Very few studies have investigated entrepreneurial characteristics of principal architects, who venture out on their own, rather than practice under established organizations. The research was done to determine and quantify the entrepreneurial characteristics of the principal partners of architectural firms in Lagos, Nigeria. A cross-sectional survey of 92 principal partners of architectural firms in Lagos State, carried out in March 2018 and Questionnaires were used in obtaining the data. Results from the analyzed data showed that there is a correlation between the entrepreneurial characteristics of principal partner and the performance of their firms in that their leadership skill and prowess have a direct influence on their firms. This, however, does not necessarily result in a better outcome in all measures of performance investigated. This is because the two entrepreneurial characteristics only affect the ability of the firms to expand. The recommendation, therefore, is that architecture schools should include leadership training and capacity building programs to produce effective contemporary architects who consequently will lead a successful firm, thus bringing repute to the field of architecture. This research can also be implemented on a large scale in other fields for comparative analysis.

Іn the absence of legal regulation of lobbying relations, large agricultural producers have the advantage of protecting their economic interests, since it requires significant resources: intellectual, financial and so on. Adoption of a special law on lobbying will bring out the identified phenomenon from the “shadow”. The introduction of optimal legal mechanisms to defend, in particular, the interests of the business will lead to a reduction in the necessary organizational actions. Civil society in general and each citizen will be able to obtain information on lobbyists of a particular management decision separately if they wish. In particular, the determination of the procedure for payment of subsidies in the agricultural sector of the economy. Such changes will reduce the level of corruption in this area, which can significantly increase the flow of investment in the national sector of the economy. Such changes will, in our opinion, promote the self-organization of small and medium-sized businesses in agriculture. The updated conditions of communication of business groups and government bodies will give the merged agricultural associations of small / medium-sized economic entities (producers) the opportunity in a legal (legal) way to influence the legislative process.

Since becoming a province, Gorontalo has the potential to compete with other provinces that have long been established in the field of natural tourism. Gorontalo City has one location that is suitable as a tourist attraction, which is in the area of "Tanjung Kramat". "Tanjung Kramat" is one of the villages that has beautiful natural potential, but the facilities available in the "Tanjung Kramat" area are very minimal and there are no adequate supporting facilities. This region is expected to be a supporting facility for the existence of coastal tourism that not only witnesses the beauty of hilly areas that have not been contaminated by pollution, but also can utilize various other facilities. The method used is descriptive method, by outlining primary and secondary data, problems and existing theories, then analyzed and carried out an approach to the final results of the analysis that is the basis for the preparation of program planning. This tourism area development planning places more emphasis on the concept of design, analysis that helps development projects, mass order placement, circulation, interior parts, structures and building materials to the landscape or exterior, which will be applied to the "Tanjung Kramat" Tourism Area Development Plan in Gorontalo.

The article considers the results of the study of electromagnetic vibration exciter with sequentially included capacitor in the electrical circuit, consisting of mechanical and electrical subsystems. It is shown that by means of the Lagrangian-Maxwell equation the interconnection between mechanical and electric subsystems can be realized. The relations describing processes of establishment of amplitudes and phases of oscillations both in mechanical and in electric subsystems are deduced. The equations connecting the output (amplitude) of vibration of the vibrating exciter with its input (voltage) of the network are presented. As a result, the formulas allowing making corrections at the solution of the system describing operation of the electromagnetic vibrating exciter in two-stroke mode are presented.

The article deals with the analysis of effective communication of Ukrainian opinion leaders in social media. In Ukraine, the use of social networking sites Facebook and Instagram has become widespread. There are also two recognized opinion leaders in the field of health care, Yevhen Komarovskiy and Ulana Suprun. Based on a two-step flow model of communication, the authors investigate how opinion leaders create their Internet content on social networks and establish communication with the audience. The study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods, which allow for reproducing the overall scheme of building the opinion leaders' internet content. The features of Ukrainian opinion leaders' effective communication with the audience were determined by specifying content distribution technologies, specifying formats for presenting information as well as identify the subject of messages, selecting out hashtags. According to the results of the study, opinion leaders use different channels of communication with the audience, and patients (own website, a YouTube channel, participation in media projects). Their activities in social networks Instagram and Facebook are confirmed by the regular posting and communication with other users, encouraging feedback. Opinion leaders in the medical field apply the following technologies to create a positive image and maintain credibility among the audience: minimizing messages about private life; creating a column about breaking down health stereotypes; spreading medical innovations; quality visual content; hyperlinks to their other channels; use and creating hashtags; simple and clear advice to their patients.

-This study aims to evaluate and compare the toxicity and molluscicidal efficacy of three monoterpene oils (linalool, thymol, and eugenol) and artemether, plant derivative agents and atrazine, roundup and miltefosine, chemical synthetic agents against freshwater snails Biomphalaria alexandrina ; intermediate host of Schistosoma mansoni . Following WHO guidelines, the sublethal (LC 0 , LC 10 and LC 25 ) and lethal (LC 50 and LC 90 ) concentrations of tested materials were estimated after 24 hours exposure followed by another of recovery. The recorded results illustrated that all the tested agents had molluscicidal properties and a toxic effect against the examined snails. The most potent molluscicidal agent was atrazine expressed by LC 50 of 1.31 ppm and LC 90 of 4.07 ppm followed by roundup with LC 50 3.21 ppm and LC 90 12.61ppm, then miltefosine with LC 50 14.66 ppm and LC90 24.06 ppm, then artemether with LC 50 18.30 ppm and LC90 28.40 . Furthermore, the recorded results showed that the molluscicidal activity of the tested agents was arranged according to their lethal concentrations against B. alexandrina snails as the following: atrazine > roundup > miltefosine > artemether > thymol > eugenol > linalool. This study highlights plant derivative agents as safe natural molluscicides instead of harmful toxic chemical synthetic agents on non-target organisms and even man. It is recommended that more research studies should be carried out to assess the impact of linalool, thymol, eugenol and artemether in terms of biological, biochemical and molecular parameters of snails as well as their efficacy as schistosomicidal agents against S . mansoni worms.
