Dynamic power factor control using multi-model operation of Cuk converter Cuk变换器多模型运行的动态功率因数控制

This paper deals with dynamic power factor correction using Cuk converter that can be operated in continuous and discontinuous conduction. It is used to overcome the effect of diode bridge rectifier that draws non-sinusoidal current from the AC source and makes the input power factor very poor. The THD of the input current at the AC mains and input power factor are analysed with the diode bridge rectifier, diode bridge rectifier with cuk converter. The proposed system is simulated in MATLAB/Simulink for CCM and DCM modes. A hardware prototype of the cuk converter is implemented using PIC microcontroller to assist in dynamic power factor correction.

Modeling of an e-vehicle charging station using DC-DC self-lift SEPIC converter 基于DC-DC自升式SEPIC变换器的电动汽车充电站建模

This paper presents the modeling and simulation of Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) using the self-lift SEPIC converter. The PI controller based MPPT is used to track the maximum power from the solar panel. It will reduce the voltage and current ripple. The output voltage of the converter is then connected with the lithium ion battery to charge the e-vehicle.

Design and implementation of wind energy based improved positive output super-lift Luo converter 基于风能的改进型正输出超升力罗变流器的设计与实现

In recent years, the interest in use of renewable resources has rapidly increased because of the steady rise of electricity demand globally. Among all alternative energy sources, wind energy is non-polluting and freely available source which is made feasible in order to extract power using an integrated wind energy model, which is proposed in this paper. A DC-DC converter named improved positive output super-lift Luo converter(IPOSLC)is integrated with the wind energy model to transfer high power to the battery. IPOSLC is super-lift converter in which the positive output voltage increases in geometric progression. In this a permanent magnet synchronous generator(PMSG) based wind turbine is modeled to extract the maximum power from wind energy model. The proposed system has been modeled and simulated using Matlab/Simulink.

Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANET): Architectures, methodologies and design issues 车辆自组织网络(VANET):架构、方法和设计问题

In the recent decade the VANET has been emerged as a prominent field for research and it receives considerable attention. VANET uses different specifications of the WLAN 802.11 family. It takes the basics of ad hoc network and the VANET creates a network with a collection of independent entities with the ability to communicate among themselves. The Adaption to the various 802.1 family causes a remarkable increase in the number of wireless network. The VANET has various benefits along with many challenges including security, privacy, Quality of communication, effective bandwidth utilization etc,. This article provides information about VANET and the related challenges.

Monitoring and controlling of mobile robot via internet through raspberry Pi board 通过树莓派板实现移动机器人的网络监控

This paper presents the control of terrorist attack throughout the world by monitoring and controlling of mobile robot via internet through Raspberry pi board. The monitoring and controlling of robotic movements through wireless network by using a web browser and accessing a webpage. A camera is mounted on the robot to get better visibility of the objects. The programming language of the robot is based on the LINUX platform which will be interfaced with Raspberry Pi board. The PIR sensor detects a person or an object enters into a surveillance area and the smoke sensor detects the fire accidents by sensing the smoke level increase in the atmosphere. The output of the sensors can be indicated via alarm to the user. This mobile robot can be operated from everywhere in the world by using internet of things (IOT).

PV based design of improved positive output super-lift Luo converter 基于PV的改进型正输出超升力罗变流器设计

The growing demand has lead to increased use of renewable energy resources. Among all renewable energy resources, the photovoltaic(PV)power generation acts as a green source. This paper proposes the implementation of Improved Positive Output Super-Lift Luo converter (IPOSLC) with the solar panel. IPOSLC is a type of DC-DC converter in which the positive output voltage increases in geometric progression. In Positive Output Super-lift Luo Converter, the output is increased three times the input. But in Improved Positive Output Super-Lift Luo converter, the output is increased six times of the input which is specified by adding an inductor and diode. To track the maximum power from the PV cell, P&O method is employed. In this method, the duty cycle is calculated with the sensing of the panel voltage and current and the corresponding power values of it. This system is modelled and simulated using MATLAB/Simulink and validated with the theoretical calculations.

An efficient scheme for identifying spam bots and terminate mailing 一个有效的方案,以识别垃圾邮件机器人和终止邮件

E-Mail or Electronic Mail is the process of transmitting messages over the communication network. Now-a-days e-mail usage is rapidly increased for exchange message that may be for business or personal. The internet mail server spam message delivery is the most common issue. Most of the modern spam filtering is deployed only on the receiver side. They are good at filtering spam messages for the end users. But spam messages still keep wasting internet bandwidth and the storage space of mail servers. To address this problem, we detect spamming bots in the email server based on blooming filter in the sender side. This work tracks the number and the uniqueness of the recipient's email addresses in the outgoing mail from each individual internal host as the features for detecting spamming bots. Due to the huge number of recipient's email addresses observed in the SMTP sessions, we store and manage them efficiently in the bloom filters.

A survey of computing strategies for green cloud 绿色云计算策略综述

Cloud computing is the much sought after technology as it solves large computational problems by using various resources and also offers many other services through the internet. The computational offloading and the increased demand for timely and appropriate response for real time applications has resulted in the need to improve the performance of the cloud. In addition to this, the tremendous growth in the data and in requests has resulted in the deployment of large number of data centres throughout the world. This in turn increases the economic and the environmental cost which is due to the high consumption of energy by the data centres. Further the emission of CO2 and other gases has paved way for the growth of carbon footprint and hence the greenhouse effect. These form the driving factors for green technology. So energy efficient solutions which involves optimal utilization of the available resources is a necessity. This paper provides an overview of the cloud system, the metrics which are mandatory to have a green flavor of cloud computing and the strategies that are currently used.

Smart home system using a Wireless Sensor Network for elderly care 智能家居系统采用无线传感器网络进行老人护理

Elderly people who are staying alone require some form of assistance since they might forget minor things which could lead to a major security threats. Aged people can easily get sick and if they are alone at these situations they cannot get help in time. This project proposes a Wireless Sensor Network based smart home monitoring system for such elderly people to monitor their health and provide them with a safe and secure living. The Wireless Sensor Network deploys various sensors to identify the occurrence of specific events. By placing wearable sensors on the waist of the person, the sensor values are computed and assessed. Temperature, Heartbeat and Pressure sensors are used to determine the health parameters of the person. The contact sensors are used to determine if a door is open or not. The fall detection system consisting of an inertial unit includes a tri-axial accelerometer and a gyroscope for efficient data fusion. Implementation of photo voltaic based improved negative output self-lift luo converter using particle swarm optimization 利用粒子群优化实现基于光伏的改进型负输出自升力变流器

This project deals with an improved modifications of the negative output super-lift Luo converter that allows significant increase in the voltage transfer gain. The negative output super-lift Luo converter gives high negative output by using the VL technique. The input to the converter given by photovoltaic module. A PV module consists of number of series connected PV cells to produce higher voltage. A photovoltaic cell converts the solar energy into the electrical energy by the photovoltaic effect. The photovoltaic cells must be operated at their maximum power point. The maximum power point varies with illumination, temperature, radiation intensity. To track the maximum power from the PV cell, a technique named Particle swarm optimization (PSO) Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) is employed with PID controller. In this method, the duty cycle is generated by the sensing of the panel voltage and current and the corresponding power values of it. Once the local maximum point of the voltage is reached, the Particle Swarm Optimization technique takes this point as a reference and generates the best duty cycle needed for tracking the maximum power from the PV cell. The proposed system is modelled and simulated using MATLAB/Simulink.
