used to encode text/sentence, the result of encryption in the form of chipertext, and the result of decrypting plaintext form.
