Digitalization of Labor as a Key Factor in the Development of Logistic Activities in the Conditions of COVID-19 劳动力数字化是COVID-19条件下物流活动发展的关键因素

Efficiency, optimization, speed and timeliness have always played a decisive role in logistics and supply chain management. Covid-19 has triggered supply chain disruptions, increased logistics costs and decreased productivity. The purpose of the article is to show the role of new digital solutions and modern information technologies in the digitalization of labor activity in the field of logistics as a key factor in reducing and neutralizing negative trends. The objectives of the study are to identify tendencies and trends in the use of digital solutions (as one of the aspects of the fourth industrial revolution) to increase labor productivity and efficiency of logistics activities in the postpandemic period. The promising areas of application of digital technologies in logistics for increasing labor productivity, eliminating existing gaps in the management of logistics systems, as well as overcoming the consequences of the pandemic, have been identified. Ways to Improve Efficiency of Customs Payments Administration 提高海关付款管理效率的途径

—In conditions of geopolitical tension and instability of the world economy, the objective of national governments is implementing policies aimed for maintaining and increasing budget revenues. The purpose of this study is detecting possibilities to increase the Public Budget revenues by means of improving the efficiency of customs payments administration. On the basis of usage of the systemic-structural, comparative-analytical, formal-logical and hypothetical-deductive methods of scientific knowledge, the place and role of customs payments in the structure of the Public Budget revenues are determined, the main risks of deficiency of the Federal budget revenues administered by the Federal customs service of Russia are revealed, factors contributing to growth or minimising these risks are revealed in the article. On the basis of the analysis of different points of view of Russian and foreign scientists, the necessity of interagency cooperation between customs and tax authorities is proved, in result of which, in a long-term perspective, a multiplier effect, expressed in growth of budget revenues, strengthening the position of bona fide participants of export-import activities, growth in GDP and improvement of international trade conditions, will arise. The necessity of forming a supranational system of interagency electronic interaction for counteracting customs payments evasion is determined.

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of the development of technological parks. The key features of the development of technology parks in Kazakhstan is an actual element of the production and technological unit that forms the innovative structure of the state. The experience of the Autonomous Cluster Fund Park of Innovative Technologies Tech Garden proves the importance of creating and strengthening the infrastructure for the development of an innovative economy and the implementation of the state program “Digital Kazakhstan”. The Autonomous Cluster Fund “Tech Garden” actively applies all forms of support of the innovative activity: public private partnership; support for startups; information support; technological cooperation with national and multinational companies; corporate innovation program; venture capital funds, industry laboratories and competence centers; single platform for the exchange and storage of data between all participants in the process the state, business, citizens. The Autonomous Cluster Fund Tech Garden promotes to the process of creating a favorable environment for the development of innovative companies, including start-ups, through the consolidation of orders, intellectual resources, the best foreign technologies, incentive tools and attracting investment. : The subject of the paper is a methodology for determination of the risk-benefit ratio of an investment project. The purpose of this study is to provide investors with practical tools for assessing the numerical values of the risk-benefit ratio of an investment project based on the calculation of the volatility rate and the integrated indicator of the environment dynamics. The main result is a method of determining the risk-benefit ratio of the investment project on the basis of the volatility rate and the integrated indicator of the environment dynamics, which is advisable to use in determining the costs of investing in projects.
