Recently, China proposed the concept of “New Engineering Disciplines” (NEDs). The higher education innovation and industry-education integration had been emphasized for the construction of a powerful country in education. With regard to the major problem of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Transmission teaching in agricultural universities, the course teaching plans and practice teaching platform needs to be reformed and optimized. Further, a practical teaching system can be established involving class-industry-practice base teaching activities. Additionally, new concepts and modes of industry-education collaboration and integration have to be explored.

Exploration on Practice Teaching Mode of Law Major in North China University of Technology 华北工业大学法学专业实践教学模式探索

After years of exploration and development, our school has implemented various forms of practical teaching methods in the training of law undergraduates, and has achieved certain results, but the phenomenon of theoretical knowledge transmission and ability cultivation still appears to be broken. By sorting out the problems found in the practice teaching of law undergraduate majors in our school, that is, the practice teaching curriculum system is incomplete and the guarantee mechanism is not perfect. Therefore, the practice teaching of law should further improve the relevant systems and strengthen the content and evaluation system of practice teaching. At the same time, a practical teaching platform should be actively established to form a closed-type practical teaching of "theory-simulation-total truth".
经过多年的探索和发展,我校在法学本科生的培养中实施了多种形式的实践教学方法,并取得了一定的成效,但理论知识的传授和能力培养的现象仍然出现断裂。通过梳理我校法学本科专业实践教学中存在的问题,即实践教学课程体系不完善、保障机制不完善。因此,法学实践教学应进一步完善相关制度,加强实践教学的内容和评价体系。同时,积极搭建实践教学平台,形成“理论-模拟-全真理”的封闭式实践教学。

Discussion on Training Model of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Postgraduate Education through Integration of Enterprises with Universities 校企结合创新创业研究生教育培养模式探讨

Based on a comprehensive analysis of the common problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial postgraduates, this paper introduced the methods and effects of the cultivating mode through the industrial and education cooperation between universities and enterprises. Under this mode, the students take part in the whole process from laboratory research to workshop pilot test until industrial production, which not only strengthens the students' ability of theoretical exploration and application in the research field, but also make them understand well the knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship such as project management and feasibility demonstration. Their ability to apply the research results to the production practice has been greatly improved.
本文在综合分析创新创业型研究生培养中存在的常见问题的基础上,介绍了校企产教合作培养模式的方法和效果。在这种模式下,学生全程参与从实验室研究到车间中试,再到工业生产的全过程,既加强了学生在研究领域的理论探索和应用能力,又使学生对项目管理、可行性论证等创新创业知识有了较好的了解。他们将研究成果应用于生产实践的能力有了很大的提高。

Local colleges and universities should focus on serving regional industries and local economic development, as training base for applied talents with innovative spirit. The fusion of industry and education proposes new guidelines to construct school-enterprise collaborative education platform and integration of industrial chain and academic chain. By using the fusion of industry and education to enhance higher education quality for local colleges and universities, Dezhou University construct the competency-based talent cultivation mechanism from the aspects of reforming the talent training scheme, optimizing the specialty and curriculum system, adopting diversified innovation and entrepreneurship courses, promoting the practice teaching, building platforms for practice and innovation, training "double-skilled" teachers and establishing safeguard measures for talents training. Thus providing guidance and demonstration for the cultivation of applied talents with innovative spirits in local colleges and universities.

Based on the analysis of the needs in the education field, the basic application framework scenarios of the current artificial intelligence technology in the field of music education are constructed. The characteristics of various models (typed music model, Markov chain model, genetic algorithm model, neural network model, etc.) are used to improve the rule knowledge to form a practical and effective hybrid model. The innovation lies in combining non-note units (reproducing structures) in music composition to intelligently compose tracks by combining formulas and matrix data combinations. The work of gold and silver is Yangzhou's national intangible cultural heritage. Its inheritance and development have attracted more attention in recent years. However, with the disintegration of Jiangdu Metal Craft Factory, the representative company of Yangzhou Gold and Silver Fine Craftsmanship, many craft masters have been lost. In particular, Yangzhou's native gold craftsmen have switched careers in order to make a living, but the inheritance of this craft is facing a lot of difficulties. This article investigates the content of Yangzhou gold and silver fine work skills by investigating and analyzing the current status of the development of Yangzhou gold and silver fine work skills. Through comparison with Nanjing Baoqing Silver Building and Shanghai Lao Fengxiang, it is found that the problems of Yangzhou gold and silver fine work skills and put forward corresponding countermeasures and ideas to improve the status quo.
金银作品是扬州国家级非物质文化遗产。近年来,它的继承和发展受到越来越多的关注。然而,随着扬州金银精工艺的代表企业江都金属工艺厂的解体,许多工艺大师也随之流失。特别是扬州本土的金匠为了谋生纷纷转行,但这一技艺的传承却面临着诸多困难。本文通过对扬州金银精工技艺发展现状的调查分析,对扬州金银精工技艺的内容进行了考察。通过与南京宝清银楼、上海老凤祥的对比,发现扬州金银精工技艺存在的问题,并提出相应的改善现状的对策和思路。
