The main focus of this study was the lowerness of creative thinking ability in PAI students. One strategy that can be implemented to improve PAI students’ creative thinking ability is Synectic Learning. In the learning process, the student’s face with an out of mind problems, give a chance to create a new way when look something, self expression, and approach the problems. The aim of this study was to dercribe the effect of synectic learning through the improving creative thingking ability in PAI students. This study used quasy-experimental design with the non equivalent control group. The students in experimental group have synectic learning while the students in control group have conventional learning. The population of this study was the S1 PAI students of IAI Tafaqquh Fiddin in second semester academic year 2020/2021. The sample taken in this study was done with use purposive sample technique. Among 5 grades, e grade was choosen as the reaserch sample they are grade E as experimental group and grade D as control group. This study used the creative thinking ability test and observation sheet instruments. The data from pretest and posttest result was analyzed quantitatively to find the mean difference of the gain of students’ creative thinking ability in experimental and control groups. According to the data analysis results obtain that the average of normalized-gain in experimental group with synectic learning was significantly better than that the average of normalized-gain control group with conventional learning.

To make teacher to be more professional workforce, it needs coaching in form of continuous and sustainable supervision. In additions, their professional performance is also need to be paid attention, respected, and acknowledged. In creating the educator’s competency, it needs academic supervision which is aimed to give service and assistance to develop a situation of teaching learning in a classroom. The essence of academic supervision is to coach the teacher to increase the quality of learning process. Therefore teacher is the core in learning which consists of lessons/materials, syllabus, choosing the strategy/method/technique of learning, the use of media and information technology in learning, assessing the process and the result of learning and class action research. Academic supervision in each school is inevitably needed to increase the quality of learning, result of students’ learning, and curriculum in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Tanah Jambo Aye.

This study describes the digital literacy of students BKPI FITK State Islamic University of North Sumatera Utara (UIN-SU) in Medan. Quantitative descriptive method was used in doing this study. There were 191 students BKPI FITK UIN-SU Medan in 2021 being samples for this study. The instrument of this study was questionnaire using a five-likert scales. Data obtaining process was conducted by utilizing google form which was shared to students. The results of study revealed that students’ digital literacy score is 70 which means average. The highest aspect of students’ digital literacy is safety aspect which shows score 20.68 and the lowest one is skill aspect namely 15.36. Based on sex type, female-students’ digital literacy is higher than male-students. Female-students’ digital literacy score is 73.19, meanwhile male-students is just 71.48. Moreover, digital literacy of students graduated from public senior high school is higher than students graduated from Islamic boarding school or pesantren. Specifically, the score of the former is 75.14 and the latter is 69.50.
本研究描述了棉兰北苏门答腊北部国立伊斯兰大学(un - su)学生的数字素养。本研究采用定量描述方法。本研究有191名学生BKPI FITK un - su棉兰在2021年作为样本。本研究采用五likert量表进行问卷调查。数据获取过程采用google表单进行,并与学生共享。研究结果显示,学生的数字素养得分为70分,即平均水平。学生数字素养最高的是安全方面,得分为20.68分;最低的是技能方面,得分为15.36分。从性别类型来看,女生的数字素养高于男生。女生的数字素养得分为73.19分,而男生只有71.48分。此外,公立高中毕业的学生的数字素养高于伊斯兰寄宿学校或pesantren毕业的学生。具体来说,前者为75.14分,后者为69.50分。

The purpose of this study was to determine how the collaboration between Islamic religious teachers and language teachers in improving extracurricular achievements in the religious field of students at MAN 2 Padangsidimpuan. This type of research is field research (field research) with qualitative descriptive research methods. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. PAI teachers teach students about religious material, Indonesian teachers teach students about grammar, Arabic and English teachers teach students to compile religious texts that are directly related to Arabic and English texts, and teach how to pronounce and intonate them. Supporting factors for collaboration between PAI teachers and language teachers, namely: solid cooperation between teachers in guiding students when there is a competition/MTQ, providing input and ideas to each other

The aim of this Study is to know the process of developing teaching learning of holy Qur’an in Lumban Pasir Village. This research used Qualitative approach by using 3 Instruments, namely, Interview, observation and documentation. The Results of the study show that student’s interest and talents for reciting Holy Qur’an are more focused than before. It is happening because the activities plan work consistently. In developing teaching of Holy Qur’an, there are several generations applied various religious activities such as adzan and following MTQ Competitions at various levels.

The main focus of this research is to understand the meaning of learning and the nature of a learner. The analysis elaborates who learners are, where learners can be found, when learners and how learning happens. Besides, the article also explicates intelligence, information processing and motivation in learning. The discussion of the article explains that learning happens in any circumstances throughout human development and generates some changes in cognition and behavior. Furthermore, the learning process begins when humans face external stimuli through human interaction. The stimuli continue to be processed in the brain to activate thinking process hence it is called cognitive development. In the next discussion, we put forward that learning requires both logical-reasoning and emotional intelligence. Logical-reasoning is related to information processing in the brain. It is a process where human mind is being active when receiving, storing, and retrieving information hence new knowledge is gained after processed in human information processing system. While, emotional Intelligence is social intelligence which connects between learners’ emotional, social, and cognitive wellbeing. In the last discussion, we suggest that the effectiveness of learning needs good motivation which is influenced by the internal encouragement of human behavior, expectancy-value theory, and goal setting.

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the optimization of the role of Islamic Education teachers as teachers and evaluators of student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Payakumbuh, and to provide an understanding of the importance of the role of PAI teachers as teachers and evaluators of student learning outcomes at the time. the Covid-19 pandemic at Payakumbuh 1 High School. Using field research (field research). Collecting data by observation, interviews and documentation. Using a qualitative descriptive approach. The main informants are 4 PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Payakumbuh and the supporting informants are a list of the learning outcomes of the Odd PTS for the 2020/2021 academic year. The results of this study are the role of PAI teachers as teachers and evaluators of student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Payakumbuh being applied in the following ways: 1. The teacher and the school try to maximize the existence of alumni to procure mobile phones (HP) for online learning. 2. The teacher seeks face-to-face learning with limited time for students who have poor internet coverage for online learning. 3. The teacher implements online learning for students who have information communication technology devices and internet networks through the Zoom application, Google Class Room and Whatsaap. 4. After the teacher carries out his role as a teacher during the Covid-19 pandemic, student learning outcomes are obtained in the PAI-BP Subject with scores above the KKM.

This research aims to explore the training and teacher performance by headmaster supervision program.The research approach of this study uses qualitative research with using phenomenology approach.The headmaster of Junior High School in SMP al washlyah 26 marelan has the best planning program and concrete indicator in performing his function as an supervisor.The teacher performance is good enough during teaching and learning process. It can be seen from learning standard that was done. Teacher training is built by the headmaster using active communication so that it can improve the relationship of the head master and the others teacher being good relationship.
