The human face has various functions, especially in expressing something. The expression shown has a unique shape so that it can recognize the atmosphere of the feeling that is being felt. The appearance of a feeling is usually caused by emotion. Research on the classification of emotions has been carried out using various methods. For this study, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method was used which serves as a classifier for sad and depressive emotions. The CNN method has the advantage of preprocessing convolution so that it can extract a hidden feature in an image. The dataset used in this study came from the Facial expression dataset image folders (fer2013) where the dataset used for classification was taken with a ratio of 60% training and 40% validation with the results of the trained model of 60% total loss and 68% test accuracy.

Various kinds of activities in the fields of communication, information, transportation, banking, education, and those that require high mobility, require a supporting technology to do so. The supporting technology is a smartphone, where this smartphone is almost owned by every level of society. Smartphones are widely used in education to support learning between lecturers and students. At the University of Singaperbangsa Karawang Faculty of Computer Science, there is one aspect of student assessment that is measured based on the number of students pre-sent. The attendance system that runs at the Singaperbangsa University of Karawang, Faculty of Computer Science, has not yet implemented smartphone technology in its implementation. The problems that arise with the attendance system at this time is the presence data that has no backup if lost and absenteeism records that are easily damaged. Therefore the design and manufacture of the NFC Presence application is carried out to overcome this problem. The NFC Pres-ence application was built using the Mobile Application Development Life Cycle (MADLC) method. NFC (Near Field Communication) on smartphones and NFC Card is a tool to support student attendance data, which will then be stored properly in the database to prevent student attendance data loss. The attendance pro-cess in the NFC Presence application is done by mentoring an NFC card containing data in accordance with the data-base to the lecturer smartphone. Furthermore, the lecturer smartphone will send attendance data to the database, so that this data can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

Aktualita is one of the business activities engaged in the sale of stationery and printing located in South Jakarta. Activities related to promotions, data collection of goods, processing carried out do not yet have a standard database. Data processing takes a long time to produce information. The processing process contains errors in recording inaccurate data. Based on this information, the researchers tried to make a solution to these problems by creating a system in the form of a website using the CodeIgniter Framework. This research activity intends to find a solution with an administrative system for managing sales of goods transactions. The system built in this study uses a codeigniter framework. Making sales applications can be a solution to help make it easier for companies to actually manage goods data. Good data processing can make it easier to generate reports more quickly and accurately.

Rukun Tetangga is an organization led by the chairman of RT, rt's duties and functions are to provide services, maintain the harmony of the environment of its citizens, as well as a medium of community liaison with the local government in conveying aspirations. In observation activities and interviews directly with the chairman of RT and citizens, there are problems that are often faced by management members and citizens, the problem is the process of managing citizen data, information activities and contribution reports, the problems such as the process of recording repeatedly and the use of paper media that can cause the search process is quite time consuming and has a risk of being vulnerable to damage or loss. To overcome this, RT needs to develop data management system in Rukun Tetangga by using Waterfall as its development method and Unified Modeling Language (UML), and for the implementation process, researchers use PHP and MySQL. This research produces web-based applications for which provides management of citizen data, activity information and contribution management reports that can speed up the service process for citizens.

Lecturers are one of the main actors in universities. Lecturer performance can affect the quality of a college. Because the quality of higher education is strongly influenced by the lecturers, the performance of the lecturers needs to be assessed. Lecturer performance can be assessed by evaluating the lecturer's performance in teaching. Lecturer performance can be evaluated by classifying student assessments of lecturers. Lecturers are assessed based on how the lecturer mastered the material, the lecturer's discipline in teaching, and the presentation of the material. The process of grouping lecturer scores can be done using the K-Means algorithm. K-Means is a popular clustering algorithm that performs well. K-Means requires a parameter that is K or the number of clusters. The importance of the number of clusters so that there is a need for optimization in determining the number of K. In this study, optimization was carried out using the Elbow method so as to produce the ideal number of groups of 4 groups. The results of the clustering evaluation calculated using the SSE were 54.4% which showed that the results were not optimal. The results of the cluster evaluation are not optimal due to the lack of data for the K-Means application.

Human needs are the reason technology is developing rapidly. One of the benefits of technological development is making information very easy to obtain. Everyone can get various kinds of information, such as searching for a list of houses, rented houses to boarding houses. Many people get that information easily, but not a few people have difficulty getting the same information. One example that often occurs is overseas students who find it difficult to get boarding information. Indraprasta University students complain that it is difficult to get information on boarding houses that are close to campus. From this problem, it prompted the author to create an Android-based Boarding House Search Application. In making this application the author uses Android Studio as a code editor, and exchanges data on the web service using JSON. Searching for boarding houses in this application uses two ways, first a boarding search based on a list and second a boarding house search based on the user's closest location. The menu on the main page makes this application easy to use by anyone.

In overcoming these problems, it is necessary to do a database analysis to determine the accuracy level of the database classification owned by the company. For this reason, in this study a classification process will be carried out with the Bank Direct Marketing dataset taken from the UCI Machine Learning Repository web, using the Naïve Bayes algorithm, K-Nearest Neighbor, Support Vector Machine with Optimize Selection (Evolutionary) optimization, the calculation process using a data mining application. namely Rapidminer 5.3, to find the highest accuracy value from the calculation algorithm. Test method with 10-fold cross validation. In this study, the classification results with the highest level of accuracy were obtained using Optimize Selection (Evolutionary) optimization, namely the Naïve Bayes algorithm 90.18%, then K-Nearest Neighbor 86.66%, and Support Vector Machine 89.40%.

Alternative medicine has long been known among the public as a treatment that can cure a variety of diseases. Types of alternative medicine are many types of one that we know in the form of acupuncture treatment. Reading is a basic skill that children must have, because reading all knowledge will quickly enter and be understood by humans. To improve children's reading skills, it is necessary to have learning methods and media that are in accordance with the needs and development of children. Technological developments have made cellphones that were previously only used for calling and sending messages now become smartphones that have more features such as being able to do office work, video calls, games and much more. One of the most widely used smartphones and the most widely used by Indonesians is the Android-based smartphone. The ABACA application is an android-based reading learning application or knowing the alphabet. The application has been tested using the black box method with the results that all menu or application content is functioning properly. The hope of developing this application is that it can attract children's interest, especially preschool or kindergarten children, to get to know the alphabet with the application display in the form of an interesting animated image. The ABACA app is equipped with a game menu to train your child to connect words and spell letters of the alphabet. The test results with the black box method on the ABACA application show that the menu is appropriate and functions properly as expected in the design document.
