Keillahian Yesus Kristus 耶稣基督的诞生

When Jesus was born, it has caused turmoil in this world, even today. Who is Jesus really? Everyone can imagine and even think of Jesus according to their tastes. Starting from negative things, to positive ones. From insulting to praising. And that will still happen until the end of this world. Even though in Christianity Jesus is central to the faith of believers, the central Bible and the center of salvation. Then who exactly is Jesus as shown in Hebrews 1: 1-4? A true human and true Go d is present among humans.

All humans are sinful and no one is without sin. The intended sinfulness applies to everyone, no matter what their religious status or whatever their social status. Through this incident in John 8, from the words Jesus gave about 'whoever is without sin' it is very clear that all men have sinned so that no one is without sin. Sin deserves to be punished. But in this case, the sins committed by adulterous women were not punished by Jesus. This does not mean that Jesus was abolishing the law, but Jesus made it clear that the sinfulness of mankind must be redeemed and that redemption was not enough with the sacrifice made every year according to the law. Permanent redemption comes only from God Himself through Jesus Christ.

There are many definitions for understanding the meaning of happiness. Every way is done by people to be able to get happiness in their lives. Many think that happiness is based solely on material problems. Is that right? Given that many are wallowing in wealth, but their lives are not happy. Then through Psalm 119: 1-3 this will be explained the meaning of happiness expected by God to happen to humans. Various problems may exist, but if you still hope and rely on God, then someone will be able to enjoy happiness in his life.

Since the appearance of the church, heresy has also begun to run rampant. The problem the same, also being faced by the church in this century. In Ephesians,  Christians get attacks from both Jewish and Greek traditions at that time. Starting from Gnostic influence is also the god's worship. Then it is necessary to take a stand to see the situation like this, considering that if left unchecked it will damage the faith the church of God at that time. Then through Timothy's letter, Paul wanted to advise how to deal with avoiding superstition, faithful worship, full hope to God, teaches the true teachings and sets an example in the spiritual life.

The Armageddon will be the site of gathering of armies for a battle during end times, variously interpreted as either or symbolic location. The term is also used a generic sense to refer to end of the world scenario. According to the Bible, Jesus will return to earth and defeat the Antichrist, the False prophet and Satan the Devil in the Battle of Armageddon. Then Satan will be put into the “bottomless pit” or abyss for 1,000 years, knows as the Millennium.

The New Testament Epistle of Titus was written by Paul. He writes this letter to instruct Titus in regard to overseeing the believers in Crete. There are lots of things Titus must know and do to help these believers. The people in Crete are fairly new believers and they need to be organized into local churches. Titus’ responsibility is to appoint leadership in the churches and to ground the believers in sound doctrine. Spiritually qualified elders and doctrinally grounded believers will greatly promote spiritual unity in the local churches. The biblical teaching would provide the necessary components for biblical conflict resolution in the future. Paul writes Titus as his representative in Crete to aid the churches on a prophylactic way against Jewish false teachers by appointing those in leadership who are able tio manage God’s household well and stand against the false teachers, and by exhorting all believers to excel in good works so tha they  might reach those outside of the church with the gospel.

The title of this qualitative study is Serving Christ In Writing. In addition through the study of literature, in this study there were five informants interviewed are in Jakarta, Bandung, and Yogyakarta 1 person and then Surabaya 2 persons. Opinion of the five informants was not too much different. Essentially a writer needs to have the preparation of the material that will be presented. But since this is within the scope of Christianity, the good news that should not be forgotten for broadcast.

This research is titled The Influence of Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon on Organizational Commitment at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya. The purpose of research is to identify and analyze whether Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon have influence on the organizational commitment of congregation at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya. The population in this study were all congregation at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya. Samples of this study are 100 respondent. Through sampling stratified Random techniques. These influence was measured using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis, t-test and analysis of variance. Descriptive  analysis  were taken to analyze organizational commitment levels according to demographic groups. The hypothesis in this study are the Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon have positive and significant on organizational commitment. The results showed that collectively, there are positive and significant correlation among Leadership Style, Communication Competence and Sermon on Organizational Commitment at GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya 71,1%. It means that 71,1% of organizational commitment in GKI Darmo Satelit Surabaya influenced by Leadership style, communication competence and sermon and the other 28,9% by others. All of the variable partially have significant correlation to Organizational Commitment.

In this dissertation the researcher takes the title: Implementation Loves God In Mark 12:30 Among Students of Bethany High School Theology Surabaya. Students from Bethany High School Surabaya come from various backgrounds. This background colored the implementation and practice of loving God in Mark 12:30. In the field observation there is a negative phenomenon among students STT Bethany Surabaya in the implementation of loving God in Mark 12:30. In the formulation of the problem, the researcher determines from the four aspects of God's love in Mark 12:30, which aspect dominantly forms the implementation of loving God in the lives of STT Bethany Surabaya students. The temporary answer to the problem under investigation, whose truth needs to be tested empirically is the hypothesis. Based on the formulation of the problem, the study of the theory and framework of the above hypothetical proposed as follows: 1. Loving God with all the heart in Mark 12:30 among students STT Bethany tend to be in low to moderate position, 2. Loving God with all the soul in Mark 12:30 among the students of STT Bethany tends to be in low to moderate positions. 3. Loving God with all the intellect in Mark 12:30 among the students of STT Bethany tends to be on the way to high. 4. Loving God with all the strength in Mark 12:30 amongst the students of STT Bethany tends to be in a position of being heading high. The research methodology is quantitative with confirmatory explanatory approach that is based on quantitative in data collection and analysis to test the hypothesis specified. In this section of analysis and discussion of researchers conducted a discussion of the results of research hypotheses. The first hypothesis is that the application of the Y variable tends to be in a moderate position. The findings in the field regarding the application of variable Y are in a moderate position. The hypothesis is acceptable. Based on the results of statistical tests on the implementation of variable Y in the range of Lower Bound and Upper Bond value of 341.28 s / d 347.85 lies in the category is. The ability of teachers to manage student interactions in learning activities relates to communication between students and other students, students with teachers and vice versa. The purpose of this study was to measure the improvement in the ability of Surabaya Elementary School 5 teachers to communicate with students after clinical supervision. This classroom action research was carried out by taking place at SD Negeri 5 Surabaya. The school's action research was conducted in the first semester of the 2016/2017 school year. The subject of this study was the teacher of SD Negeri 5 Surabaya, amounting to six teachers. The results of this study are the teacher's ability to communicate with students from cycle to cycle has increased, namely from prasiklus 33.86%, the first cycle of 66.08%, and the second cycle of 88.30%, so that the increase during the action is 54, 44%. Increases occur in all aspects. The increase in teachers' abilities was due to clinical supervision activities based on objective assessments that were delivered transparently to teachers, besides the implementation of supervision with a small number of teachers tended to facilitate communication between researchers, principals and teachers. The existence of such supervision increases the teacher's awareness of the importance of the ability to communicate with students, and raises the awareness of teachers that this ability is one aspect of teacher performance assessment.
