Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1) Apakah Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten? 2) Apakah Pengembangan Karir Pegawai berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten?; 3) Apakah Kompetensi dan Pengembangan Karir Pegawai secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten? Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey,dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif. metode kuantitatif, ditinjau dari tingkat ekplanasi penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif dengan bentuk hubungan kausal. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Seluruh Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten yang terdiri dari kepala BKD, Wakil Kepala BKD, Kepala Subbag, dan staf-stafnya baik PNS maupun honorer yang berjumlah 94 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu teknik penentuan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Kriteria dalam menentukan sampel adalah: “Seluruh Pegawai Badan Kepegawaian Daerah (BKD) Provinsi Banten yang berstatus Pegawai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS)”. yang berjumlah 65 orang pegawai, sehingga sampel dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 65 orang pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Kompetensi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BKD Provinsi Banten. 2) Pengembangan karir pegawai berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BKD Provinsi Banten, 3) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi dan pengembangan karir pegawai secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada BKD Provinsi Banten. This study reconstructs the government- pulled triple helix for supporting national aircraft industry in the Global Value Chain (gvc) with tipology hierarchy. By employing Soft Systems Methodology (SSM), this research revealed that Triple Helix Model for development aircraft industry directed to design Macro Policy, revitalize test laboratories, strengthen aircraft financing policy, building supporting Industries and empower aerospace human resources. The government-pulled triple helix model has overlapping the role played by Academia (A), Busines (B), and Government (G) in the development of the aircraft industry. In fact, according to Etkowitz, H. (2008) that overlapping of role only occurs in university pushed triple helix model. In addition, the configuration of actor G in the triple helix needed for development national aircraft industry is not generic but based on specific context. In aircraft development, especially for strengthening the aerospace industry cluster, the role of association is also important. In the GVC of Aircraft Industry with typology of hierarchy, PT DI is required to be able to build networks with industry partners, domestic and foreign research institutions and aircraft component industry associations. The Government will obtain lesson learnt on how the strategy for supporting the national aircrafts development such as program of N 219, N 245 or R 80 which developed at present.

Dalam rangka meningkatkan loyalitas dari para nasabahnya, PT BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Cabang Garut terus berusaha untuk melakukan berbagai cara dalam memuaskan nasabahnya. Kepuasan Nasabah dan Citra Perusahaan merupakan faktor yang mampu meningkatkan Loyalitas Nasabah. Dengan Kepuasan Nasabah dan Citra Perusahaan yang baik maka loyalias nasabah akan dapat meningkat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Nasabah dan Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada PT BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Cabang Garut. Untuk dapat membuktikan Pengaruh Kepuasan Nasabah dan Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada PT BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Cabang Garut, penulis melakukan pengumpulan data melalui pembuatan instrumen berupa kuesioner, dalam kuesioner diberikan pernyataan yang didalamnya berisikan indikator dari variabel X1 (Kepuasan Nasabah) dan Citra Perusahaan (X2) sebagai variabel bebas (Independen) dan variable Y (Loyalitas Pelanggan) sebagai variable terikat (Dependen). Selanjutnya kuesioner disebarkan kepada 99 orang responden yang merupakan pegawai PT BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Cabang Garut. Instrument yang dibuat melalui pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas dan hasilnya valid karena tiap item menghasil nilai r berkisar lebih dari 0,30 dan reliabel karena tiap intrumen menghasilkan nilai berkisar lebih dari 0,60 sehingga dapat digunakan untuk pengukuran dalam rangka pengumpulan data. Dalam menganalisis data, penulis digunakan teknik statistik korelasi rank spearman sebagai tekhnik korelasi dan uji determinasi sederhana dan Uji korelasi dan determinasi ganda, Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan korelasi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengaruh Kepuasan Nasabah terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada PT BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Cabang Garut adalah sebesar 0,720 berarti menunjukan adanya hubungan yang searah (positif) dan kuat, dengan besarnya kontribusi 51,8%. Nilai pengujian Signifikansi (Uji T) didapat thitung 10,211 > ttabel 1,66 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha di diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif Kepuasan Nasabah terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan pada PT BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Cabang Garut. Pengaruh Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan pada PT BPR Arthaguna Mandiri Cabang Garut adalah sebesar 0,706 berarti menunjukan adanya hubungan yang searah (positif) dan kuat, dengan besarnya kontribusi 49,9%. Nilai pengujian Signifikansi (Uji T) didapat thitung 9,826 > ttabel 1,66 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha di diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh positif Citra Perusahaan terhadap Loyalitas pelanggan pada PT BPR. Salah satu indikator penting untuk mengetahui kinerja APBN/APBD adalah tingkat penyerapan anggaran dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perencanaan dan penatausahaan keuangan terhadap realisasi penyerapan anggaran pada Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kota Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket, obeservasi, dan studi dikumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan dan penatausahaan keuangan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap realisasi penyerapan anggaran pada Dinas Pendidikan Kota Tangerang, dengan nilai koefisien korelasi positif kategori kategori sedang (0,451), regresi linier berganda menunjukkan setiap kenaikan 1 satuan pada variabel perencanaan dan penatausahaan keuangan menyebabkan kenaikan terhadap realisasi penyerapan anggaran sebesar 25.530. Dari uji koefisien determinasi perencanaan dan penatausahaan keuangan memberikan kontribusi terhadap realisasi penyerapan anggaran sebesar 20.4%, dan sisanya sebesar 79.6% merupakan pengaruh oleh faktor lain.

This study aims to determine the effect of parental socioeconomic status and tutoring on students' learning achievement of economic subjects in class XI of the social studies program at SMA 10 Tangerang. The sample in this study were 54 students in SMA 10 Tangerang. This research is ex-post facto research. The variables of this study are economic learning achievement, socioeconomic status, and tutoring. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) socioeconomic status does not affect the learning achievement of Economics subjects which is indicated by a sig value of 0.184 more than 0.1. (2) learning guidance has an effect on economic learning achievement which is indicated by a sig value of 0.030 smaller than 0.1. (3) socioeconomic status and tutoring have a positive effect on economic learning achievement which is indicated by a sig value of 0.046 smaller than 0.1. R2 value of 0.113 means that 11.3% of the learning achievement of Economics subjects is explained by socioeconomic status and tutoring. While 88.7% is explained by other factors not examined in this study.

The sample in this study were 54 students in SMA 10 Tangerang. This research is ex-post facto research. The variables of this study are economic learning achievement, socioeconomic status, and tutoring. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. From the results of the study, the following conclusions are obtained: (1) socioeconomic status does not affect the learning achievement of Economics subjects which is indicated by a sig value of 0.184 more than 0.1. (2) learning guidance has an effect on economic learning achievement which is indicated by a sig value of 0.030 smaller than 0.1. (3) socioeconomic status and tutoring have a positive effect on economic learning achievement which is indicated by a sig value of 0.046 smaller than 0.1. R2 value of 0.113 means that 11.3% of the learning achievement of Economics subjects is explained by socioeconomic status and tutoring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara variabel tersebut baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian ini digolongkan dalam penelitian korelasional yang terdiri atas tiga variabel bebas kualitas guru (X1) dan profesionalisme (X2), komitmen (X3) dan satu variabel kinerja tenaga pendidik (Y). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang berstatus tenaga pendidik yang mengajar di SMAN 28 Kab. Tangerang, yang berjumlah 71 tenaga pengajar dan sampel diambil sebanyak 40 dengan menggunakan rumus dari Taro Yamane untuk pemilihan sampel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional, dimana data variabel kualitas guru, profesionalitas dan komitmen semuanya dikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuesioner menggunakan skala rating. Semua instrumen diujicobakan dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan (P<0,05) antara kualitas kerja guru, komitmen, dan profisionalisme dengan kinerja tenaga pendidikan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,394 + 0,384X1 + 0,337X2 + 0,148X3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa kinerja tenaga pendidik dapat ditingkatkan melalui kualitas, profesionalitas dan komitmen. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between these variables both separately and together. This research is classified in correlational research which consists of three independent variables teacher quality (X1), professionalism (X2), and commitment (X3) and one teacher performance variable (Y). The population of this research is all teachers who have the status of Educators who teach at SMAN 28 Kab. Tangerang, which amounted to 71 teaching staff and 40 samples were taken using the formula from Taro Yamane for sample selection. The method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach, where the variable quality data of teachers, professionalism and commitment are all collected by the questionnaire instrument using a rating scale. All instruments were tested with multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that: there was a very significant positive relationship (P <0.05) between the quality of teacher work, commitment, and professionalism with the performance of education personnel with a regression equation Y = 0.394 + 0.384X1 + 0.337X2 + 0.148X3. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded, that the performance of educators can be improved through quality, professionalism and commitment.

This study aims to find out the position and role of lecturers in carrying out the task of implementing the national education system and realizing the goals of national education. Lecturers are one of the determinants of the quality of education. The success of the implementation of higher education is largely determined by the readiness of the lecturer in preparing their students through teaching and learning activities or the learning process. The strategic position of lecturers to improve the quality of educational outcomes is strongly influenced by professional abilities in teaching and their level of welfare. To realize this; then the strategy of empowering lecturers is needed in order to realize professionalism that can be accounted for. The empowerment strategy implemented will be able to raise the dignity and level, improve the quality of learning, improve the quality of national education and provide quality services. Empowerment of lecturers is intended to create a work atmosphere or climate that leads to the development of potential, empowerment, and protection.
