Abstract Maternal health is one of the main keys for the health of the next generation, while children's health is a future national asset (Hogan et al, 2010). Indonesia has not shown significant progress in efforts to reduce maternal and child mortality (Ministry of Health RI, 2010). One of the reasons for the high MMR is anemia in pregnancy. Pregnant women and toddlers are a vulnerable group to health problems and malnutrition. Based on the 2013 Nutrition Adequacy Rate (RDA), the purpose of this community service activity is to screen mothers with chronic energy deficiencies (KEK). The benefit of this activity is that pregnant women can find out their upper arm circumference (LILA) (SEZ status). That way pregnant women can increase their food consumption pattern to be diverse, nutritious, balanced and safe (B3A) by utilizing local food. Conclusion During pregnancy, pregnant women must meet nutritional needs for themselves and for the growth and development of the fetus because fetal nutrition depends on maternal nutrition.

Stunting is one of the global scale problems in the health sector. Stunting is the condition of impaired growth and development of the children. Stunting is related to the increases in morbidity, death, and decreased or inhibited physical, motoric or functional body and mental growth especially in children. Based on Riset Kesehatan Dasar (Riskedas), Indonesia is ranked 2nd highest stunting cases in Southeast Asia and the 5th highest in the world in 2018. One of the major causes of stunting is nutritional fulfillment or nutrient intake, absorption and utilization of mother or children. Therefore, it is needed to make functional food innovation that can solve this problem. This study aim is to make a functional food innovation based on healthy noodles for children also mother to prevent stunting. This study was carried out by making healthy noodles namely Mocavita. Mocavita is made from kenikir, pumpkin, mocaf flour and mung beans flour as ingredients which then creates into 3 formulas (F1, F2 and F3). Organoleptic test was conducted to know which one of the formulas that is most liked by people. It is found that Mocavita made from Formula 1 is the best and the most liked by 30 panelists.

Basically, parents are obliged and responsible in the task of educating children by providing various matters concerning the interests of their children, such as developing abilities, knowledge, skills, and maintaining children's health. This is because the activities carried out by children at home are more about emphasizing the ability to speak and tell stories, activities carried out by the question and answer method. While early childhood is easier to understand and understand if learning is applied directly to practice/using media, children will easily remember it because they are directly involved in the learning activity.

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia stated that the prevalence of cancer in 2003 was only 221 cases, in 2008 it had tripled to 657 cases and there were 1,722 total cases in 2010-2011. As many as 60-70% of breast cancer patients come with advanced stages (stage III or IV), so almost half of the incidence of breast cancer ends in death. Breast self-examination (BSE) is very important as a first step to find out whether you have breast cancer or not. The existence of information about BSE and breast cancer is a motivation for women to increase knowledge about the breast area. This is the main basis for increasing knowledge about breast examination Purpose This activity increases understanding of how to check BSE with leafliat media. The Activity Method provides health education and distributes leaflets. Activity Results: how to know the incidence of cancer is to know early the abnormalities of the female body itself, especially the breast. Conclusion: Health education with leafeat can increase knowledge and understanding of early detection of abnormalities in the woman's own body parts.

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease whose prevalence continues to increase. Many hypertensive sufferers have no complaints, so sufferers do not know that they have hypertension, but then find themselves having complicating diseases or complications of hypertension, so that it is a deadly disease or also called a silent killer. Therefore efforts are needed to deal with hypertension. The purpose of this community service is to carry out blood pressure checks and counseling on hypertension. The method used in this counseling is the lecture method using media leaflets. The results of blood pressure checks showed that 25% of the people who participated in this activity had blood pressure of more than 140/90 mmHg. The results of the pre-test score showed a value of 63.5 and a post-test score of 92.7. This shows an increase in the value of knowledge about hypertension after counseling.

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease has become a health problem increasing worldwide. This disease is characterized by excessive fat accumulation in the liver cells unrelated to alcohol consumption. Education and risk factor detection are essential in identifying and preventing the development of this disease. This community service involved 52 respondents at Kalam Kudus II Jakarta High School in May 2023. All participants participated in a series of activities starting from community counseling, disease detection, and education. The results of the medical examination revealed that there were 2 (3.8%) respondents who had increased serum glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase (SGOT)/ serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase (SGPT) levels and 6 (11.5%) had hypercholesterolemia. Education about fatty liver disease can increase public awareness of this condition and promote a healthy lifestyle and good eating habits. Detection of risk factors through laboratory tests such as SGOT, SGPT, bilirubin, and cholesterol is also important in early identification of this disease. In effective fatty liver disease management, it is important to increase awareness of counseling and risk factor detection. Collaborative efforts between medical personnel, health educators, and communities can help reduce the burden of this disease and improve the quality of life of affected individuals.

Pre-diabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus are two conditions associated with impaired glucose metabolism in the body, in which blood sugar levels become higher than normal. Pre-diabetes is a condition that often doesn't cause symptoms, so it's often not diagnosed early. However, pre-diabetes can be a risk factor for type 2 diabetes mellitus, heart disease, and stroke. Community outreach, education, and early detection of prediabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus have an important role in efforts to prevent and control these diseases. Community outreach and education can increase awareness about prediabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus and the risk factors that influence the occurrence of these conditions. This community service activity was carried out in May 2023 by involving 52 productive age respondents. All respondents attended a series of counseling, physical examinations, and supporting examinations related to diabetes mellitus and its complications. The results of this community service revealed that 8 (15.4%) respondents had a GDP ≥ 126 mg/dL and 22 (42.3%) respondents had a GDP 100 - 125 mg/dL. Checking blood sugar levels regularly can also help in early detection of disease. By raising awareness and promoting early detection, it can help reduce the burden of disease and the costs incurred by individuals and society as a whole. In addition, preventing prediabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus can also help prevent more serious complications such as heart disease, stroke and kidney failure. By preventing or controlling prediabetes and type 2 diabetes mellitus, people can maintain a better quality of life and avoid complications that can affect quality of life. This can help increase the productivity and welfare of society as a whole.

Diabetes mellitus is a degenerative disease that cannot be cured and has a risk of complications if not adequately controlled. Self-care is an important aspect of managing diabetes mellitus independently to improve the quality of life and well-being of the diabetic. One of the strategies to enhance the self-care management skills of the diabetic is to provide education through the booklet SECARIC Diary. This type of research is a quasi-experimental quantitative study with a pre-test-post-test design with the control group. Sampling was conducted using purposive sampling technique at several Posyandu in Desa Karang Asem Barat with a total sample of 22 respondents for the control group and 22 respondents for the intervention group. Data analysis used paired t-tests on self-care and quality-of-life variables with a p-value of 0.000 at a significance level of α = 0.05. Furthermore, data analysis was performed using an independent t-test with a p-value of 0.000 and a t-count of 4.756 on the self-care management variable and a p-value of 0.042 and a t-count of 2.098 on the quality of life variable. The results showed that the SECARIC Diary booklet media intervention could improve self-care management abilities and quality of life for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients in Desa Karang Asem Barat.
