Analisis Dinamik Model Sel Kanker Prostat dengan Terapi Vaksin Kuratif 前列腺癌细胞模型与治愈性疫苗疗法的动态分析

                Prostate cancer is a type of cancer that occurs in men and requires an effective therapeutic approach. Treatment of prostate cancer depends on the stage at diagnosis. In advanced stages of prostate cancer can be treated with hormone therapy such as chemotherapy which is then followed by vaccine therapy which aims to help increase the body's immune system response to prostate cancer cells. This model consists of a system of ordinary differential equations with five variables used, including androgen-dependent prostate cancer cells, androgen-independent prostate cancer cells, dendritic cells, effector cells, and curative vaccines. Then two equilibrium point conditions are produced, when there is no vaccine  for disease free conditions  and endemic conditions , then when the vaccine  there are three equilibrium conditions namely disease free , side effects  and local existence between prostate cancer cells with vaccine . The results of the stability analysis for each equilibrium point show that when , the condition  is global asymptotic, while the condition  is stable because the eigenvalue is negative. When  for the condition  it is unstable because the two roots are positive, then for the condition  it is global asymptotic and for the condition  it is asymptotically local because all the eigenvalues are negative. The numerical simulations of equilibrium points obtained using the fourth order runge-kutta method according to different q parameter values show that the larger the dendritic cells and effector cells activated, the greater the vaccine that enters the body, resulting in immune cells that will fight prostate cancer cells.

Kriptografi Hibrida Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) dan Merkle-Hellman Knapsack untuk Pengamanan Pesan Teks 用于文本信息安全的密码块链 (CBC) 和梅克尔-赫尔曼包(Merkle-Hellman Knapsack)混合密码学

A secret message is a message that can only be seen by those who are entitled. In its delivery, a procedure is needed to keep the secret message secure, which is called cryptography. This research uses hybrid cryptography Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) and Merkle-Hellman Knapsack. The purpose of this research is to find out the encryption and decryption process of hybrid cryptography Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) and Merkle-Hellman Knapsack. The stages in this research use a qualitative approach with the library research method. In the encryption process with CBC, plaintext is encrypted first and the result called ciphertext. Furthermore, the key and Initialization Vector (IV) from CBC are encrypted using Merkle-Hellman Knapsack by generating a public key first and producing cipherkey. In the decryption process cipherkey is first decrypted using Merkle-Hellman Knapsack by calculating the inverse modulo . The decryption process continues by decrypting ciphertext using CBC. The result of securing messages using hybrid cryptography Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) and Merkle-Hellman Knapsack has a higher level of security than using only one cryptographic algorithm. As for the future, this research can be used to expand knowledge about securing text messages using hybrid cryptography algorithm CBC and Merkle-Hellman Knapsack.

Penerapan Metode Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making Pada Interpretasi Hasil Penentuan Kemiskinan Provinsi Jawa Timur 多晶法的使用决定了东爪哇省贫困人口的解释

Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making (FMCDM) method is a method of making decisions based on certain criteria to determine the best alternative among several alternatives. The purpose of the FMCDM method is to obtain the best alternative that is accurate and optimal. Poverty is a condition in which economic needs are not met against the average standard of living in the region. Poverty is a very important issue for the government or related agencies. This problem can be solved by determining the district/city area which is included in the poor category. So a method is needed that can be used to determine the existence of poverty in an area. The solution to overcome this problem is to use the FMCDM method. The solution to overcome this problem is to use the FMCDM method. The FMCDM process begins by determining objectives, alternative decisions, and a collection of criteria that will be used to determine poor districts/cities in East Java Province. The alternative decisions consist of 38 regencies/cities of East Java Province, while the set of criteria consists of the Percentage of Poor People, Human Development Index, Poverty Depth Index, and Poverty Severity Index. The next step evaluates the fuzzy set by aggregating the weight of the criteria and the degree of fit of each alternative to its criteria. The aggregation result is called the fuzzy match index which consists of three values, namely, the value which represents the result of the lower limit aggregation, the value which represents the middle bound, and the value which represents the upper bound value. The three values are ranked using the ranking method for fuzzy numbers with degrees of optimasan. So that the total integral value for each alternative will be a decision from the highest priority to the lowest in determining the districts / cities included in the poor category and as an effort to reduce poverty in East Java Province.

Analisis Dinamik Model Respon Inflamasi Pada Paru-Paru 肺炎症反应动态分析模型

This study discusses the dynamic analysis of the inflammatory response model in the lungs. Then proceed with performing numerical simulations. This study was conducted to present the inflammatory response in the lungs. In the mathematical model of the inflammatory response, there are three variables, namely (pathogen), (immune system) and (inflammation). Dynamic analysis is carried out by determining the equilibrium point, the basic reproduction number , stability analysis of the equilibrium point. The results of this study obtained a basic reproduction number . The disease-free equilibrium point is unstable and the endemic equilibrium point is unstable when the parameter values in table 4.1 are used. The results of numerical simulations show that the population of pathogens found in the body starts from the first day, which is 0.01, increases to 2.8 until the second week, decreasing constantly accompanied by the immune system in the human body so that it goes to 0 at infinity. While the immune defense population in the human body rises to 4.4 and decreases slowly and constantly following the development of pathogens in the human body accompanied by the immune system itself. And the pro-inflammatory inflammation population runs steadily at 0 to rises at 4.3 following human immune defense and falls at week 16 and continues to be consistent. The rate of inflammation follows a hyperbolic tan which is affected by when t is infinite towards . When the parameter values and are increased, the pro-inflammatory inflammation will decrease and vice versa.

Penentuan Peringkat Penilaian Kinerja Pegawai Sebagai Pendukung Keputusan Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite 利用模糊淘汰方法选择员工的工作表现评估

This study discusses the Fuzzy Elimination Et Choix Traduisant La Realite (ELECTRE) method that can be applied to make a decision support. This method was chosen because it is one of the methods used to rank and determine the best alternative. This study aims to determine the results of the application of the fuzzy ELECTRE method which produces alternative solutions in determining employee performance appraisal ratings for the Education and Culture Office of Malang City. Some of the problems that often occur in employee performance evaluation at the Department of Education and Culture in the city of Malang are still ineffective and inaccurate because the calculation process is still manual. Based on this, the effort to reduce the problems above is to implement a Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making decision support system with the fuzzy ELECTRE method. This method requires a process of normalizing the decision matrix (X) into a comparable scale, then weighting the normalized matrix, then determining the concordance and discordance indices for each alternative pair to calculate the concordance and discordance indices, the ranking process is used to choose the best alternative. This study is limited by several criteria used as linguistic variables with the Triangular Fuzzy Number scale, including SKP scores, service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, and cooperation. Based on employee performance appraisal data that has been calculated using the fuzzy ELECTRE method, the best alternative that occupies the top rank with the highest value is alternative 2 with a value of 55.9155. It is hoped that by using the fuzzy ELECTRE method, the ranking process can be more precise in identifying employees who will become outstanding employees.

The purpose of this study is to determine the results of the combination of Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting with Centroid Rank Order as a support for poverty assessment decisions in East Java Province. Using a combination of Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting and Rank Order Centroid is expected to provide better results. Decision support systems can help the government to determine the poverty status of a district or city in poverty reduction. Poverty itself is an important problem in life in many provinces. The problem of poverty triggers social problems that are closely related to the quality of education, crime, hunger, and others, which cause indirect disruption of stability and sustainability. Therefore, a decision support system is needed to make it easier for the government to determine the poorest districts or cities so that the government can aid programs or make strategies to reduce poverty. Fuzzy logic is a method that can be used to overcome uncertainty in decision making. One method in fuzzy logic to overcome uncertainty is to use the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting method. In the Fuzzy Simple Additive Weighting method, there is a selection of criteria that will later be weighted based on importance or priority using the Rank Order Centroid method. The criteria used in this study are life expectancy (AHH), literacy rate (AMH), per capita expenditure, and population. The membership function used is the Tringular Fuzzy Number representation. In this study, twenty four rules were given which were obtained from giving different weights to each criterion. So that twenty four of the poorest districts or cities were obtained. Then the final result is the name of the most Regency or City from the twenty four results, namely alternatives twenty seven and twenty eight, namely Sampang Regency and Pamekasan Regency which were entitled to assistance programs from the government.

Marketing strategy is a very important part in the execution of the overall corporate strategy, especially in a very tight competitor state. Route is a very important aspect considered by goods distribution companies. An effective and efficient distribution process is one of the factors whose conditions begin to align with other indicators in an effort to achieve customer satisfaction. The strategy that can be done is to involve calculating algorithms in contributing systematic and measurable solutions. The  Clarke and  Wright Savings algorithm is an effective method in determining the shortest route of distributing goods, because the Clarke and Wright Savings method  has its own heuristics which make savings in   the form of mileage or distribution time. This study aims to determine the shortest route at the Blitar checkpoint post office (KPRK) in distributing express service type bags to each branch post office point (KPC) using the Clarke and Wright Savings Algorithm.  The results of the discussion on the application of  the Clarke and Wright Savings  method to determine the shortest route for the service bag distribution fleet from the KPRK Blitar post office to KPC can be concluded that, there are two initial routes owned by the company with a total delivery distance of 189.7 km. After calculation, two routes with the shortest distance will be traveled with a total delivery distance of 171 km. Route group 1 is Blitar Post Office à KPC Garum à KPC Nglegokà KPC  Gandusarià KPC Talun KPC Wlingi à KPC Doko à KPC Kesamben à KPC Selopuroà KPC  Binangun à KPC  Kanigoro à KPC Lodoyo à  KPC Kademangan à Post Office with a distance of 116.7 km. As for route 2, namely the blitar  post office à KPC Sanan Kulon à KPC Ponggok à KPC Srengat à KPC Kademangan à KPC Udanawu à Blitar post office with a distance of 54.3 km. Vigènere Cipher is a symmetric cryptographic algorithm that uses the same type of key in the encryption and decryption process. The security of the Vigènere Cipher method lies in the modulo calculation used. ElGamal is an asymmetric cryptographic algorithm that uses two different types of keys in the encryption and decryption process. The security of the ElGamal algorithm lies in the complexity of calculating large prime numbers. The Vigènere Cipher and ElGamal have their advantages and disadvantages. The researchers are interested in combining the advantages of the two methods. In this study, two locks were carried out in the encryption and decryption process. The encryption process uses a public key and the decryption process uses a public key  and a secret key . The key used comes from key formation using the ElGamal algorithm. The key security formed from the ElGamal algorithm lies in the large prime , the primitive root  of the prime number , and the random integer  which comes from the last three digits of Student Number. The conclusion of this study is that the combination of the Vigènere Cipher and ElGamal methods can increase the security of  secret messages because it produces a ciphertext with twice the size ) of  the original message.

Classical and modern cryptography have advantages and disadvantages in securing text messages. Hybrid algorithms can combine two algorithms to produce a higher level of message security when compared to one type of algorithm. This study discusses a hybrid algorithm that combines Myszkowski Cipher and RSA. The purpose of this research is to obtain ciphertext that is more difficult to crack by cryptanalysis. The hybrid algorithm process is done by encrypting text messages with the Myszkowski Cipher algorithm then the key used in the Myszkowski Cipher algorithm are encrypted using the RSA algorithm with the equation . Then the ciphertext and cipherkey will be obtained in numerical. The decryption process is done by decrypting the cipherkey by specifying the value of  as the private key so that  using the equation . Next is by trying the value of  until a  value is obtained, after which decryption to the equation , then the process of decrypting ciphertext using Myszkowski Cipher can be done. The benefit of this research is can improve the security of messages because it applies the advantages of each algorithm in its encoding.

This research discusses about processing a formulation that we can give to diseased tomato leaves. Gabor Filter is a method used to detect textures using frequency and orientation parameters. The Support Vector Machine (SVM) algorithm is an algorithm that can be used classifying tomato leaf diseases. The purpose of this research is to determine the accuracy of the Gabor Filter segmentation and the Support Vector Machine Algorithm for detecting tomato leaf disease to facilitate farmers in analyzing diseases on tomato leaves. The input will go through pre-processing of RGB pixels to Greyscale ones before being processed using Gabor Filter. This Gabor Filter process segments the image to produce a magnitude value. The results of the image magnitude values here will be seen and will enter the classification process using SVM. The SVM algorithm aims to find the best hyperlane on tomato leaves that have been segmented to separate classes in the input space. The application of the SVM method with class classification of tomato leaves by calculating the energy value and entropy of the extraction results, assisted by 12 features, namely: CiriR, Feature G, FeatureB, Standard DeviationR, Standard DeviationG, Standard DeviationB, SkewnessR, SkewnessG, SkewnessB, Mean, Energy, Entropy are used to the simplity classification process with a high degree of accuracy. The process of classification of tomato leaf disease with test data of 600 images managed to get an accuracy value of 74.1667%. In order to facilitate the performance of farmers in predicting tomato leaf disease.

The input will go through pre-processing of RGB pixels to Greyscale ones before being processed using Gabor Filter. This Gabor Filter process segments the image to produce a magnitude value. The results of the image magnitude values here will be seen and will enter the classification process using SVM. The SVM algorithm aims to find the best hyperlane on tomato leaves that have been segmented to separate classes in the input space. The application of the SVM method with class classification of tomato leaves by calculating the energy value and entropy of the extraction results, assisted by 12 features, namely: CiriR, Feature G, FeatureB, Standard DeviationR, Standard DeviationG, Standard DeviationB, SkewnessR, SkewnessG, SkewnessB, Mean, Energy, Entropy are used to the simplity classification process with a high degree of accuracy. The process of classification of tomato leaf disease with test data of 600 images managed to get an accuracy value of 74.1667%.
