ESTANDARIZACIÓN DEL PROCESO DE CONSUMIBLES EN EL SENADO DE LA REPÚBLICA DE COLOMBIA 哥伦比亚共和国参议院消耗品流程的标准化

Las entidades estatales de un pais tienen la responsabilidad de aplicar y fomentar en su territorio, el cumplimiento de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible propuestos por la Organizacion de Naciones Unidas. Dentro de estos, se encuentra el “garantizar modalidades de consumo y produccion sostenibles”[1]; una de sus metas es que, a 2030, se debe “reducir considerablemente la generacion de desechos mediante actividades de prevencion, reduccion, reciclado y reutilizacion”. Para el caso del Senado de la Republica de Colombia, interesada en cumplir con dichos objetivos, se presenta una metodologia acorde para la estandarizacion del proceso de consumibles (residuos asociados a productos de oficina como el papel, plastico, carton, mezcladores, vasos, etc.), el cual tiene un papel importante al interior de la institucion en relacion con la optimizacion de recursos. El metodo aplicado se baso en herramientas de ingenieria que permitieron analizar y evaluar los procedimientos que tienen mayor influencia, lo cual tuvo como resultado la realizacion de toda la documentacion del proceso, con sus respectivos tiempos de ejecucion, indicadores y evaluacion de impacto. La aplicacion de dichos lineamientos permitira tener un mayor control sobre el manejo y disposicion final de los productos remanentes, lo cual constituye un avance y desarrollo en el aspecto procedimental y ambiental orientado a ser una organizacion sostenible. Informal work is a prevalent condition in the working population of the market square, whose informal conditions at the labor level allow an interesting approach to their health and safety conditions at work. This study is a quantitative investigation with a descriptive scope. The general objective is to describe the theories that are related and justified with informality. An interesting aspect lies in the initial approach that was taken in the research process, taking into account the behavioral characteristics of the informal workers in the Ubaté market place. The initially achieved results allow describing that informal worker identify that there are risks in their workplace, however they recognize biological, physical and ergonomic risks as the most prevalent. However, these conditions must be evaluated by implementing the initial risk assessment to identify their level. Some theories are related to safe behavior, which becomes an interest to achieve safe work in this population group. Likewise, it is concluded that it is important to implement an initial risk assessment, implementing a methodology that allows identifying what they are and how favorable changes can be generated in their working conditions.

In this  research, the  main  objective  is to study the  Runge-Kutta and  Adams Bashforth- Moulton numerical methods. To fulfill the purpose  of this  study, the Systems of differential equations of the  Lotka-Volterra model  was  used  and  the  mathematical software Wolfram Mathematica was used.  In the results, the RK4, AB4 and AM4 methods are compared with the NDSolve command using the Lotka-Volterra model. The results obtained in the phase diagrams and the table of points of the iteration indicated that the RK4 method has higher precision than the AB4 and AM4 methods.

The research carried out presented as a center of interest the learning of multiplication, from the implementation of a didactic strategy, applied to children in the third grade of Basic Primary. It was taken into account that for children it is of vital importance to be protagonists of their own knowledge, that is, when they feel involved in the design of strategies, they feel motivated by the learning that is coming. The purpose was focused on implementing pedagogical strategies mediated by play, play and everyday life, to contribute to the learning of the multiplication of students of the third grade of basic education of the Julius Sieber Educational Institution in the city of Tunja. The implemented methodology was focused on the qualitative, with an action research type, with the development of four phases. Among the results, it is perceived that the children had fun with the strategy, due to the motivation they had with the use of the computer; those who had access to this tool. Those who developed the strategy in the notebook had fun, because the problem situations listed were part of their daily lives; In the same sense, the teacher’s reflection on the process of development, application and reflection of the strategy, by the teacher, enriches the processes. HORIZONTE DE LA SEGURIDAD INFORMÁTICA EN LA ERA DE LA INDUSTRIA 4.0 工业4.0时代的计算机安全视野

Today’s humanity thanks to the third industrial revolution, has relied on technology as a mechanism of evolution towards a new digital way of life, where today smart computing devices are becoming more common and therefore it started to permeate more easily on different areas of our society, and together with the help of an amazing telecommunications medium as massive and dynamic just as the contemporary Internet, has allowed to view a new industrialized model for the manufacture of industrialized products in an automatic and autonomous way; this concept is called the fourth industrial revolution or industry 4.0, where the interconnectivity based on the Internet of things and the intelligent and robotic technological elements, deploy a new and refreshing industrial model.This new industrial revolution as well as any technological revolutionary trend with high impact for humanity, always are accompanied by an urgent need to be evaluated and safeguarded with the parameters of today’s computer security, which may be limited or insufficient for the ideology of the industry 4.0, this is because the existing IT security activities are insufficient for such massive, distributed, insecure and critical environment as the proposed by the next generation production plants and therefore at the same time the companies must evolve to adopt the native production processes of the fourth industrial revolution, the computer security specialists must also develop their concepts, technologies and activities, to design and manage highly secure production environments aligned with the requirements and vulnerabilities of this new industrial generation.The ultimate purpose of this document is to present how current IT security should begin to see the industry 4.0 as its new field of action, because without a robust technological protection model any deployment of new generation industrial functions it would be completely catastrophic for the company that wishes to evolve thanks to the adoption of this new business archetype. This article is segmented by the presentation of a context by the principles of the fourth industrial revolution, where some key foundations of this technological trend are exhibited, and then go on to exhibit a safety analysis on the different segments that make up a factory of new generation, to then identify some of the most interesting trends of attack that modern cybercriminals are beginning to deploy to violate complex industrial systems, and finally present some safety recommendations based on the study of the native vulnerabilities of a generic factory 4.0 along with the newest styles of digital aggression focused on this amazing but defenseless new generation industrial guideline. Organizational development allows the efficiency and effectiveness of the companies, the key for this process to be successful is in the active participation of the people who make up the organization, regardless of their role and the position in which they perform.
