Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) which pays attention to employee interest in career development is not known and understood by employees and management of the Limited Company of Rural Banking (PT BPR) Artha Tanah Mas. Employees whose careers will be developed are not enthusiastic because the development is not in accordance with their interests. The purpose of this community service is to increase knowledge and understanding of Social Cognitive Career Theory for employees and management of PT BPR Artha Tanah Mas. The method used was in the form of lectures, questions and answers, sharing, assignments, and games which were carried out on October 1, 2022 at the PT BPR Artha Tanah Mas Office in Semarang City, attended by all staff employees, supervisors and managers. The pre-test was given before the training, and the post-test was given after the training. The test results using the Wilcoxon test statistical technique showed that the knowledge and understanding of the participants after the training increased significantly compared to the knowledge and understanding of the participants before the training. Thus the purpose of community service in the form of training has been achieved.

This study reviews the objectives of the Clean Friday program concept and its application as a vehicle to deliver student character improvement in the school environment, especially in terms of character. The subjects of this study were students of SMA Negeri 8 Bekasi. The research data was taken from the results of observations, observations, and interviews with several parties. The method in this study uses descriptive qualitative. Character is something that is attached to a person to shape his personality. This study describes the results, namely showing that the Clean Friday program can foster creativity, religious values, nationalism, the value of love for cleanliness and the environment, the value of cooperation, the value of responsibility, and the value of care for the environment, as well as an attitude of helping each other. Therefore, this program is a recommendation for educational institutions to develop and implement the Clean Friday program to become a flagship program in the school environment

Renovasi dan peningkatan bangunan Mushola menjadi Masjid telah dilakukan oleh pengurus Mushola Al Azhar. Pendampingan dilakukan untuk membantu penguruus Mushola selaku panitia renovasi Mushola Al Azhar agar berjalan sesuai target kualitas bangunan dan anggaran yang telah disiapkan. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan menjadi 2 tahap, yang pertama tahap penyampaian maksud dan tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian kepada masyrakat dan penjelasan beberapa materi mengenai pelakasanaan pekerjaan proyek. Tahap pertama berlangsung pada hari Minggu Tanggal 15 Mei 2022 pukul 19:00 WIB ba’da sholat Isya’. Untuk mengukur pengetahuan warga, maka dilakukan survei kuisioner di awal dan di akhir pertemuan. Hasil kuisioner menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan awal warga mengenai seputar dunia proyek hanya sekitar 31,82%. Peningkatan pengetahuan bertambah setelah diberi penjelasan mengenai seputar pekerjaan proyek menjadi 65,36%. Pada pertemuan pertama juga dibahas mengenai rencana perletakan batu pertama yang akhirnya disepakati akan dilaksanakan hari Jum’at Tanggal 20 Mei 2022. Tahap kedua dari pengabdian adalah membantu mengawasi pelaksanaan pekerjaan secara kunjungan langsung maupun pendampingan jarak jauh secara daring. Pekerjaan telah terlaksana dengan baik, hingga saat ini sudah mencapai progres 70%. Pekerjaan renovasi ditargetkan selesai pada bulan Oktober 2022.

The best approach to addressing this issue is necessary due to parents' lack of understanding about children's education and current needs. Therefore, it is imperative to provide services that seek to improve parents' understanding through socialization. This service was held to better inform parents of RT 08 Kelurahan Mandala Merauke about educational efforts. The participants in this service totaled 20 people, all of whom were parents of children in the school age range. The method of service carried out was mentoring with a lecture, discussion, and question and answer approach. The results of the service showed a positive influence on parents' perceptions of education for children. After the material was delivered, it was clear that parents' understanding increased. To increase parents' awareness of education for children, it is recommended that the activities carried out be continued and made into routine activities.
