Pemilihan Warga Penerima Bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

PKH (Hope Family Program) is a government assistance program to help people experiencing poverty problems this program is an aid from the ministry of social affairs in order to reduce social inequality among poor groups. so it is hoped that in the long run it can break the relationship of poverty between generations. so that the next generation can come out of the abyss of poverty due to the increasing quality of human resources produced. The aspects used are health aspects, educational aspects and aspects of social welfare.  The selection of citizens who are not objective recipients of the PKH Program makes it a problem. Many protested against the village's devices in determining which residents were entitled to assistance and sometimes acts of vandalism. so that in this study want to help village devices in selecting citizens who are entitled to receive assistance using the system. The methods used are Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is used to test the feasibility of the application. A sample of 10 residents who were recommended to receive PKH assistance obtained the results that Mr. Anwar who ranked first for assistance with a score of 80.5 And for the testing UAT earned an average value of 87%.

Analisis Optimasi Algoritma Klasifikasi Support Vector Machine, Decision Trees, dan Neural Network Menggunakan Adaboost dan Bagging 分析优化算法、支持向量机、决策树、单神经网络、孟古那肯、Adaboost单套袋

The accuracy value of a classification algorithm shows whether the algorithm is good or not in classifying data which can affect the results of the classification method in data mining processing. In this study, the author will analyze the effect of optimization using the adaboost and bagging methods on the results of the classification algorithm accuracy value on support vector machines, decision trees, and neural networks. This study uses a software in data mining processing that is using the Weka application version 3.8.1. The test method used was a percentage split of 70%. In this study, the results show that adaboost optimization can increase the accuracy value of the support vector machine algorithm from 88.93% to 89.10%, decision trees from 90.24% to 90.36%, and neural network from 88.53% to 88.61%, while bagging optimization can only increase Algortima decision trees become 90.55%, and the neural network becomes 90.38%, because the accuracy value of the support vector machine algorithm is the same as the accuracy value of bagging, which is 88.93%.

Media Informasi Website pada Wisata Kuliner Panganan Khas Mandar 曼达尔美食之旅的网站信息

Limited information on typical Mandar culinary in Majene Regency, such as types of food, location of food, operating hours, and transportation are references to provide complete information to tourists. Information about typical Mandar food requires the role of technology in it, considering that it plays a very important role in helping tourists or local people to find information about Mandar specialties, it is requires a media capable of providing information about the address of the place to eat, the type of food served, the hours of operation, and transportation used. The purpose of this research is to design website information media on Mandar culinery touris in Majene regency that can help tourist or local communities.   Based on a series of research it can be conclude that the website information media on typical Mandar culinary tours in Majene Regency can make it easy for tourist or local people to get information about  the Mandar culinary tours and decide which restaurant wiil they choice.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Akademi: Modul Sistem Absensi Berbasis Mobile dan Web pada Universitas Universal 设计学院信息系统:环球大学的缺席系统和网络模块

The academic information system that focuses on the attendance module is a continuation of the manual attendance that imposes the use of attendance papers that are paraphrased by students. Attendance modules at Universal University can be designed utilizing Internet technology and network, where students only use smartphones to scan Quick-Response Code (QR Code) and web-based applications for lecturers to verify attendance. The attendance module is designed using real-time data processing. The software process Model used is the waterfall model and assisted with analysis using Unified Modelling Language (UML). The design of the application uses the PHP programming language for Web applications and Java for mobile applications, as well as databases using MySQL. The result of the design of the build attendance module in the form of a mobile application for use by students who can scan QR Code as attendance, and a Web application to be used by the lecturer as an attendance verification that has scanned QR Code and students who are not present. Attendance is more effective online when compared to manual attendance.

Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19): Reviews, Applications, and Current Status 冠状病毒病(COVID-19):综述、应用和现状

Presently, the COVID‐19 has directly affected the lives of millions of people. COVID-19 disease symptoms are involving fever, malaise, chest infection, and breathing difficulties, were recognized. The existence of these symptoms is continuously becoming recognized. World Health Organization (WHO) had mentioned the wide diagnostics test besides COVID-19 that would also assist medical facilities to recognize infectious diseases as well as currently focusing efficiently on preventing and afterward defeating these kinds of viral diseases. Infections are usually transmitted among human beings in direct contact, greatest through the liquid bubbles generated through speaking coughing or sneezing. Throughout this paper, the authors review the COVID 19 pandemic, its history, current updates, contact tracing applications, and use of emerging technologies like the Internet of Things (IoT) and Blockchain for stopping the spreading. These emerging technologies provide services online to the patient from a long distance in real-time.

In the assessment for the determination of the best employee is still done manually, and the lack of determination for the best employee. This study aims to build a decision support system for determining the best employees in accordance with what is expected by the company. The method used in this study is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) with the provisions of predetermined criteria, namely, order, discipline, absenteeism, cooperation, creativity. This system was developed with the PHP programming language and also uses MySQL. From the results obtained manually accuracy with a percentage of 60%, While the results obtained from the accuracy of using the system reached 73.33%, namely the output of the system is able to choose one of the best employees. So, it can be concluded that this research can be used as a tool to determine the best employees so that the level of employee productivity can be better and can be beneficial for the company.

Scholarships are a work program in every school or madrasa. The scholarship program is held to ease the burden on students in pursuing their studies especially in financial costs. Scholarships are given to students in a selective manner in accordance with the type of scholarships held. Distribution of scholarships is carried out by several institutions to help someone who is less capable or achievers during his studies. Based on this to help determine in determining a student to get a scholarship, then a decision support system is needed. The model used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting, this method is often also known as the weighted sum method, the basic concept of this method is to find the weighted sum of the ranking of performance on each alternative on all attributes. This method was chosen because it is able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the intended alternative is the one who is entitled to receive a scholarship based on specified criteria.

The model used in this decision support system is simple additive weighting, this method is often also known as the weighted sum method, the basic concept of this method is to find the weighted sum of the ranking of performance on each alternative on all attributes. Pengujian Black Box pada Aplikasi Berita Online dengan Menggunakan Metode Boundary Value Analysis 使用边界值分析方法对在线新闻应用进行黑盒测试

Testing is one level that must be passed in order to produce results from a weighted system. If no testing is done on the system, the quality of the system cannot be known so that if an error occurs it can harm the system. By conducting experiments can find the location of defects in a system that can be known from the beginning that can be fixed immediately. Testing there are several types of system experiments, experiments used are black box testing using a limit value analysis method that is effective in trying the functions of a system. The technique determines the limits on the lower and upper values to produce the actual values. Based on the test results using the boundary value analysis technique that still has a disability that is the lack of data verification, then there must be an improvement in the validation function.
测试是加权系统产生结果必须通过的一个关卡。如果不对系统进行测试,就无法知道系统的质量,一旦出现错误,就会对系统造成损害。通过进行实验可以发现系统中的缺陷位置,从一开始就可以知道缺陷的位置,从而可以立即进行修复。测试有几种类型的系统实验,使用的实验有黑盒测试,使用极限值分析方法,该方法能有效尝试系统的功能。该技术确定了产生实际值的下限值和上限值。根据使用边界值分析技术得出的测试结果,该技术仍然存在缺陷,即缺乏数据验证,因此必须改进验证功能。

Testing on an application aims to check whether a program has run properly or there are still errors that must be corrected so that the program created will be a program that has good quality. In this study the software that will be reviewed using Black Box Testing is a PlayStation Loan Information Application System where this application aims to facilitate the admin (PlayStation rental) in data collection on the number of borrowers, as well as the return date of PlayStation borrowed by members, where there are 2 forms to be filled in. Member added data form, game added form during the loan. lending data information applications will be tested using Black Box Testing where this test only aims to see the program whether in accordance with the expected function or not without knowing the program code used. Black Box Testing Method consists of several techniques, including Equivalence Partitions, Boundary Value Analysis, Sample Testing, and so on. Among the many testing techniques, in this study the testing technique was chosen using Boundary Value Analysis. Boundary Value Analysis Techniques, are software testing techniques in which tests are designed to include representatives of boundary values in a range.

Pengujian Black Box pada Aplikasi Sistem Informasi Akademik Menggunakan Teknik Equivalence Partitioning

The purpose of this study is to assist MTS Al-Hidayah in school academic management which is focused on school info, lesson schedules, school activities, facilitating data search, and producing accurate reports. In the academic information system at the school there are still many shortcomings when validating the data to be entered, so that it can cause the data stored in the database to be incompatible with the expected data. So it is proposed testing using the Black Box method based on Equivalence Partitioning as a whole regarding the use, benefits, and results obtained from the useof the software. Equivalence Partitioning Technique that discusses testing in the aspect of validation enter seen from a valid class. The results of this study can be concluded that the results of testing the accuracy of the school information system software at MTS Al-Hidayah will provide the best solution for the school for the future.The purpose of this study is to assist MTS Al-Hidayah in school academic management which is focused on school info, lesson schedules, school activities, facilitating data search, and producing accurate reports.
