Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh data terkait dengan hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas pelayanan publik, serta hubungan kecerdasan interpersonal dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang, dengan menggunakan metode survei model korelasional. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang yang menyebar di 10 kelurahan. Dalam pengambilan sampel, peneliti menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat error 0,05% sehingga diperoleh sampel 99,81 yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 responden yang dipilih secara proporsionale random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang dikalibrasi validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kecerdasan interpersonal dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang, (2) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan budaya organisasi dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang. (3) Terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan kecerdasan interpersonal dan budaya organisasi secara bersama-sama dengan kualitas pelayanan publik di Lingkungan Kantor Kecamatan Cipondoh Kota Tangerang. The use of digital information and communication technology in the world of education and learning will make it easier for users to provide services and search for information, but can also be used for educational promotional activities that are of appropriate value to users Besides being able to be used as educational developments and strategies and innovations in educational activities, it can also be used as a development of learning management learning materials in the field of economics in tertiary institutions. This study aims to determine and explain the effect of employee work ability and quality of service to public satisfaction in receiving public service at Karawaci District Tangerang City. For his research is the capability of the variable (X1), quality of service (X2) and community satisfaction (Y). The research method used is a quantitative method with an associative type that explains the relationship between independent variables with the dependent variable. The survey was conducted on 100 communities receiving services in Kecamatan Karawaci Tangerang City from the total community as many as 132,617 people over the age of 18 years and literature study as a supporter of empirical study. Hypothesis testing is done through data processing using SPSS for Windows program package version 20.00 year 2013 with static correlation analysis method, determination coefficient and linear regression. The validity of the instrument is done through validity, realibility, normality and linearity of data. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that the ability of employee's ability to influence the satisfaction of the community in Kecamatan Karawaci amounted to 32.95%. The ability of service quality in influencing community satisfaction in Kecamatan Karawaci amounted to 44.22%. The ability of employee job satisfaction and service quality in influencing the community satisfaction in Kecamatan Karawaci amounted to 52.00%. Suggestion from this research is Head of Karawaci must pay more attention to the dimensions in research variables so that public satisfaction in receiving public service in Kecamatan Karawaci can be improved. In addition, the evaluation of community satisfaction with the acceptance of the public service should be performed regularly with the parameters that are tailored to the Regulation of the Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform No. 16 Year 2014 on Guidelines for Public Satisfaction Survey Of Public Service Operator.

Aparat Sipil Negara (ASN) dituntut untuk mewujudkan tata pemerintahan yang baik (good governance) atau bermutu, khususnya dalam pelayanan publik. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut salah satu unsur penting yang harus dimiliki setiap pegawai adalah kemampuan komunikasi etis. Hal ini, karena nilai baik buruknya pelayanan publik sering kali diukur dari cara komunikasi petugas dalam memberi pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Atas dasar itu, maka komunikasi etis pegawai menjadi faktor determinan dalam mewujudkan kualitas pelayanan publik menuju good governance. Implikasi dari tulisan ini diharapkan dapat menginspirasi dan memotivasi ASN untuk meningkatkan kualitas komunikasinya sehingga dapat mewujudkan pelayanan prima terhadap masyarakat.

This study was conducted to investigate the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction to turnover intention felt by the operator employees’ one of Garment Company in Tangerang Selatan. Data were collected through survey and bibliography study. The 150 questionnaires have send to respondents and 147 were returned yielding response rate 98%. From the correlation and regression analysis, the study found that the correlation and the impact of turnover intention has supported. From four hypotheses that have tested in this study, all hypotheses were supported. The result showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction were negatively and significantly related to turnover intention and having negative influence on it.

This research was conducted to determine the relationship between the quality of the Principal's leadership and organizational culture with the performance of SMAN 28 Tangerang District employees. The study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive correlational survey method, using correlation theory which is about product moment. Research data collection techniques from respondents carried out through questionnaires or questionnaires. The sample population was 103 employees in each section of SMAN 28 Tangerang, with simple random sampling technique. The magnitude of the effect of leadership quality and organizational culture together on employee performance by 87.2% This shows the higher the quality of leadership and organizational culture, the better the performance of employees, and vice versa the lower the quality of leadership and organizational culture will have an impact for employee performance.

Kata publik sebagai suatu istilah yang berseberangan atau berlawanan dengan konsep – istilah individu atau privat atau perseorangan. Sehingga dari kata publik bisa terkait dengan berbagai konsep kata lain dalam bidang kehidupan sosial, Administrasi Publik mengandung makna bahwa fenomena administrasi yang menjelaskan terhadap kehidupan bersama atau masyarakat, Ketika konsep kebijakan berubah menjadi konsep frasa Kebijakan Publik, maka maknanya adalah Pihak yang berwenang dalam membuat keputusan tersebut adalah “ Penyelenggara Negara “. Sejalan dengan topik tulisan tentang Administrasi Publik dan Kebijakan Publik, maka alasan utama yang melatar belakangi tulisan ini adalah diperolehnya pemahaman yang komprehensif tentang konkritisasi suatu negara, sudah barang tentu dengan fokus negara kita Indonesia, melalui mekanisme kerja dan hasil kerja para Penyelenggara negara dalam memecahkan masalah dan mewujudkan tujuan masyarakatnya melalui pembuatan berbagai kebijakan yang tepat waktu, tepat sasaran dan dapat dipertanggung jawabkan secara agamis, etis, politis dan yuridis. The purpose of this study is to examine how the mutual influence between Switching Costs is represented by five variables (benefit lost costs, uncertainty costs, evaluation costs, learning costs and Sunk costs) with Inertia and Calculative Commitment. The objective of this research was to analyze whether there is an impact between the Switching Cost on Inertia and Calculative Commitment which were significantly. This paper presents and develops a model that will articulate and classify the behavior of consumers in the purchase of financial products and services. The theoretical insights generated by this model are then used to examine research data obtained from questionnaires with centralized variables and focus on consumer attitudes towards financial service providers and their financial products. The importance of trust is not explicitly recognized but the relationship between trust and risk largely determines the behavior of a customer Aldas-Manzano et al. (2009). The design of this research applied multiple regression, hypothesis testing of validity (T-test and correlation) and hypothesis testing of reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha). Data analysis used in this research was primary data in which the population of this study is CIMB Niaga ITC Fatmawati branch office in South Jakarta. This research was carried out by distributing 200 questionnaires with samples customers who are over three years as a customer and maintain balance actively. The result of this research concluded that there are variables of switching cost that affect are inertia and calculative commitment that is an important driver of behavioral customer. Product innovation competition among actors of financial services to attract new customers must calculate the commitment and customer resistance in the costs and risks that will be generated

This research is evaluating the Strategic Plan work program at Senior High School. Observational methods use CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) models by Stufflebeam & Shinkfield. This program is one type of object of evaluation research (Evaluation Research). The fundamental orientation in all evaluation research is benefits. The strategic plan for implementing the Senior High School program needs to mark improvements related to the MIA and IIS Study Programs. Suggested observations of implementers Strategic Plan followed up on many findings, especially those concerning the program, and make improvements to the program so that the Strategic Plan program process activities become more effective.Keywords: Strategic Plan, Work Program Evaluation.

Penulisan “Penyelesaian Kredit Macet Dalam Penyelesaian Kredit Dengan Jaminan Hak Tanggungan Atas Tanah” ini merupakan suatu masalahan yang sering timbul dalam perjanjian kredit antara lain masalah ingkar janji yang berupa keterlambatan pembayaran kredit sebagaimana yang diperjanjikan antara para pihak terkait. Permasalahan yang dikaji dan dibahas dalam penulisan ini adalah bagaimanakah eksekusi dalam penyelesaian kredit macet dalam perjanjian kredit dengan jaminan hak tanggungan atas tanah melalui penjualan bawah tangan dan bagaimana perlindungan bagi kreditor dan debitor dalam hal penjualan asset hak tanggungan atas tanah yang dijadikan jaminan dalam perjanjian kredit. Penulisan ini menunjukkan fungsi jaminan secara yuridis materiil adalah pelunasan hutang atau pengembalian kredit, sehingga apabila terjadi sesuatu yang tidak diinginkan dan terjadi kemacetan dalam pengembalian kredit di kemudian hari, maka secara hukum seharusnya jaminan akan dapat berperan untuk melunasi hutang debitor melalui eksekusi benda jaminan atau pembayaran pihak ketiga. Dalam penyelesaiannya, bahwa pihak kreditor telah melakukan prosedur eksekusi obyek hak tanggungan secara benar dan ideal dengan juga memperhatikan kemampuan debitor dengan memberikan kesempatan dalam restrukturisasi perjanjian dan opsi-opsi lainnya seperti buy bach option dan jaminan yang paling baik adalah tanah, sebagai perlindungan bagi kreditor dalam penjualan yang dibebani hak tanggungan, adapun upaya yang dapat dilakukan oleh kreditor adalah dengan melakukan upaya hukum biasa dengan melakukan penuntutan ganti rugi yang diikuti pula dengan pembatalan penjualan obyek hak tanggungan.
