The Covid-19 epidemic has negatively impacted many industries around the world; the fashion industry is no exception. However, the business activities of the high-end fashion field have found virtual solutions to maintain operations by new technology platforms, which help improve the customer’s access to the fashion brand. This paper identifies digital fashion as the most optimal solution not only in the present time but also further in the future of the fashion industry, by collecting the methods, software and tools that many fashion brands have used since 2020 and predicting that the technology industry will explode in the following years. Through analyzing and synthesizing the effectiveness of the software applications that fashion designers have used, the study presents design trends that use technology as a platform to reality clothes on computer screens, clothes that look real without the use of sewing machines and fabrics. These results provide an overview of how top brands communicate, operate and control the fashion industry in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic. On the other side, it helps expand design knowledge and thinking for countries with a growing fashion industry. In general, digital fashion is a fast, convenient, useful and effective transformation and connection between many fashion departments, design and business in the era of industry 4.0.

Concrete-Filled Steel Tube (CFST) columns need to be reliably analyzed and estimated under axial compression. This research contributes to solving the above problem by using an integrated Ansys Workbench application, Ansys DesignXplorer. This approach is convenient for academics and industry in the CFST column design because the proposed compressive strength formulas will be established in the parameters’ properties. Correlation analysis and design of experiment (DOE) algorithms help explore the present study and design, includes to optimize and six sigma analysis in the reliability assignment of CFST columns with CFST cross-section dimensions such as 150 mm external diameter, 2.0 to 4.3 mm steel tube thickness and 450 mm column length. The efficiency of this research concept allows selecting specified techniques to axial compression strength of CFST columns primarily in design standards, the use of simulations, and innovative tests using probability values.

As one of the most common methods for natural ventilation of building, solar chimney has been studied widely in the literature. Various forms of solar chimney have been proposed for enhancing its performance for a specific application, i.e ventilation and/or heating. In this work, we examined performance of an L-shaped comprising horizontal and vertical air channels connected serially by a numerical model based on the Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) method. Two different total lengths and gaps of the chimney were tested. The considered parameters included the flow rate, temperature rise, and thermal efficiency. The results show that as the horizontal portion is longer than the vertical one, the flow rate decreases while the temperature rise increases. The variation of the thermal efficiency depends on the ratio between the gap and the total length of the air channel. The findings can help to select suitable configurations of an L-shaped for a specific cooling or heating application.

The conflict between preserving and promoting the value of urban architectural heritage in Vietnam is an objective existence. The problem is how to handle harmoniously to both preserve and promote the best heritage values. Each urban heritage has many inherent challenges faced by itself. It is extreme if you sit still when urban structures are deteriorating and deteriorating day by day. Reconstruction and embellishment of items classified as national monuments or locally ranked require special treatment with the heritage: costly and qualifications. Aesthetic knowledge of architecture and fine arts, at the same time, prudence, sophistication, skill in each skill of art creation, material handling, to not destroy inherent heritage value.

The Ocimum basilicum var. thyrsiflora leaves which contains numerous bioactive compounds has been traditionally used as medicinal herbs. Aqueous methanol extract from basil have been found to have blood sugar lowering capacity and can be used to treat patients with diabetes. In this study, different conditions were investigated to extract total phenolic content (TPC) from Thai basil leaves. Response surface methodology using Box-Behnken design was employed to optimize and determine the effects of three independent variables of extraction process, namely sample powder/solvent ratio (1/40 – 1/200 g/mL), extraction time (10 - 60 min) and temperature (45 - 65°C) on the total phenolic content. The results indicated that the selected extraction variables have significant effects on the total phenolic content. The optimal extraction condition was determined as following: sample powder/solvent ratio of 1/139 g/mL, time of 39.4 min and temperature of 51.2°C. At this condition, the total phenolic and total flavonoid contents of the extract were 41.76 ± 0.21 mg GAE/g dry weight and 10.95 ± 0.3 mg RE/g dry weight, respectively. Its antioxidant capacity as 2,2-diphenyl- picrylhyrazyl (DPPH) scavenging capacity was 39.06 ± 1.1%, while its inhibitory capacities against alpha-amylase and amyloglucosidase were 47.80±0.93% and 24.86 ± 1.21%, respectively. As the result, the extract of Thai basil leaves exhibited fairly high antioxidant capacity and enzymatic inhibition capacities as compared to other medicinal plants. Thus, the extract of Thai basil leaves may be used as a source of bioactive compounds for health benefits.

Solid particles impair the performance of the photovoltaic (PV) modules. The results in power losses that lower the system’s efficiency also decrease the life expectancy of the panel. An Internet of Things (IoT) based system was made to monitor, detect dust accumulation, and a cleaning system that would automatically wipe the dust on the surface of the PV solar panels. Using a specific dust sensor, it detects and monitor the amount of dust in the panel. As the dust accumulated reaches its limit, the cleaning system triggers automatically. The ambient temperature was monitored using the temperature and humidity sensor. The data will be received via internet using the Blynk app. The system will address the panel’s dust accumulation problem as it was considered one of the biggest problems globally regarding solar energy reproduction.

Biomedical products play an important role in maintaining human life, some parts are aesthetic role. The nasal prosthesis is used for aesthetic restoration for patients with damaged nose due to unwanted accidents. This paper presents the design and fabrication biomedical product used in transplant. Initially, the authors applied rapid prototyping technology Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM) in the fabrication of nasal prosthesis by material PLA (Poly Lactic - acid), silicon. Rapid-form, Solid-work software are used to build the shape of the nose, then use the 3D printers machine to make prototyping. Next, use the template to create plaster molds, final using plaster molds to cast nasal prosthesis by biomedical silicon.

This paper studies the crashworthiness optimization of the multi-cell hexagonal tube under oblique impact. The linear weighted average method (LWAM) performs the optimization design of min PCF and max SEA. A detailed analysis discloses the influence of the tube parameter on crashworthy design. The wall thickness and diameter has an important influence on the crashworthiness performance of these tubes. The collapsing distances and energy absorption of these tubes are approximate if the diameter rises and the wall thickness is constant. This paper proposes a new method for fashioning the tube crashworthiness.

Mother worship is one of the characteristics of the spiritual life of Asian residents in general and Vietnam in particular. Like other faiths, the Mother’s worship custom brings many values in people’s cultural and artistic life. Over time, the remaining ancient traces are few, many temples of the Mother Temple have been destroyed by time, by war and by human influence. Currently, these works have not been researched and systematized as for communal houses and pagodas. Therefore, in this study, it is mentioned about the general characteristics and style of the interior decoration art of the Mothers’ temples in the North for the purpose of systematic characteristics, art, and layout. church interior space. By describing and describing the various types of altar decorations, the system of worshiping statues, the paintings, to the decorative system of trusses, countermeasures, diaphragm, horses (antlers, layered hats, horses ,…) The attire, color, ceremony and especially the sense of a virtual space gives practitioners and participants of copper prices in that space.
