Chicken is one of the source of protein that is widely consumed by the public because it contains nutrients at affordable prices and easy to obtain. Various processed foods from chicken are widely developed in the community. Safe food is one that is free from contamination, both physical, chemical, and microbiological. Microbiological food safety is major concern in the world of health because it causes various disease problems. The most frequently reported disease due to this bacterial infection is typhoid. Based on SNI 7388 2009 concerning the maximum limit of microbial contamination in food, it is stated that fresh chicken meat must not contain the pathogenic bacteria Salmonell sp. To protect the public from these danger and increase awareness about food safety, it is necessary to conduct research on the presence of Salmonella sp microbial contamination in fresh chicken meat, especially those sold in the research area, namely Ponorogo. The problem can be formulated to wheter there si the contamination of Salmonella sp bacteria in fresh chicken meat sold at Legi Market Ponorogo. The purpose of this study was to isolate and identify Salmonella sp in fresh chicken meat sold at Legi Market Ponorogo. The long-term goal of this research is to increase public awareness of microbiological hazards in food, especially chicken meat. Sampling was conducted randomly on traders at Legi Market Ponorogo. Of the ten samples analyzed, eight samples were isolated and identified the presence of Salmonella sp. This illustrates that there are still a lot of fresh chicken meat sold in Legi Market Ponorogo that does not meet the quality based on SNI 7388 2009, which is 80 %.

Haemorrhoids are common in pregnant women in the second or third trimester of pregnancy. Increased intra-pressure due to fetal growth and changes in the hormone progesterone causes the hemorrhoidal veins to become wide. Pregnancy hemorrhoids are temporary hemorrhoids which means they will disappear some time after delivery, but can cause a very uncomfortable feeling, itching around the anus and even bleeding during bowel movements. Therefore, self care is needed, one of them is the sitz bath method. The design in this study is a pre-experiment with the One Group Pretest-Posttest design approach. The population in this study were all mothers with hemorrhoids who participated in the pregnant class at Balong Health Center for the period of 1-28 February 2020, a total of 37 people. The sampling method used accidental sampling of 31 people. Instrument with quesioner Statistical test using the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test through the SPSS program with α = 0.05. The result of knowledge of mothers about Sitz Bath Therapy in the Work Area of Puskesmas Balong, Ponorogo Regency, before health education was carried out, most of them were 16 respondents (51.6%) had sufficient knowledge and after health education was carried out most of them 18 respondents (58.1%) had good knowledge. There is an effect of health education on maternal knowledge about Sitz Bath Therapy in the working area of Health Center Balong, Ponorogo with a p value of 0.000 ≤ α 0.05. The role of health workers as educators is better to carry out routine health education during the provision of care, especially regarding the method of sitz bath therapy so that targets can better understand and be able to overcome hemorrhoid problems that occur in pregnancy.

Post partum is the period or time since the baby is born and the placenta comes out of the uterus, until the next six weeks, accompanied by the recovery of organs related to the womb, which undergo changes such as injuries and others related to childbirth. The post partum period is a time when the mother experiences a change in her role. The aims: the effect of the anxiety of the covid-19 pandemic on the production of breast milk for postpartum mothers. The Method: This study uses a cross sectional approach and non-probability sampling is used for sampling. Results: there is an effect of the anxiety of the covid-19 pandemic on the expenditure of breast milk for postpartum mothers (p <0.05). Conclusion: That anxiety facing the covid-19 pandemic can affect breast milk production so that more education and motivation are needed from health workers, husbands and families.

Abstract Lack of awareness and knowledge of mothers about good nutrition given to children plays an important role in maintaining the quality of the food provided. For this reason, it is necessary to make an educational application about MPASI that helps mothers in accessing information about how to present MPASI properly and correctly. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of education through the MP-ASI application on maternal knowledge at PMB Herasdiana and PMB Zuniawati Palembang in 2021. This study used a quantitative approach, the method used in this study was a quasi-experimental type of pre-post test control group design. The results of the study, the use of education through the MPASI application was 1.5 times more effective than education through leaflets in increasing Mother's Knowledge about MPASI with a score of 5. The use of education through the MPASI application was 6.5 times more effective than education through leaflets in increasing Mother's Knowledge about how to give MPASI with a score of 5.5.

Clinical pharmacy services are part of the pharmaceutical service standards at the puskesmas, aiming to improve therapeutic outcomes and ensure the patient's quality of life. The study aimed to determine the suitability of 7 aspects of pharmaceutical services with pharmaceutical service standards in the application of clinical pharmacy at the puskesmas. This research is an observational study using a survey method. The study was conducted at 31 Puskesmas in Bone Bolango and Pohuwato districts, Gorontalo Province, in May-August 2021. The pharmaceutical staff in charge of pharmaceutical services is the population in this study. The total sampling technique was used in sample selection. This research instrument is a checklist compiled based on pharmaceutical service standards at the puskesmas—collected data utilizing observation and interviews with respondents. Did analysis descriptively. The results showed that assessment and prescription services and drug information services were suitable, while the other five elements were poor.

Laundry business is a business that can produce liquid waste originating from detergents containing several chemicals or chemicals such as phosphate (70-80%), surfactant (20-30%), ammonia, nitrogen, dissolved solids, turbidity, BOD (Biochemical Oxygen Demand), and COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand). Laundry wastewater containing phosphate compounds will cause Eutrophication. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the use of rice husk activated carbon in reducing phosphate levels in laundry business wastewater. This research is an experimental study (Experimental Research) with 3 repetitions and treated with doses of 3 grams, 4 grams, 5 grams of activated carbon of rice husk, each of which was added to 330 ml of laundry wastewater. From the results of the Anova test data analysis, it was found that the P value was 0.110> 0.05, meaning that there was no effect of giving rice husk activated carbon in reducing phosphate levels in the laundry business.

ABSTRAK COVID- 19 adalah penyakit infeksi saluran pernafasan yang bisa menular melalui droplet. Kini COVID- 19 sudah masuk ke negara indonesia pada sejak tahun 2020, bahkan sampai bulan juni 2021 penyebaran kasusnya semakin meningkat dan indonesia termasuk peringkat ke-2 di dunia. Dengan demikian, dalam sarana pelayanan kesehatan yang menjadi salah satu garda terdepan adalah petugas perekam medis sehingga lebih beresiko tinggi dalam penularan COVID- 19. Rekam medis adalah data yang bersifat rahasia, sehingga harus terjaga keamanan dan kerahasiaannya. Dengan demikian tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengamati secara mendalam mengenai Keamanan dan Kerahasiaan rekam medis pasien COVID- 19 di RSUD Lembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dari sumber primer melalui wawancara dan observasi. Subjek penelitian yaitu kepala instalasi rekam medis dan satu orang petugas rekam medis bagian filing. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kebijakan keamanan dan kerahasiaan rekam medis sudah ada. Namun, untuk keamanan dan kerahasiaan rekam medis pasien COVID-19 belum ada ketentuan yang tertulis di RSUD Lembang. Kualitas tinta dan perekat sudah sangat baik, namun kualitas map yang belum memenuhi standar karena mudah robek. Ruang penyimpanan masih bersatu dengan assembling dan pintu ruangan yang tidak terkunci sehingga belum terjaga dengan baik keamanan dan kerahasiaan rekam medis pasien COVID-19 maupun non COVID-19. Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, kulit manusia tidak dapat terhindar dari paparan langsung polusi udara, radiasi matahari serta penggunaan bahan-bahan kimia yang dapat memicu penuaan dini akibat radikal bebas. Produk kosmetika anti aging yang mengandung antioksidan telah beredar luas untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit dari efek radikal bebas.Kandungan senyawa kimia antioksidan yang ada dalam tanaman krokot (Portulaca oleracea L.) dan teh hijau ( Camelia sinensis.L) dipercaya bisa mencegah radikal bebas oleh karena itu peneliti mengembangkan suatu sediaan berupa serum kombinasi ekstrak krokot dan teh hijau. Sediaan serum kombinasi ekstrak teh hijau dan krokot dibuat dengan cara memformulasikan sediaan dengan bahan seperti HPMC, kitosan, twwen 80. selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian antioksidan ekstrak dan sedian formula serum spray dengan metode FRAP, setelah itu dilakukan evaluasi sediaan meliputi homogenitas, pH, daya lekat, viskositas, dan hedonik Sediaan serum kombinasi ekstrak krokot dan teh hijau dalam sediaan spray gel menghasilkan warna hujau kecoklatan, berbau sedikit asam dan bertekstur lembut. Viskositas yang dihasilkan pada serum green tea berkisaran 1330 - 1362 cPs dengan nilai pH pada range 5,67 – 5,72. Produk kosmetika anti aging yang mengandung antioksidan telah beredar luas untuk menjaga kesehatan kulit dari efek radikal bebas.Kandungan senyawa kimia antioksidan yang ada dalam tanaman krokot (Portulaca oleracea L.) dan teh hijau ( Camelia sinensis.L) dipercaya bisa mencegah radikal bebas oleh karena itu peneliti mengembangkan suatu sediaan berupa serum kombinasi ekstrak krokot dan teh hijau. \u0000Sediaan serum kombinasi ekstrak teh hijau dan krokot dibuat dengan cara memformulasikan sediaan dengan bahan seperti HPMC, kitosan, twwen 80. selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian antioksidan ekstrak dan sedian formula serum spray dengan metode FRAP, setelah itu dilakukan evaluasi sediaan meliputi homogenitas, pH, daya lekat, viskositas, dan hedonik \u0000Sediaan serum kombinasi ekstrak krokot dan teh hijau dalam sediaan spray gel menghasilkan warna hujau kecoklatan, berbau sedikit asam dan bertekstur lembut. Viskositas yang dihasilkan pada serum green tea berkisaran 1330 - 1362 cPs dengan nilai pH pada range 5,67 – 5,72. Background: Based on a preliminary study in the Tana Lili Public Health Center area, it was found that 11 pregnant (32.2%) had never had their teeth checked at the health center during pregnancy. Pregnant women do dental examinations at the health center or dentist if there are get toothache, cavities, bleeding gums, and others The aims of this study was to find out the description of pregnant satisfaction during dental check-ups at the health center towards the marketing mix. Methods: This research is a descriptive study with cross-sectional design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling by inclusion and exclusion criteria. The inclusion criteria in this study were pregnant women in the Tana Lili Public Health Center area who were willing to participate in this study. Exclusion criteria in this study were pregnant women who did not fill out the questionnaire completely. The number of samples in this study was 34 pregnant women. Results: Most of the pregnant women as many as 25 people (73.6%) were pregnant women who had a child. Most of the pregnant women were 17 people (50%) with high school education and the most occupations were housewives as many as 18 people (52.9%). Most pregnant women's husbands are self-employed as many as 15 people (44.1%). The highest family income is in the very high category, which is 13 people (38.2%). Pregnant women are satisfied with service products are 18 people (52.94%), price 23 people (67.65%), promotion 24 people (70.58%), people 22 (64.7%), process 23 people (67.65%), physical evidence 18 people (52.94%) and very satisfied with the place are 22 people (64.7%). Conclusion: Most pregnant women are satisfied with the product, price, promotion, people, process, physical evidence and are very satisfied with the places of the Tana Lili Public Health Center. Further research is needed with qualitative research to explore the reasons for pregnant women who are partially dissatisfied with promotion, people, and physical evidence so that public health center can improve their services.

One of the efforts to improve the role of Poskestren is to carry out management functions in accordance with the flow that has been determined by the health office to the performance of the management of Pesantren Health Post. At the Health Post Pesantren An-NurNgrukem, the problem was obtained, namely : There has been no training specifically for management, the knowledge of the manager about health is still lacking. health equipment is not complete, health workers are still lacking, and poskestren development strategy for the future is still unclear or there is no careful planning. Objective of this research is to know the success of Poskestren and the influence of the implementation of management functions on the achievement of success indicators in Poskestren An-Nur Ngrukem Bantul Yogyakarta year 2021. The research used is qualitative research method as a research procedure produced descriptive data, the sample used in the study is a purposive sampling technique where the research requires special criteria so that the samples taken later in accordance with the purpose of the research, as for the purposive sampling technique in the subject of this study are 4 informants poskestren an-NurNgrukem manager, data collection techniques namely observation, interview, documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, display/presentation of data and verification/conclusion. Based on research data that has been conducted by researchers, it can be stated that the success of poskestren in poskestren implementation guidelines is measured through 18 success indicators consisting of input indicators, process indicators and external indicators. Currently Poskestren An-nurNgrukem has reached 14 points of posketren success indicators, there are only 4 indicator points of success that can not be achieve. In the results of the study known Poskestren An-nurNgrukem is good enough in the implementation of the function of planning management, organizing, mobilization, and supervision in Poskestren it shows that one of the factors that influence the achievement of poskestren success indicators is the implementation of planning management functions , organizing, mobilizing, and supervising at Poskestren An-nurNgrukemBantul. That the implementation of the functions of planning management, organizing, mobilization, and supervision in poskestren An-NurNgrukem has been implemented quite well, the implementation of management functions affects the achievement of success indicators in Poskestren An-NurNgrukem, Bantul, Yogyakarta.
