Qualified lecturers can be one of the recommendations for lecturers to become permanent lecturers. The requirement to become a lecturer is to be able to teach, educate, and broaden the horizons of the students he teaches. One way to get qualified lecturers is to evaluate the performance of lecturers at the end of each semester, to find out whether the lecturer has a good performance or not. The use of the K-means clustering method as a system aide in determining lecturer recommendations will greatly assist the university in appointing lecturers as permanent lecturers. The way to work on the K-means clustering method is to find the centroid value in the value of each lecturer and in the process of getting a permanent lecturer candidate. In the results of the calculation of the K-means clustering method for 70 lecturers' assessment data in the system, which included a decent category there were 39 data. In this case, the success rate of the K-means clustering method was obtained at 55.71% success rate.

The value obtained by Fadilah Vocational School students about motorcycle injection systems is still below the value of mastery learning. Many factors cause students to get low scores in the competence to understand the gasoline fuel system, especially the Honda motorcycle injection system. One of the factors that makes it difficult for students to understand injection material is the unavailability of Honda PGM-FI system props. The limited number of teaching aids is a shortage of private schools in general due to the limited costs of procuring teaching aids for the PGM-FI system. Less interesting learning model is also a factor in the low value of students in certain subjects. Augmented Reality is a developing technology in the world, combining two-dimensional or three-dimensional virtual objects into a real three-dimensional environment and then projecting these virtual objects in real time. Three dimensions commonly abbreviated as 3D, or space, are forms of objects that have length, width, and height. This term is usually used in the fields of art, animation, computers and mathematics. The application of Augmented Reality is not like virtual reality that completely replaces reality, but only adds or completes reality by using libraryVuforia, the image in the form of three dimensions will appear on the screen of the Android smartphone assisted by the rear camera. The application of Augmented Reality in learning is more interesting because this technology provides real visualization. So that learning in the field of education is more interesting and uses the latest technology so that students are more interested in learning.

Free internet access provided at a cafe is expected to increase the interest of cafe visitors. Cafe Roose provides free internet access to consumers, it is expected that with free internet access, the number of visitors to the cafe will increase. Free internet access is spread through WIFI devices that use a 2.4 Ghz frequency. This wifi is used because almost all communication devices are used such as Smart Phones and laptops using WIFI. The problem that arises is that internet access on public networks requires high protection so as not to be misused, the increasing number of users causes the internet access to be unstable. Officers also cannot control the use of internet access. From these problems, the governance of free internet access was made on roose cafe using mikrotik rb 750.

Mobile phone and its applications is growing rapidly after this millennium era. It seems not difficult to imagine that in the future we will bring a device other than as a technology in which the mobile communication device, is also capable of playing music and video DVDs, watch TV, play games, digital cameras, read books, guide maps, banking transaction, browsing , and so forth. One application of technology that is a trend today is the development of mobile application for Android devices. An open platform is provided by android so the application can made by developers. Mobile application that made in this Final Project is the application of the Test of English as a Foreign Language. TOEFL recommendation has been through in almost every educational institution, so there is some application that utilized TOEFL as a training tool that can improve their TOEFL score. Along with technological development in the modern era who want a service that is not limited by place and time, practice TOEFL can be made on mobile devices more flexible and efficient. Therefore constructed a TOEFL application using the Android operating system. The results of tests performed showed that these applications can run all the functions and features are as expected. Then the application is very helpful for the user in preparing their Toefl test.

SMS (Short Message Service) is used because it is cheap, easily accessible and a popular method to sent information by a text message using a mobile phone. However, the original SMS application on android phones are have no security features. A message sent is still in plain text form so easily be intercepted without unknown by the sender or the recipient. Therefore, proposed encryption algorithm RSA (Rivest Shamir Adleman) and Caesar Cipher to secure a text message sent. The results showed that the application can prevents the contents of SMS to intercepted or viewed by unauthorized people because the message that is sent is not in plain text, but the message has been encrypted (cipher text).

In this study, the objectives to be achieved are teaching material products in the form of information technology-based statistical modules (Information and communication technology). This study uses the development of the ADDIE model in the preparation of the module. The ADDIE model consists of analysis (analysis), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation) and the last is evaluation (evaluation). In the ADDIE model, the module developed contains valid, practical and effective criteria. Validity criteria refer to the validity of experts and practitioners. For the practicality of modules developed, based on the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. While for module effectiveness, it can be seen from the value of student achievement. The results of this study indicate that the modules developed meet valid criteria which fall into the very good category. For the module practicality criteria, the research shows that the module falls into a very good category based on the observations of the implementation of lecturers' learning and assessment. Based on student responses, the developed statistical modules fall into the good category. As for the effectiveness category, based on student achievement, the module can be classified as effective.
在本研究中,要实现的目标是以信息技术为基础的统计模块(information and communication technology)形式的教材产品。本研究在模块的编写中采用了ADDIE模型的开发。ADDIE模型由分析(analysis)、设计(design)、开发(development)、实施(implementation)和评价(evaluation)四个阶段组成。在ADDIE模型中,所开发的模块包含有效、实用和有效的标准。效度标准是指专家和从业人员的效度。为了实用性模块的开发,本仪器以问卷调查的形式进行。而对于模块的有效性,可以从学生成绩的价值上看出来。研究结果表明,所开发的模块符合有效标准,属于很好的类别。对于模块的实用性标准,研究表明,基于对讲师学习和评估的实施情况的观察,该模块属于非常好的类别。根据学生的反应,开发的统计模块属于不错的类别。在有效性类别方面,根据学生的成绩,该模块可以被归类为有效。

Teaching materials are the most important part of learning activities. The presence of instructional materials makes it easy for lecturers and students to give lectures and exercises in lectures especially for calculus courses. Calculus is a branch of mathematics which contains derivatives, integrals, limits, and infinite series. Calculus plays an important role in the fields of science, engineering, and economics. But some students are many who don't like the subject. Because the pattern of giving material from lecturers is less effective so students cannot develop calculus in their daily lives, especially in the field of technology. The purpose of this paper is to develop instructional material media that were previously traditional in the form of paper media and developed into an android based so that students can learn anywhere and anytime by assisting from smartphone phones. So, students can have interest and can develop theories that are in calculus in everyday life, especially in the field of technology

Knowledge Management(KM) didalamnya meliputi penciptaan knowledge, penyimpanan knowledge, pemindahan knowledge dan pengaplikasian knowledge tersebut dalam organisasi untuk menciptakan efektifitas dan efisiensi kerja dengan cara membawa knowledge yang telah ada sebelumnya sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan dan acuan kerja. PT. Trans Retail Indonesia adalah salah satu perusahaan retail yang belum menerapkan Knowledge Management System (KMS). Persaingan antara peretail sangat lazim dilakukan demi memenangkan persaingan bisnis untuk memperoleh keuntungan yang besar. Keberhasilan tersebut sangat tergantung kepada sumber daya manusia sebagai pelaku bisnis yang menjalankan roda perusahaan dengan ilmu pengetahuan yang dimiliki. Meng-hijack karyawan dari kompetitor merupakan salah satu cara tercepat untuk mendapatkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan siap pakai. Tingkat Turnover karyawan yang sangat tinggi maka sangat diperlukan knowledge management perusahaan untuk menghindari hilangnya pengetahuan perusahaan. Dibutuhkan transfer knowledge antara karyawan untuk proses pekerjaan berkelanjutan. Implementasi KMS berbasis website diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dari kebutuhan untuk berbagi pengetahuan yang tidak dihalangi oleh batasan waktu dan lokasi geografis. Implementasi aplikasi website dengan menggunakan model spiral diharapkan bisa mempercepat proses pembuatan karena didalamnya terdapat tahapan pembuatan prototipe aplikasi yang bisa divalidasi oleh user secara langsung dan memberikan feedback untuk perbaikan. Aplikasi KMS ini menghasilkan Forum Discussion Group, Manual Guide, Tutorial, Tips & Trick, Article, e-SOP, Archive Project, Search Knowledge. Diharapkan bisa sebagai media/sarana untuk penciptaan pengetahuan, berbagi pengetahuan serta transfer pengetahuan sehingga pengetahuan atau tingkat keahlian karyawan akan meningkat.

Dibutuhkan transfer knowledge antara karyawan untuk proses pekerjaan berkelanjutan. Implementasi KMS berbasis website diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dari kebutuhan untuk berbagi pengetahuan yang tidak dihalangi oleh batasan waktu dan lokasi geografis. Implementasi aplikasi website dengan menggunakan model spiral diharapkan bisa mempercepat proses pembuatan karena didalamnya terdapat tahapan pembuatan prototipe aplikasi yang bisa divalidasi oleh user secara langsung dan memberikan feedback untuk perbaikan. Aplikasi KMS ini menghasilkan Forum Discussion Group, Manual Guide, Tutorial, Tips & Trick, Article, e-SOP, Archive Project, Search Knowledge. Pada proses penyaluran beasiswa anak asuh di LAZ Sejahtera Ummat sering terjadi ketidak sesuaian dengan kriterianya. Kriterianya meliputi penghasilan orang tua, jumlah tanggungan orang tua, rata-rata nilai, prestasi non akademik dan status anak. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem penunjang keputusan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan pemilihan anak asuh dengan metode Technique For Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). TOPSIS merupakan suatu bentuk metode pendukung keputusan yang didasarkan pada konsep bahwa alternatif yang terbaik tidak hanya memiliki jarak terpendek dari solusi ideal positif tetapi juga memiliki jarak terpanjang dari solusi ideal negatif. Konsep ini banyak digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah keputusan secara praktis. Konsepnya sederhana dan mudah dipahami, komputasinya efisien dan memiliki kemampuan untuk mengukur kinerja relatif dari alternatif-alternatif keputusan dalam bentuk matematis yang sederhana. Sistem yang dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data mysql.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah pembelian obat di garuda sentra medika dengan sistem inferensi fuzzy metode sugeno berdasarkan data persediaan dan data penjualan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yaitu persediaan, penjualan dan pembelian dengan memiliki dua input yaitu persediaan dan penjualan dan satu output yaitu pembelian. Hasil dari penerapan fuzzy metode sugeno ini dapat membantu pihak perusahaan untuk menentukan jumlah pembelian obat dengan tingkat keberhasilan 88,88 %.
