Experimental study and recognition of natural gas hydrate chemical reagent - CO2 exploitation 天然气水合物化学试剂CO2开采的实验研究与认识

Abstract In order to solve the problems of slow replacement rate and low degree of substitution in the process of CO2 displacement by natural gas hydrate, a method of chemical reagent-CO2 displacement combined mining experiment was proposed. Taking the thermodynamic methanol inhibitor as an example, three groups of experiments were carried out: critical temperature pressure condition for CH4 decomposition at different methanol concentrations, CH4 hydrate decomposition under the condition of methanol reagent at 30% concentration, and methanol reagent-CO2 combined mining. Experiments show that: (1) The concentration of methanol plays a decisive role in hydrate recovery. Methanol reagent has the property of highly reducing the formation temperature of hydrate. Methanol solution concentration is positively correlated with the critical temperature drop of hydrate decomposition and formation pressure. (2) The methanol solution decomposition of hydrate can be roughly divided into three stages: the initial stage of rapid decomposition, the competitive stage of hydrate decomposition and stable transformation, and the stable stage of decomposition. Through experimental simulation, it is concluded that formation pressure is a direct factor affecting the decomposition ability of methanol reagent to hydrate. By changing formation pressure, the rate of CH4 hydrate recovery can be improved. (3) A higher hydrate decomposition rate can be obtained based on the methanol reagent-CO2 displacement mining method. In the action of the methanol reagent, the subsequent injection of CO2 still promotes the decomposition of CH4, that is, the displacement of CO2 hydrate after the decomposition of the hydrate based on the methanol reagent is feasible. The research results are of great significance especially for large-scale mine test mining of permafrost natural gas hydrate chemical reagent method.
摘要为了解决天然气水合物置换CO2过程中置换速率慢、置换程度低的问题,提出了化学试剂-CO2置换联合开采试验方法。以热力学甲醇抑制剂为例,进行了不同甲醇浓度分解CH4的临界温度压力条件、30%浓度甲醇试剂分解CH4水合物条件、甲醇试剂- co2联合开采三组实验。实验表明:(1)甲醇浓度对水合物回收起决定性作用。甲醇试剂具有高度降低水合物形成温度的特性。甲醇溶液浓度与水合物分解临界温度降和地层压力呈正相关。(2)水合物的甲醇溶液分解大致可分为快速分解的初始阶段、水合物分解稳定转化的竞争阶段和分解稳定阶段三个阶段。通过实验模拟,得出地层压力是影响甲醇试剂水合物分解能力的直接因素。通过改变地层压力,可以提高CH4水合物的采收率。(3)甲醇试剂- co2置换采矿法可获得较高的水合物分解率。在甲醇试剂的作用下,后续注入CO2仍促进了CH4的分解,即基于甲醇试剂的水合物分解后置换CO2水合物是可行的。研究成果对多年冻土天然气水合物化学试剂法的大规模矿山试验开采具有重要意义。

Informatization of education is an inevitable requirement of educational reform in today's era. Colleges and universities should focus on serving regional industries and local economic development, and must be in line with the modernization and informationization of education, as training base for talents as successors and builders in the new era with innovative spirit. The fusion of industry and education proposes new guidelines to construct school-enterprise collaborative education platform and integration of industrial chain and academic chain. By using the fusion of industry and education to enhance higher education quality for colleges and universities, Tarim university construct the competency-based talent cultivation mechanism through the introduction of virtual simulation in the experiments teaching of the principles of chemical engineering, optimizing the curriculum system, adopting virtual reality courses, promoting reform of the practice teaching, building platforms for practice and innovation, training "double-skilled" teachers and establishing safeguard measures for talents training. Thus, providing guidance and demonstration for the cultivation of applied talents with innovative spirits in colleges and universities.

The textile and clothing industry is the traditional leading industry as well as an important export industry in Fujian Province. In recent years, the rapid development of the textile industry in Fujian has made it become an important part of the textile and apparel value chain, and has been deeply integrated into the entire value system. Japan is one of the traditional market exports of Fujian Province, but the textile products exported from Fujian Province to Japan have been at the low end of the value chain for a long time. Therefore, it is essential to discuss how to make Fujian textile and clothing industry climb to the high value link. This article takes Fujian Province’s textile and clothing industry as the research object, combines the current situation of Fujian’s textile and clothing exports based on the advantages and disadvantages of the Fujian’s textile and clothing value chain, and analyzes the situation of Fujian’s textile and clothing exports from the perspective of the value chain to pinpoint the problems, as a result, fumble out the solutions to improve and optimize Fujian's export of textiles and clothing to Japan.

Japan is one of the traditional market exports of Fujian Province, but the textile products exported from Fujian Province to Japan have been at the low end of the value chain for a long time. Therefore, it is essential to discuss how to make Fujian textile and clothing industry climb to the high value link. Research on the Teaching Reform of International Trade Based on Cross-border E-commerce Industry Chain 基于跨境电子商务产业链的国际贸易教学改革研究

With the rapid development of world economic integration, the world economy has entered a period of deep adjustment and the format of International Trade changes rapidly. The Cross-border E-commerce trade has gradually become the mainstream in International Trade. In order to meet the needs of the industry for personnel training, the International Economy and Trade major of Wuyi University Business School, in accordance with the actual economic and social development and changes in business forms, connects with the Cross-border E-commerce industry chain, integrates industry and education, establishes a long-term mechanism of collaborative education of industry and education, and constructs a Cross-border E-commerce theory and practice teaching system of deep integration of innovation, entrepreneurship and professional education, in order to provide some references for the cultivation of innovative and applied talents more in line with the needs of the industry.
随着世界经济一体化的快速发展,世界经济进入深度调整期,国际贸易格局迅速发生变化。跨境电子商务贸易已逐渐成为国际贸易的主流。为适应行业对人才培养的需求,武夷大学商学院国际经济与贸易专业根据经济社会发展和业态变化的实际,与跨境电商产业链对接,产教结合,建立产教协同办学的长效机制;构建创新创业与专业教育深度融合的跨境电子商务理论与实践教学体系,为培养更符合行业需求的创新型应用型人才提供一定参考。

Exploration on the Innovation Practice Ability Training System of Mechatronic Engineering Students Based on University Industry Cooperation 基于校企合作的机电工程专业学生创新实践能力培养体系探索

There are several problems in the training system of mechatronic engineering students, such as curriculum remaining unchanged, separation of research from teaching, aging of talent training mode, and the gap between the graduates and the personnel requirements of enterprises. The industry education cooperation training mode was adopted to improve students' innovative practice ability. Some concrete reform measures were put forward in the following four aspects, i.e. innovation practice course group construction, innovation practice complex platform construction, teaching and assessment methods, allocation of teaching resources.
机电工程专业人才培养体系存在课程不变、科研与教学分离、人才培养模式老化、毕业生与企业人才需求差距大等问题。采用行业教育合作培养模式,提高学生创新实践能力。从创新实践课程群建设、创新实践综合平台建设、教学与考核方法、教学资源配置四个方面提出了具体改革措施。
