The health problem of pregnant women is a public health problem that needs major attention because it has an impact on the quality of life and future generations. The risk of pregnancy is very likely to be experienced by a mother and must receive preventive, monitoring and treatment efforts as early as possible so as to contribute to reducing the causes of maternal morbidity and mortality. ANC or antenatal care is care for the mother and fetus during pregnancy. Through ANC, various information and education related to pregnancy and childbirth preparation can be provided to mothers as early as possible. Pregnant women in the Sungai Turak Community Health Center work area have various obstacles in relation to routine ANC checks, for example due to work, time opportunities, and family support in taking them to the Community Health Center. The proposed solution is the initiation of a cadre appointment program with pregnant women, where pregnant women who do not have the opportunity to have their pregnancy checked at the Puskesmas/Posyandu are contacted and make an appointment with cadres, then continue with the implementation of activities. The activities and results of the program implemented are leaflets which are used as outreach materials.

A country's success in improving maternal health can be seen from the reduction in maternal and infant mortality rates. Empowering posyandu cadres and community leaders plays an important role in improving the health of pregnant women and reducing MMR. Based on an analysis of the situation in society, there are still pregnant women who do not have their pregnancies checked early at the Community Health Center or Posyandu. The proposed solution is to carry out sweeping home visits for pregnant women, who are recorded as not having made ANC visits to health services. The home visit method is carried out to provide education and facilitate access to services and information to families and/or relatives about pregnancy health. From the activity steps, it was found that there were 3 pregnant women who had not made a K2 return visit to the Puskesmas, and 1 pregnant mother who had not made a K3 visit. Sweeping visits to pregnant women's homes were carried out in January 2024. The visits were carried out by midwives, together with cadres, on 4 pregnant women.

This service aims to increase knowledge about clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) among students at SMAN 16 Pekanbaru. Knowledge about PHBS is very important to improve the health of individuals and society as a whole through an interactive and participatory approach, researchers and service assistants deliver material that focuses on the importance of personal hygiene, the environment and healthy eating patterns. The results of this service show a significant increase in students' knowledge regarding PHBS. They become more aware of the importance of keeping themselves and their surroundings clean. Apart from increasing knowledge, this service also has a long-term impact by encouraging students to become agents of change in their environment. With the awareness and knowledge gained from this service, it is hoped that SMAN 16 Pekanbaru students will carry out clean and healthy living behavior sustainably and inspire others to do the same.

Anemia is a nutritional problem that is common throughout the world, not only in developing countries but also in developed countries. According to WHO, the incidence of anemia in adolescents is common in developing countries, Indonesia is a developing country. One way to prevent anemia is to use the CERIA application from the Ministry of Health. The CERIA application can monitor young women in monitoring their development and routine of taking blood supplement tablets every week. The aim of this community service is to provide preventive education based on the CERIA application in preventing anemia for young women at SMK X. The method used is the CERIA application from the Ministry of Health. The population is 21 female students consisting of representatives from each class X, XI, XII and members of the OSIS of SMK with a mean of 79.13. This means that female students experienced an increase in scores on knowledge about anemia. The results of the analysis showed that there was an increase in scores before and after being given the intervention, namely the socialization of anemia prevention in young women based on the CERIA application. It is hoped that this program will be able to prevent and manage adolescent girls who experience anemia so that the health status of adolescents can improve.

Dermatitis is a skin disease caused by an inflammatory reaction in the skin due to endogenous, exogenous stimuli and other unknown causes. Endogenous stimuli come from genetic factors, gender, age, race, and history of atopy. Meanwhile, exogenous stimuli come from the type and characteristics of genes, exposure characteristics, and environmental factors. Dermatitis reactions can cause skin infections. Skin infections are a problem that often becomes a major problem in Islamic boarding school environments. The high occupancy rate in Islamic boarding schools, the simultaneous use of facilities, lack of personal and environmental hygiene, as well as the lack of knowledge of the Islamic boarding school students means that cases of skin infections in Islamic boarding schools are still relatively high. For this reason, socialization and education activities are needed for students and female students regarding how to prevent and deal with cases of skin infections with the aim of increasing students' understanding of cases of skin infections and how to prevent them.
