For the last decade, promoting a new product has a high cost, which takes a long processing time, then the advertising must go through the phase of designing and printing. In the time being, the marketing process has a short time penetrating the newly market sharing because of social media, when Indonesia has become enormous of using social media. By exploring the phenomenon of social media as a marketing medium, this paper is aimed to provide a brief explanation of the usefulness of social media for the empowerment of the regional community. The collection of data analysis has been held in small-medium enterprises in Indonesia from 2020 until 2022 as anticipated the pandemic's effect, where the national economy has collapsed with a high probability of bankruptcy in all sectors. Considering the economic impact, all regional community has concerns with social media as a new business tool media as an innovative and creative marketing process; the fundamental motive is to keep the existing business as usual activity. All the previous research has proven that the volatile existence of a small-medium enterprise is a vital indicator of keeping a sustainable business in the long term. Then this is supported by the high dynamic pattern of demand, particularly the quick response preferences and small production capacity as a handicap for reaching the economic scale. As a comprehensive explanation, this recommendation is to push on the high government intention of fixing the empowering regulation in marketing, operational and financing activity because of the high level of weakness aspect in this sector.

Cancer is defined as a disease that originates from the progressive and abnormal growth of body cells. This condition is caused by changes in deoxyribonucleid acid (DNA), so that cells lose their normal function. This service aims to provide motivation to cancer sufferers at the Ambu Cancer Fighting House to increase their zest for life and provide happiness to cancer sufferers. Some of the activities carried out were painting classes, cooking classes, wishing trees and provision of basic necessities. Based on some of the activities carried out, it is hoped that some changes will occur, namely increasing the motivation of younger cancer fighters, increasing the ability of younger cancer fighters in painting, increasing the ability of younger cancer fighters in cooking, increasing the confidence of younger cancer fighters that hope is always there and lightens the burden on managers by providing basic food donations.

Writing a thesis is still a mandatory requirement for obtaining a bachelor's degree. Even though at this time there are many non-thesis pathways that are graduation requirements, generally in Higher Education (PT) it is still a must. Then writing a thesis becomes a difficulty for students, not a few even drop out of campus because of difficulty writing a thesis. Therefore, the purpose of this community service activity is to help students prepare their thesis so as to improve its quality. So students can write a thesis according to their interests when studying. Students write their own thesis and do not use the services of other people in writing thesis. Using the services of other people in writing thesis certainly reduces the authority and intellect of students. The method or stages used to solve the target activity problem are as follows. Outreach to students about the requirements for thesis writing, Provision of Material on Procedures for Writing Thesis, Training, Assistance, and Thesis Writing Simulation. Students who took part in this activity looked enthusiastic because writing a thesis was a new world for them. The enthusiasm of the participants was seen from their persistence in following the material from the beginning to the end of the service. The fruit of enthusiasm and persistence in following the course of the event resulted in an understanding regarding how to write a good thesis marked by increased quality and faster completion time.

MSMEs in Kotapulu village are quite developed, but the packaging and labels used are still very simple, the marketing techniques used are also not optimal, they only market to stall owners and market traders around the village. Supervision of the implementation of democratic elections requires the role of community participation. However, there are still people who are allergic to politics and show an indifferent attitude towards election activities. This is of course a problem that must be resolved. This PKM activity aims to increase community participation in supervising the 2024 elections. The activity that has taken place in Pringgajurang village has run smoothly. The target participants for this activity are first-time voters. To achieve the target of this activity, the team collaborated with Youth Organization Naga Sunting. The results of this PKM activity showed good results. This activity was quite effective as a first step in imparting basic knowledge of the electoral stages to young people.

This article discusses the implementation and results of leadership and management training for the officials of a Santri organization in Ponpes Al-Amien Bugih Pamekasan, Indonesia. The program was conducted to improve the leadership and management skills of Santri organization officials in order to enhance their organizational performance and prepare them for future careers. The training method used in this program was a combination of lectures, discussions, case studies, and simulations, with the aim of providing participants with practical knowledge and skills.The results of the program showed significant improvements in the leadership and management skills of Santri organization officials, including their ability to communicate effectively, manage resources efficiently, and make strategic decisions. Moreover, the program also had a positive impact on the organization's performance, such as increasing the number of members, improving the quality of organizational activities, and enhancing the organization's reputation in the community.The success of the program can be used as an example for other educational institutions to adopt similar programs to enhance the leadership and management skills of their students or santri. However, there are also challenges that need to be addressed, such as limited resources and lack of support from authorities. Collaborative efforts and continuous innovation are needed to overcome these challenges and improve the quality of the training program. In conclusion, the leadership and management training for Santri organization officials in Ponpes Al-Amien Bugih Pamekasan provides significant benefits for participants, organizations, the workforce, and the community as a whole. First-time voters are first-time citizens. This group of first-time voters is usually those who are students as well as young workers. Novice voter participants do not have experience in participating in simultaneous elections and regional elections in 2024. First-time voters should be educated on how to vote correctly in accordance with the National Movement for Mental Revolution (GNRM). The problem in this research is how do novice voters, especially SMA/SMK/MA equivalent students in Bener Meriah Regency, welcome and succeed the 2024 ELECTIONS and SIMULTANEOUS ELECTIONS through the National Movement for Mental Revolution (GNRM). The purpose of this study was to find out how novice voter participants, especially SMA/SMK/MA equivalent students in Bener Meriah Regency, welcome and succeed the 2024 ELECTIONS and SIMULTANEOUS ELECTIONS through the National Movement for Mental Revolution (GNRM). The method used is a survey method to identify and analyze problems related to the level of ability, understanding and knowledge of SMA/SMK/MA equivalent students in Bener Meriah Regency and another method used is political literacy education for these students through community service activities This. The results of his research are that ELECTIONS and PILKADA simultaneously in 2024, especially in the Bener Meriah Regency area, can be carried out successfully and successfully by SMA/SMK/MA equivalent students in Bener Meriah Regency if they realize the five GNRM programs, namely the Indonesia Serving Movement, the Indonesian Movement Clean, Orderly Indonesia Movement, Independent Indonesia Movement, and United Indonesia Movement.
