: Public debt sustainability is a multidimensional process. Egypt maintains a sustainable general path in conducting its fiscal policy. However, the rising path of accumulated debt to GDP ratio implies critical restrictions on fiscal stance and fiscal space. The research tests the structural endogenous long-term response of the Egyptian government towards the accumulated stock of public debt. in addition to examining the fiscal fatigue hypothesis when debt jumps to high extreme levels. The research adopts the widely accepted approach proposed by Bohn to estimates a fiscal reaction function. the Autoregressive Distributed Lag ARDL technique is applied for the time period from 1981 to 2021. Empirical wise, two critical specified regressions are estimated. The first measures the response of the structural long-term primary balance as a percentage of GDP to the stock of public debt to GDP ratio. This provides a general judgement whether the fiscal policy is expansionary, neutral or restrictive. Second, a non-linear estimation is implemented to test for the possibility of fiscal fatigue. the existence of an inverse U-shaped response can be used to endogenously determine a debt threshold above which the government is unable to keep its fiscal position within the sustainability condition. Findings of the first regression indicate that the government is unable to adjust its structural primary balance positively with the increase in the stock of previous debt to GDP ratio during the examined time period. Thus, fiscal policy of the Egyptian government tends to be restrictive during the examined time period. Furthermore, the fiscal fatigue hypothesis applies as the magnitude of government fiscal response is conditioned by the level of accumulated public debt. At low levels of debt to GDP ratio the government adjustment of its primary balance is not structurally planned. Government show weak response. When the level of accumulated debt to GDP ratio goes high, government undertakes serious measures and effectively adjust the primary balance to GDP with the increased public debt. however, when the level of the previous debt to GDP ratio jump to extreme high levels, government is unable to maintain the positive response indicating the possibility of fiscal fatigue and fiscal default. The research emphasizes the necessity of a planned serious fiscal actions to correct the long-term response. Cyclical automatic response of the government should be revised. Moreover, Non-interest expenditures should be structurally adjusted to maintain the required level of government reasonable primary balance.

: This study investigates herd behaviour in the surplus economy of the Sultanate of Oman under Bear and Bull market conditions. The first aim of the study is to determine if the investors at Muscat Stock Market (MSM) exhibit herd behavior or not. The second aim of the study is to compare the different stochastic time-series models commonly used to test and forecast herd behavior. Finally, the study aims to determine whether herd behavior in the MSM is predominantly risk-driven as measured by Cross-Sectional Standard Deviation (CSSD) or return-driven as measured by Cross-Sectional Absolute Deviation (CSAD) of stock returns from the overall market return. Our analyses are based on daily Muscat Stock Market’s (MSM) index returns for the period starting 1st of January 2010 and ending 31 st of December 2019, the pre Covide-19 pandemic. Our findings disclose: (1) that MSM exhibits herd behavior, (2) that there are statistically significant among the different stochastic time-series models used to test and forecast herd behavior in MSM, where ARIMA (1,0,0) model exhibits the highest predictive power of herd behavior in MSM (3), that MSM’s herd behavior is driven more by CSSD than CSAD in the bearish and bullish market conditions.

: Based on the current economic environment and from the perspective of dynamic capability, this paper divides big data analysis capability into big data perception capability, big data capture capability and big data transformation capability, and divides supply chain ambidexterity into supply chain agility and supply chain adaptability. A questionnaire survey was used to quantify the impact of big data analysis capability (BDAC) on supply chain elasticity (SC-RE). A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed to managers of supply chain nodes of enterprises, and 217 valid questionnaires were obtained. The regression results of questionnaire data showed that BDAC was positively correlated with SC-RE. Supply chain duality (SC-AM) is positively correlated with SC-RE. SC-AM plays a partial mediating role in the positive effect of BDAC on SC-RE. Based on the regression results of this paper and the research results of existing scholars, the corresponding conclusions are drawn, and some suggestions are put forward for enterprise managers. BDAC is an effective way to improve the performance level and competitive strength of supply chain enterprises. Enterprises should attach importance to the useful information contained in big data, take certain measures to enhance BDAC, improve the information processing capacity and speed of enterprises, reduce the probability of risk occurrence, so as to improve the supply chain resilience of enterprises and improve the level of supply chain risk management.

: Due to the various differences between modern enterprises and traditional enterprises, many scholars have noticed that the research results of traditional mature enterprises can not be fully applied to the relevant research of modern digital enterprises. Therefore, many new theories have emerged in the field of digital transformation research in recent decades. In the course of many years of development, there have been more studies on its definition, conception dimension and measurement. Although some scholars have realized that effect reasoning will play a role in the performance of enterprise digital transformation, there are relatively few empirical studies on the impact of effect reasoning on the performance of enterprise digital transformation. Digital transformation refers to the realization of significant technological change by enterprises through digital technology, and its essence is a process of continuous exploration. This study is carried out to reveal the impact of the effect reasoning on enterprises’ digital transformation with big data analysis from a process perspective. The results show that the effect reasoning and failure learning improves enterprise digital transformation performance. Empirical learning theory is used for the research context. It is helpful to enrich and develop the theoretical research on management innovation, and understand and guide Chinese enterprises to realize digital transformation with big data analysis

The rural revitalization strategy proposed at the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is based on the fact that the CPC Central Committee with General Secretary Xi Jinping at its core has acted with the overall cause of the Party and the country in mind, grasped the laws governing modernization and the changing nature of urban-rural relations, responded to the aspirations of hundreds of millions of rural residents for a better life, and made major decisions and plans on agriculture, rural areas and farmers. It is a major historical task of securing a decisive victory in finishing building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and building a modern socialist country in all respects. It is the overall focus of our work related to agriculture, rural areas and farmers in the new era. In this paper, xiaojia Village, Fushan District, Yantai city as an example, through vigorously developing characteristic industries; We will promote agricultural restructuring, accelerate rural infrastructure development, and shore up weak links in agriculture and rural areas. Supporting the development of rural tourism and ecotourism; Strengthen the construction of rural ecological environment; Create a good environment for the development of scientific and technological talents, and provide support for agricultural science and technology and human resources; We will deepen the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas and improve the quality of farmers and the level of social civilization in rural areas.
