This article is based on research and development of project Operation standarization through MTM developed in company Industrias Inca S.A. or Azzorti how is more known in 2022, the project aims time standarization. Time manufacturing standarization are the main base to make the launching development of the company and its accuracy is the main guideline for costs assertiveness, however, currently not all times are standarized, even among the same type of clothing. This project was implemented based on DMAIC methodology, first defining the problem, and comparing metrics, then observing and making comparative analysis of competition factors. an analysis and observation were made with different methods of the company and those were validated with MTM´s sequences. The methodology establishment to define each time operation through MTM is based on existent theories so far, combined with manufacturing formulas. Found deviation cost analysis and impact itself are presented, from which goals in the cost deviation indicators a main base with times based on movements MTM is proposed. This article shows how it’s possible to implement an standarized data base and based on theory without need to buy an specialized program, those one could be implemented from the presented scheme and it can be the main element of operational routes and costs of any company, medium or large. The cost impact becomes in the main reason to make the decision to implement it, this methodology could be implemented in large companies that already have a development process, or small and medium companies that will help to them to make an easier and organized process.

This document describes some of the biggest problems that small manufacturing companies have in Colombia, since these are the ones that generate the most employment and when they close, they cause a high unemployment rate, in addition, through an analysis possible solutions taking into account the production and logistics processes, which are part of the areas that, in these companies, invested or greatly diminish the efficiency and / or economic efficiency of the organization, all this, to avoid the low quality of life of many Colombians who lose their jobs and to increase the economic development of the country in general.

NÁLISIS DE LA PRESIÓN FACIAL GENERADA POR LAS MASCARILLAS DE USO COTIDIANO UTILIZANDO EL MÉTODO DE ELEMENTOS FINITOS 用有限元法分析日常口罩产生的面部压力

In the present work, a model based on the finite element method is formulated, with the purpose of measuring the facial pressure generated by everyday masks. The analysis includes the computational determination of the contact pressure generated by the mask on two head shapes that contemplate the anthropometric dimensions of the Colombian population between 20 and 59 years old, one represents the male sex and the other the female sex. The head model is divided into five parts (two cheeks, the forehead, the chin, and the back of the head), some of them contemplate layers of skin, muscle, fat tissue and bone, according to the anatomy of the human head. The mask is made up of three layers of different materials, a metal clip and two elastic bands that allow the mask to be adjusted to the face. The simulation process consists of placing the mask fully centered on the face and stretching the elastic bands until they are located at the back of the ears, thus generating facial contact between the mask and the head. The results obtained in the simulation indicate that the maximum pressure values are found in five specific points of the head.

According to the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO), tourism is defined as a social, cultural and economic phenomenon, in which a movement of people between countries or in the same place of residence is generated, occasionally due to personal, work or professional aspects. The present investigation is of an observational type, cross- sectional, quantitative approach, and descriptive scope. A data collection instrument was designed with sociodemographic and occupational variables, health conditions, and occupational health and safety conditions. The results allow us to observe that of the total population only 25% have a contributory health regime, 16.7% have affiliation to the occupational risk insurer, there is a lack of knowledge about biosafety measures. identification of hazards and risks in their workplaces, and a negative impact due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Additionally, biological, chemical, ergonomic and psychosocial risks are identified, for which it is necessary to carry out a mapping of the companies in order to be able to implement the protocols, processes and procedures that guarantee the safety and health of visitors and tourists.

In order to structure the Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements established by NTC ISO 9001: 2015 for companies in the qualification and metrology sector, a qualitative research has been carried out, the outcome of which show that its development results in benefits focused on the continuous improvement of processes and the reduction of nonquality costs, increasing the control and evaluation of business activities, at the same time, it allows to have a greater participation in the market, making companies visible to the type of industries that provide their services; For the present case, the pharmaceutical is the main one, which as a result of the current health situation, has shown a boom with respect to the demand in the quality of drugs used to combat all types of diseases; enforcing the standardization of documentation according to current regulations, compliance is increased by 95%, in accordance with the requirements of the standard.

This project seeks to propose a drone system to improve security in Bogotá, given that insecurity rates have increased significantly in recent years and even more so in the COVID-19 pandemic. The proposal is based on having an integrated system with special characteristics to face different situations, the drones would be equipped with non-lethal weapons, photo captures for facial and vehicle scanning, real-time location sending, aerial patrolling in more frequent areas of criminal acts, among other functions.

Hydrogen (H2) is the great alternative to conventional fossil fuels in the fight against climate change, since it produces polluting emissions that are friendly to the environment and because of its efficiency: it generates three times as much energy as other fuels, such as gasoline. This work will show a market analysis of a prototype called «hydrogen generator (H2) for bicycle» that will be incorporated into a two (2) stroke engine as a mobility alternative in the city of Bogotá. In a first phase, the initial market study was developed from a representative sample of (384 surveys) and secondary sources, finding that young people between 18 and 25 years of age are the potential clients who could acquire the generator and adapt it to the bicycle, according to the statistical analysis, they represent 48.7% of the total Bogota population, that is, an estimated 2.450.198 people.

Printer Colombiana S.A.S. is a company with 40 years in the graphic arts industry that has seen this sector become more competitive day by day and faces the uncertainty caused by the current situation, where production is basically threatened by incursion of digital environments, for which it must be established how to promote growth in the company’s sales, without reducing the profit margin that must be attributed to this, implementing strategies that strengthen the business and generate a competitive advantage in the market. The differentiation in the services offered is well defined, what the client requires is to guarantee the fulfillment of the orders in the agreed times, low costs, and excellent quality, for this in PRINTER COLOMBIANA SAS, a series of Lean Manufacturing tools is determined in those that consider the creation of seasonal warehouses and relocation of pre-press, which yields an average decrease of 75% in travel times, reduces the setup time of the machine by 18 minutes, improving the VSM cycle time; In addition, control formats are provided in the printing process which help to have an order in the plant, errors are prevented in the production cycle and quality failures can be reduced by ensuring that the finished product is delivered to the customer’s satisfaction.

The provision of sustainable energy solutions in Rural Areas with Dispersed Population (ARPoDs) without the possibility of interconnection to power grids in the Province of Santiago del Estero (Argentina), motivates a preliminary analysis of the context at the global, national and provincial levels, and then to explore options that integrate different energy sources applied to a case study, specifically to the community located in the town of Las Viboritas, in the Mitre department of the aforesaid province. The purpose of the work is to present the analysis of the energy situation and possible energy supply solutions in the field of ARPDs from an integrative perspective, based on the 2030 ODS and the so-called New Rurality. In addition, the study of an alternative using solar-wind hybrid energy systems is described, contrasted with other options, even based on fossil fuels. A recognized computational tool is applied that allows optimizing the operation of systems with hybrid energy sources for each hour of the year. The design is carried out from the quantification of the demand, the dimensioning and cost of the technologies that make up the hybrid system, and the availability of renewable resources at the site under study. As a result, a solar-fossil hybrid system with a lithium accumulation bank is proposed, since this system presents greater reliability and safety for its operation as an isolated network.
