Keterampilan Interpersonal Skill dalam Dunia Kerja

In the recent complex world of professional work, interpersonal skill improvement is essential. It is more than technical skills, the interpersonal skill demonstrates an employee's ability to understand and respond empathetically to the needs, feelings, and desires of colleagues and superiors in his or her profession. Interpersonal skills also include the ability to solve problems and cope with stress effectively. Given the importance of interpersonal skills in work life, companies should look at for people with strong communication skill who can reinforce a positive work culture. The Participatory Action Research (PAR) method in this activity is used to find out the process or systematic steps used as a means to achieve certain goals effectively. The importance of interpersonal skills in the world of work, that one's success is not only produced because of intelligence and value. There are other things that are no less important needed in our life and socializing in the world of work, namely interpersonal skills possessed by a person.

Pengamalan Nilai Profil Pelajar Pancasila Dalam Proses Pembelajaran Pada Era Digital Di SMPN 6 Palangka Raya

Pancasila is the basis of the state as well as the guideline for the life of the Indonesian nation which will always be attached throughout life. In this case, it can be understood that Pancasila is needed by society as a benchmark in behaving, as well as regulating the state order. As a national identity, Pancasila is not only conveyed in one generation, however, Pancasila is a hereditary heritage for the younger generation. As for continuing it, Pancasila is given in the form of character education which is introduced in the scope of education. Through Pancasila as character education, Indonesian people are able to realize Pancasila values in life. In realizing character education, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) designed the Merdeka curriculum which included the Pancasila Student Profile. The Pancasila Student Profile is the embodiment of Indonesian students as lifelong students who have global competence and behave in accordance with Pancasila values. This study aims to analyze the practice of the values contained in the Pancasila Student Profile in the SMPN 6 Palangka Raya school environment. The results found that SMPN 6 Palangka Raya implemented the Pancasila Student Profile well in the school environment.

Pancasila Sebagai Entitas Dan Identitas Bangsa Indonesia Dan Perwujudannya Di SMAN 5 Palangka Raya 潘卡西拉是她在《机构5》中的印尼人和化身

Pancasila has an important role as the entity and identity of the Indonesian nation. Without an entity and identity, the Indonesian nation does not have an identity and characteristics as a society with a state. Especially with the increasingly rapid flow of globalization, it is feared that the ideology of Pancasila is increasingly being eroded within Indonesian society. There is the concern, so that has become a shared duty and responsibility in preserving and passing on Pancasila to the next generation so that the ideology of Pancasila as the basis of this country remains firmly attached to each individual. One form of effort to preserve and pass on Pancasila to the next generation is the application of Pancasila Student Profiles to learning materials in schools. There are six dimensions in the Pancasila Student Profile, including: 1) Faithful, devoted to God Almighty, and noble, 2) Global diversity, 3) Mutual cooperation, 4) Independent, 5) Critical thinking, and 6) Creative. The existence of the Pancasila Student Profile is expected to liberate and develop the competencies or abilities of students according to their characteristics and become democratic citizens as well as become superior and productive human beings in the 21st Century. Therefore, it is hoped that Indonesian students will be able to participate in global development that is sustainable and resilient in facing various challenges. These problems were researched and studied using literature and also combining the results of PPL observations conducted at SMAN 5 Palangka Raya.

Pelajar Pancasila Pada Abad Ke-21 Di SMAN 1 Palangka Raya

Education plays a big role in making students to preserve Pancasila as the entity and identity of the Indonesian nation. The purpose of this study is to determine the challenges and efforts of schools in realizing Pancasila as the entity and identity of the Indonesian nation. This research is a descriptive qualitative research with the subject of students X-5 and X-7 SMAN 1 Palangka Raya and the object of research is school policy in realizing Pancasila as the entity and identity of the Indonesian nation. Data collection was done through observation and documentation and analyzed by reducing data, presenting results and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the challenges faced in the 21st century in the form of excessive use of technology and access to information that is not properly filtered will disrupt the focus of students in learning. The efforts made by the school are to create students characterized by Pancasila values through an independent curriculum and the implementation of the Pancasila learner profile. The implementation is carried out in the P5 (Pancasila Learner Profile Strengthening Project) learning process so that students will get used to it because the education paradigm in the 21st century makes the learning process in favor of students and makes students adaptable to adapt to the challenges of development in the 21st century. Therefore, the efforts made by the school have tried their best through the Pancasila learner profile as the entity and identity of the Indonesian nation in the 21st century.

Implementasi Pancasila Sebagai Entitas Dan Identitas Pendidikan Abad Ke-21 Di SMAN 4 Palangka Raya 潘卡西拉作为21世纪帕洛瓦拉4号斯曼拉教育实体的实现

This research was made for the purposes of: (1) The challenge of living Pancasila as the entity and identity of the Indonesian nation, the embodiment of the Pancasila student profile in education that is pro-student in 21st century education, (2) to describe the implementation of Pancasila as the entity and identity of the Indonesian nation and its embodiment. Pancasila student profiles in education that are pro-students in 21st century education in the school ecosystem (class). This study uses qualitative research with observation methods conducted at SMA Negeri 4 Palangka Raya. The observation method is a data collection method that is carried out by observing objects directly, by being involved (participatory) or without involving. The techniques used in this research are surveys and interviews in collecting data related to the implementation of Bhineka Tunggal Ika values and Pancasila values in schools. Research data were analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show that: (1) the challenges of living Pancasila as an entity and identity of the Indonesian nation are revealed, the embodiment of the profile of Pancasila students in education that is pro-student in 21st century education, namely the influence of foreign culture, the lack of role and attention of parents towards their children, and the influence of the social environment of students. (2) It was revealed that SMA Negeri 4 Palangkaraya has implemented Pancasila as the entity and identity of the Indonesian nation and the embodiment of the Pancasila student profile in Education which is pro-student in 21st century education in the school ecosystem (class).

Penyuluhan Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Marning Jagung di Desa Kertosari Kecamatan Arjasa Kabupaten Situbondo

Kertosari Village is one of the centers for “marning” corn-processed products in Situbondo. Until now there are three corn-marketing UKMs in Kertosari Village whose products are marketed outside the city, such as Banyuwangi, Malang, to Jakarta.  However, so far UKMs have not implemented GMP in their production processes and tend to use makeshift production rooms with simple tools. Thus, food safety, competitiveness, and product quality are still not a priority for UKMs. The layout of the production process is not by following under GMP principles. This happened because of their limited knowledge and skills regarding GMP principles. Therefore, an extension on the application of GMP principles needs to be done to improve product quality and safety. In addition, GMP principles can also guarantee the health and safety of workers. An extension on the application of GMP principles was carried out using the focus group discussion (FGD) method. The material presented includes the concept of food safety, contamination related to processed food production, and GMP principles. The results of the extension show an increase in knowledge by 25%.

Until now there are three corn-marketing UKMs in Kertosari Village whose products are marketed outside the city, such as Banyuwangi, Malang, to Jakarta.  However, so far UKMs have not implemented GMP in their production processes and tend to use makeshift production rooms with simple tools. Thus, food safety, competitiveness, and product quality are still not a priority for UKMs. The layout of the production process is not by following under GMP principles. This happened because of their limited knowledge and skills regarding GMP principles. Therefore, an extension on the application of GMP principles needs to be done to improve product quality and safety. In addition, GMP principles can also guarantee the health and safety of workers. An extension on the application of GMP principles was carried out using the focus group discussion (FGD) method. The material presented includes the concept of food safety, contamination related to processed food production, and GMP principles. Tanaman pisang merupakan tanaman asli Benua Asia Tenggara, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari beberapa literatur yang menyebutkan bahwa tanaman pisang adalah tanaman asli dari Negara Indonesia, Selain tumbuh sebagai tanaman liar, tanaman pisang juga banyak dibudidayakan. Pada dasarnya tanaman pisang diklasifikasikan dalam berbagai jenis. Pisang yang mempunyai warna kuning yang khas rasa yang manis dan lezat. Pelatihan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Melalui Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Buah Pisang ini bertujuan untuk manfaatkan olahan buah Pisang raja sebagai makanan cemilan dengan inofasi baru yaitu Banana Pizza. Metode yang kita lakukan adalah metode praktek langsung kepada audiens di kelurahan Klamalu Kabupaten Sorong. Hasil dari penelitian ini dilakukan agar memotivasi audines untuk memperoleh ide bisnis dan mendapatkan peluang bisnis di usia muda. Para dosen berkolaborasi dengan mahasiswa melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan program pelatihan hasil dari Pelatihan ini adalah Para masyarakat dibina untuk mengembangkan kreatifitas dalam membuat produk dan memanfaatkan buah pisang di lingkungan sekitar karena keterbatasan waktu dan kegiatan itu sendiri.

Pemberdayaan Mahasiswa Melalui Pemanfaatan Pare Hutan (Momordica Balsamina) Sebagai Bahan Olahan Kerupuk 通过雷帕尔森林(Momordica Balsamina)的施法赋予学生权力

Variasi pengolahan pare sebagai makanan tergolong minim dibandingkan dengan buah dan sayuran lainnya. Salah satu peluang usaha yang potensial untuk dibuat dan disukai banyak orang adalah mencampur buah tanaman tersebut sebagai olahan usaha kerupuk. Tujuan pengabdian ini yaitu memberdayakan mahasiswa melalui Pemanfaatan Pare Hutan (Momordica Balsamina) sebagai Bahan Olahan Kerupuk. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan melakukan survei pengetahuan mitra, teori pembuatan kerupuk, dan praktik pembuatan kerupuk. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa proses kegiatan pengabdian rata-rata mencapai 83%. Penampakan kerupuk mentah yaitu strukturnya keras dan tebal, warnanya coklat keabuan, aroma gurih bawang, sedangkan penampakan kerupuk goreng yaitu strukturnya keras, warnanya coklat muda, rasa gurih, dan aroma gurih. Hasil evaluasi beberapa mahasiswa untuk tes kerupuk menunjukkan bahwa kerupuk lebih baik dalam bentukan lebih tipis agar renyah saat digoreng. Oleh karena itu, perlu ada evaluasi terhadap hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini agar menjadi produk yang lebih baik lagi.

Pelatihan dan Pendampingan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Multimedia bagi Guru TK-KB Taman Sari Kabupaten Bayuasin

Community Service activities aim to provide skills to partners in developing interactive multimedia-based learning materials. The method used is the approach method which includes observation, interview and counseling. The implementation of this activity was carried out in two meetings or about two days, where the meeting was in the form of presentation of material, and continued with assistance in making multimedia-based learning materials until completion. The results obtained by participants can create interactive learning media with the Sothink SWF Easy application. The response results from participants gave positive statements.
